Of the banks I have had a relationship with the staff and services from TowneBank far exceed all others. I particularly am happy I am able to access my funds in TowneBank from any ATM without concern for additional usage fees. It is a valuable perk! Staff at all locations I have used are friendly and helpful in so many ways!
I feel like this app could be more user friendly. I use other apps for other accounts and the process is much easier. For example, I cannot easily find my account number & routing number on this app. This app could be better.
terrible company scummy people that steal from your bank as much as they want and lie constantly. their service is also terrible. do yourself a favor save your money your time and headache and just use navy federal . townebank has a mandatory minimum that i had in my bank and despite having it they would charge the fee and ontop of the 20$ feee because THEY put you in the negative they now also want a negative fee of 100$+ i've paid over 1,000$ to these scummy people . . terrible people with terrible business ethics
Really caring neighborhood bank. Tellers and staff always friendly and helpful. Treat you like you are important to them. Makes you feel good having a bank like TowneBank close by. Would never change banks unless I moved to an area that did not have a TowneBank. Elizabeth Eberwine
I have been banking with them since they took over from Farmers Bank. This Bank has always supported me in regards to my financial needs. I sincerely appreciate the professional support and assistance they provide with my open account.
I have been banking with TowneBank for about 20 years longer really because my hubby banked with them even before I did their service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone
The camera no longer comes up easily to make a deposit
I used to be able to do a mobile deposit immediately and easily. Now the new app tells me to rotate my phone but the screen stays black and I can’t take a photo….. sometimes if I stick with rotating and tapping for a few minutes the camera will appear but I rarely have that time. Is it a bug in the new app??

Love everything about this app. Just wish I could download statements and reconcile on my iPad Pro. So would love to get rid of my desk top. Any chance in the future ?
Too many processes. The app doesn’t read the signature and asks you to confirm on every single check. Also, it makes you go back and look at the picture to confirm. Then, it doesn’t read the mobile deposit and ask you to go back and look at that picture.
When Mary Thacker was my personal banker, I got the best service ever. Since she left, I’ve seen the service plummet. And it’s motivated me to bank elsewhere. I hope you guys get some people in there who value the clients like it used to be.
give better information on where you spent ur money at pictures of the place u went to of the store the time and stop taking so long to take out the money on the pending
I was able to use the app in the past. Now when I try to log I can’t get past the MFA. I receive the text, and reply with the code The text says I can now log in and to go back to the app, but it still won’t let me in. I’ve tried it three times without any success. Will have to go back to using the website.
