Treads App

We have used the same tire place for close to 10 years. However due to the economic changes everywhere along with the urgent need to replace our tires on our only vehicle. Along with no longer being able to quickly be seen at our existing tire shop. We started doing some research to help keep our cost down and something that provided more convenient methods. Absolutely love this app and services that they offer. This was a thought out and calculated decision and one that we have been happy to have made. The app is great easy to use and there is always someone quickly available on the other end! Have had no issues getting service and has typically been scheduled as earliest as the next day. Vendors always showed up promptly when scheduled and friendly and best of all! We never left our home or had to take time off work or deal with traffic! They have different services to choose from including roadside and if you read the T&C you’d be surprised at some of the additional “perks” there are. We are getting everything our existing tire provider had but with more accessibility and convenience. When the service provider comes to you to provided a service you’re always saving money! How because you’re getting back time to do other things you want to do!

So I have been with this app for a year or more. I fell on hard times and fell behind on the payments and still they we’re understanding allowed me to pay four months later and still keep my subscription. In the time during my membership they have taken care of me with installing my new tires in a timely fashion, tire tech came out and was done very quickly to the extent by the time I had some free time to take a look on their progress in between working and what have you, the tech was done and gone. When I decided to purchase four brand new tires about a year in just because I had the money to do so (nothing wrong with current tires) it was a low payment of $100 for ALL four tires, can’t beat that price. Unfortunately when they came out one of the stems on my new back tire was defective. But fret not they came right back out not even 15 minutes later replaced the stem and we’re gone in 5 minutes. Again this is all while I am working. They are the upmost definition of quality customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again Treads team, and keep up the great work!!! Thanks Again, -Rene

A little background information. I did a lot of research and soul seeking on this before we committed to it. First thought was that it was too good to be true, but after continuing to talk with Zach about it he made me feel very comfortable about giving it a try. I had a funeral that I needed to attend at the last minute and waiting until the next week wasn’t going to work for getting the tires installed. Zach communicated with the installer in our area, they called me and setup a time to come out and do it. They met me at my office which was amazing. The installer Aaron was top notch as well! Very friendly, extremely transparent. Estimated 45 minutes and was done in 35-40 minutes. I was his last stop and he was definitely in no hurry to rush off. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with the experience! I could not be happier with my experience using this. The app updates quite often and can cause a scheduling glitch if the timing is right but the customer service more than makes up for it!

My tires were bald - basically could see wire on two of them - and needed the ability to replace my tires on my Tahoe affordably. Along came Treads and I have truly had the full experience already in the month and a half with my new tires. 1st - Great experience that they come to you, super easy. 2nd - I had an issue with the rim (thought it was the tire), they replaced the stem 1st trip out - 2nd trip discovered it was the rim and repaired the rim and replaced the tire. 3rd - Each visit was scheduled easily and allowed me to save my time. When you consider the costs of the same tire purchased at a local tire shop - with all the additional services provided - the cost is extremely reasonable and only a slight premium - which I’m ok with to not have to wait all day to have my tires done - even when I scheduled with a store it took longer than Treads has ever taken to do anything on my truck. Let’s just sum it up with I love my new Treads! And I’ll continue to share with my friends and family

I do Doordash part time. There are some days when I drive 100 miles just around downtown Phoenix. Treads has had to come out and do a tire rotation and replace two nails so far it has been an absolute joy to work with them… They are top notch in every way. The customer service chat has been an almost immediate response and even a few times they have accommodated me when truly they could have had me wait on an appointment. For $30 a month I got a brand new set of tires and the peace of mind of knowing that if I need Roadside Assistance or if my tires have any problems whatsoever, Treads will come out and fix. I totally love the service and would highly recommend it. I have been told to “read the fine print,” and I have… And I’m still sold on this idea.

Been with Treads for almost three years now. When I first started they were amazing. The emergency flat repair was a godsend and you could get service same day. Not anymore. I picked up a screw today and being my van is my work van, I need it to work Monday. I tried to schedule a same day fix like I have several times in the past because my plan includes emergency flat repair and replacement (or at least it did when I started my subscription). The came out within an hour and swapped a flat tire on the side of the highway without issue. Well not today, I was met with AI chat help that doesn’t help, then finally when I reached a human being I’m told that they don’t schedule same day and to call firestone, but firestone wanted to schedule me for Tuesday to remove a screw… Now they’re telling me I don’t have emergency flat repair when it was the whole reason I signed up and I have used it several times since I started my subscription. Don’t bother unless you just want to finance tires. Their prices and install times are great but without the advertised emergency flat repair I had before, I’m better off paying cash for my tires and getting a AAA membership. Rip to a great model. I likely won’t be renewing my subscription after this set of tires is paid off. I’m currently sitting in the lobby at a competitor paying $25 to remove a screw that Treads told me I needed to schedule 3 days out. Unacceptable.

