Functionality, convenience, user ability! I had my doubts about this app not going to lie, but man was I wrong. I’ve lived in 4 different developers communities in the past 10 years and I’ve never experienced the type of customer care as Irvine company. The app is flawless. I’ve been living in Los Olivos for two years and I’ve been thinking about changing to Promenade across the street for a while now and now that I experienced the app I can’t wait to move my family! It’s just my wife and my dogs but man we walked over and we absolutely love it. Can’t wait! Thank you!
The App was very friendly and when I had questions and called them the responses were comprehensive. But not sure why still I have not received any response about my application that I filled out this morning.
They don’t give the option now for an actual person to take you on a tour. So I show up, it takes 15 min for the app to download and verify my ID after multiple crashes. Then it takes me on the tour. I have to keep searching for the right building, then search for parking. I went up the wrong staircase twice since I’m not familiar with the surroundings. Obviously. Passed pools and clubs with no info or entry granted. Then 2 out of the 3 doors I got to were locked. Someone shows up to open one of them after I called in. She insists the other door was in fact open. As if I am the idiot who doesn’t know how to open a doorknob. Disappointing on so many levels. I thought Irvine company knew the importance of a good experience. Looks like they are changing direction to cut corners, but still charge a premium for rent.
Overall I like the app. Accurate and takes you to each apartment in sequence. It provides all the information you need. The two issues I had were new tours didn’t show up just past tours? Second In order to exit the tour you need to leave feedback which is fine. The problem was the inability to access the submit button. Could not get any assistance to resolve.
Irvine Company put a lot of effort into this app, and it shows. The app is easy to set up, intuitive to use, and makes the whole apartment tour process as smooth as possible. I was super impressed - highly recommend!
Remember when someone greeted you in person and showed you around? I’m miss those days. Instead you get to give your personalized data to just look an apartment. You couod just take videos of each apartment and their individual upgrades for your website too. What is your privacy policy with my license information? Imagine having to walk into a store and handing over your ID before they let you in that’s what this feels like.
My visit to Rancho Maderas was just great. With Vincent’s help I was able to finish filling out the mobile app questions and then Randall set me up to see the Apartment and the rest of the area. They were both very helpful.
The process of using this app to do self guided tours to potentially lease an apartment was so frustrating I actually didn’t view apartments in several properties. Some of these communities are huge and why they don’t use human interaction to at least guide you in the right direction to see an apartment kind of blows my mind. I looked at other communities by other companies and each one had a person take you around the property.
I was suffering to get access as I had difficulty on the app since yesterday night, your staff member Sam is the best and knowledgeable person supported me and fixed the error on the app.
This blew my mind! I walked me right through the community and didn’t get lost at all! You need to try it! The geo location map was super accurate. Kind of want to tour another community just to use it!
Amazing experience for self guided tour without any hassle.. app is really good provide everything we need from scheduling to getting directions, and apartment access with ease.
Love the self guided option however the app was not updating with exact locations so did make it a bit challenging to navigate the location. Overall, great experience!
Drive all the way here to do a self guided tour and the keyless entry doesn’t work at all. Called the customer support and she said they can’t unlock the apartment for me because the office is too busy? Then I went to the other apartment complex and the tour wasn’t working because they didn’t have any units available to view…

“I’m on a self-guided tour, and the app is a disaster. The logo reflects how I feel, like being lost in a maze with no help. This app is designed to require fewer staff, but the system works terribly. The customer service even laughed at my pronunciation. And I can’t decide which kind apartment shape I want, I have no one to communicate with!!! I don’t like it!!!
Washington DC is not an option for verifying your ID you need to select “other”. When making reservations in a different time zone, the app kicks it to Pacific time and “changes” the time. Otherwise a great app.
This made touring apartments super easy. It felt safe since it’s contactless, and I love how it showed me where I was as I walked around the community!
It took me longer to download app tour guide by Irvine company . The app keeps on crashing million times . Ultimate failure of app… there should be a convenient way to view the property . It wastes time and frustrates the customers. There is a huge delay on phone to contact customer service .
Booked an appointment with the app, got confirmation via email and text about my confirmation. Came to location and app says no appointments booked. Tried to call the support line, after 10 minutes in hold just hung up.
Wasted 15 minutes getting lost in your complex because your gps didn’t work and it locked me out of the complex forcing me to walk for 15 minutes around your building to get to my car
The app wouldn’t work on my iPhone SE but (eventually) worked on my husband’s iPhone 13. It took numerous tries and now I have 3 appointments scheduled on the same day at the same time. My husband is an IT professional so it’s not us….
Lame. It’s a way for these cheapskates to avoid having to commit a person to a. My tour consisted of the pool and a 1 bond bedroom apartment even though I requested a two bedroom. Nothing about the lounge or fitness room. It was all pretty bad.
What a terrible company with a terrible app. They don’t care about their local communities and are a top contributor to the Trump campaign. Stop living here