Have been trying to get on this subscription since I first heard about it but didn’t really need it at the time not knowing it has other benefits as well such as roadside assistance had a tire blow out last week signed up they came right away the next day couldn’t be any much happier with this subscription chose the premium plan $60/ month that provided the tires I wanted Pirellis p ZERO excellent service techs great customer service the price is not bad at all I was spending $60/month on junk food . Highly recommend this subscription you will not regret it

I live in a major metro area and it's telling me there are no plans available. I even tried three different tires sizes for my vehicle. Not sure why there wouldn't be any plans available in my area, but this has been a complete waste of time. I called this out on one of their Facebook ads and rather than providing me any alternative options, they just deleted my comment and blocked me from making more. I have no respect for companies that resort to censoring of people's negative experiences. It only tells me they don't believe in their product and potential customers enough to either offer them help, or take their criticism and make their product better. Censoring just says you know they are right, but don't want anyone else to see that. If you don't believe in your own product, why should anyone else?

We found ourselves in a position where my F150 needed tires and we weren’t financially prepared for it. Found this program online and gave it a shot. The customer service has been amazing with very quick response times. Tires were installed two days after signing up. Company they hired (Tires express) showed up early. Amazing guys who installed. Very friendly. They were done in about an hour. Tires look great. Highly recommend treads to anyone who is looking for tires. Time will tell how the warranty, rotations, road hazard work out but I’m impressed so far

My tires were in bad shape. I sent a message and let them know that the soonest was 6 days out to put on tires and explained my problem . They were so helpful and was able to get out there within 36 hours and put on new tires. To make things worse, the day they came out was the hottest day of the summer by far. The guys that came out were very quick. My car rode so much better and I am not stressed if something happens. When i message them, they are usually very quick to respond.

The app is terrible. 1st it wouldn’t let me finish signing up because my phone number was duplicated? Then I spent hours researching tire options just to find my top 3 options were not available. Then when trying to change tire options I got another error. After reaching out to tech support they informed me there were only 3 options available under premium none of which I wanted. When asking for some type of install discount due to the additional hassle they refused. A friend of mine vouches for the service itself which is the only reason I am deciding to move forward but again the app has been a terrible experience and customer service hasn’t been accommodating to alleviate any of the annoyance I have dealt with.

From what I understand there is no real savings of time or money by downloading this app and agreeing to a subscription. If you set up an appointment at discount tire or big O they usually get you done within the hour and both offer free tire repairs for life even if you don’t buy a tire from them. I repeat if you have a tire that needs repaired take it to DISCOUNT TIRE and they’ll do it for FREE. This app doesn’t do that. I can go to Les Schwab tire and get their premium tire Mounted, balanced, plus an alignment(this service can’t offer) and free repairs for life for less than the $30 subscription on this app. And yes, you offer free roadside service. Well I maintain my vehicle quite well so I have never needed to tow truck. And if I ever do, my insurance has me covered for free.

I tried a new tire company called treads the best customer service I order my Michelin tires one day and what like about it they came and but them on a my location balanced the tires and the good think is that will let remind you when it’s time to rotate your tires and they have driven trip and it counts down your mileage on your phone . Also the guys I dealt with are fantastic and the tire guy I do believe his name was Luke great guy as well check them out I like because they came to me I love it

This app isn’t cracked up to what you think it is. I have the premium subscription on two of my vehicles. When I was due for a tire rotation the guy came and told me that he couldn’t do it due to the amount of tread left. I completely understand that. When I contacted support they said that I’d have to pay another $600 for a set of tires. Yes my tread was low but I thought it was all covered in this overpriced, overrated service??? My tread ware was due to a big snowstorm that we had three days after Christmas and the ice stayed on the ground for months. I don’t know about anyone else but I have to work regardless of what the weather is like. Once my period is up that I agreed to I’m out! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

10/10 recommend! The service is excellent, convenient, and communicative. The service tech came out and switched my tires while I was working and it’s been smooth driving. I highly recommend the Treads service. The quality of tires offered, the convenience of monthly payments, and especially not having to wait for hours in the tire shop makes choosing this service a no brainier. After seeing a posting on Facebook I downloaded the app and signed up. The next day treads dispatched a company out to my work to install 4 new tires. I cannot believe I never seen this app before. I truly am amazed at $30/month for the economy u have piece of mind knowing if something happens to the tire treads got you cover 24/7. Treads also provides roadside services such as tow, gas, lockout if u ever need other services along with you subscription. Highly recommend treads!!!!

I was finally due for new tires and I came across Treads and when I heard how their services work I thought “wow this sounds very convenient!” They came to my place and installed the new tires and I didn’t even need to walk out of my house for anything! Also they’re cool with Uber/Lyft Drivers! I honestly think this is a must have service especially if you’re in the Gig economy industry where you’re always on the road for work!

I was super skeptical at first but I decided to download it and try it. I paid for my subscription and then scheduled my tire rotation, scheduling was super easy and the company they sent out even came to my work to do the rotation. My tread was low so I scheduled for a tire change and the same company came out the next week and changed my tires. Took about an hour and a half. The company they sent and Treads were very communicative. Simple easy process. Love it!

Great customer service! Reasonable subscription plans. This was a great opportunity for us to get new tires without having to pay the total cost up front. Budget friendly! And they come to you for installation..definitely a bonus. Now with other subscriptions that are able to be added makes this app even better! Definitely recommend!

Contacted them shortly after initial install and explained I was pretty certain tires were out of balance or had at least a defective one. I was instructed to do a rotation request and put in notes to check/rebalance which I did. Technician did rotation but did not check or rebalance (have this on camera). Finally had enough paid for a shop to do inspection and rebalance. Contacted treads who offered to refund what I spent getting balanced but now I have screwed up wear patterns what about that? What about the misleading and false advertising about reporting to credit? I requested a supervisor and or manager to contact me last month and of course haven’t heard back

I’ve recommended Treads to everybody - the customer service is top notch and the product is fantastic and well priced. My tires were installed at my home, in my garage and the service provider dispatched by Treads was friendly and professional. On top of that, I get a tire rotation free of charge whenever I want. I also have peace of mind knowing that if I have a blow out or a tire with a hole in it, Treads will take care of it for me. So glad I use them!

Did not get the tires I really wanted they were out of stock. But I did get a good alternative. They were supposed to be here at 1pm . But they showed early how dare they do that. Took them all of 25 minutes to put on the tires. And the customer service was outstanding. Nice and to the point no drama . I didn’t know how to act having such great service . 5 plus stars you don’t get service like this anymore.

I signed up for the $80 a month and got the MTT Baja Boss AT for where I live. Yea, $80 over the course of the subscription sounds like a lot but to be honest, for getting tires, quick, professional install with very friendly people is really good. Including road side assistance and what not, I genuinely feel it’s a good price for what you get. I definitely am happy and recommend this app and company.

Listen, I was skeptical at first!!!!! However, my tires look amazing, and they did a really good job! Customer service is very responsive, and quick. There was an issue that a lug broke, and it got caught behind the rotor. Guess what? The team they contracted came out immediately, took off my entire brake pad and rotor, fixed it and got me back on the road. I am beyond pleased!!! Thank you Treads!!!!

After providing my personal information (Address, Email) I was finally able to see the tires I have on my vehicle. They were hundreds more expensive than I pay at full retail price anywhere in my area. Probably a good app for people that aren’t great at saving or providing their own vehicle maintenance, but not for the DIYer like me. Can’t give five stars due to price, everything else seems good though. Looks like a good app.

Treads has always been helpful and were the ones who helped in my time of need. Idk where I’d be without them. I have no complaints and only pure positivity when it comes to treads. They are soo helpful for any tire needs you have. Thank you treads for the support and help when I needed it most, you guys are seriously the greatest!

Paid my first payment to the subscription and scheduled to have tires installed within 48 hours and when they showed up they were friendly and fast. No issues since install on Friday 6/24 Only thing you have to do if necessary is alignment they mount and balance and inflate.

I love the Treadz app! Everything is so easy to use and the customer service has been PHENOMENAL! I scheduled my installation and received confirmation and reminders and when my scheduled day came the team reached out to update me and being able to come an hour earlier than scheduled, the BEST part was they come to you! I downloaded this app for my 16 year old son. He needed new tires and the ease of setting up an appointment, and Treads doing the rest was awesome! The response time from someone at Treads sets this app above any other service I’ve used. I highly recommend using this service! Especially for all those busy parents out there!

Finally an alternative to the traditional tire buying experience. To be able to finance affordable tires with 100% tire protection makes this service our go to for tires. We’ve used treads half a dozen times already, saved so much time and money. Love love love treads! Thank you guys for all you do!

I really like the Treads service. Everything with my tire install went great. The app requires me to leave my tracking gps on all the time which drains the battery. Would like to see driving recognition so it only needs to track while I’m driving.

This app is great! You pay $30 for the month and they send you a tow when you need it, new tires when you need it and etc, only issue I ran into was when adding a driver for insurance quotes, it doesn’t save which won’t allow me to move forward in the process. Other than that I highly recommend this app

So many times we overlook things like Tires until it’s to late and always at the worst time. Well These guys are fast and on time took less than 40 minutes to complete the job and I never had to come outside or leave my apartment.

So glad I found this app. I couldn’t afford to go buy tires and paying a monthly fee PLUS having coverage for damage tires really makes Treads worthwhile. Even better they come to the house and no waiting at a store! Highly recommend Treads!

Treads works hard to quickly answer and questions and guidance. And if you happen to leave the chat without responding to them they email their response to make sure it isn’t missed.

planned on getting new tires and they had to come out twice because they were given the wrong tire size and they came back out the next day but over all they had good communication and reliable, i would totally recommend

We have been having a hard time coming up with the big chunk of money it cost for new tires.I am so happy we found treads it is reasonably price monthly and not only do you get new tires but roadside and tire repair I will highly recommend them to everyone

My experience with Treads has been amazing, pricing is great, service is great. The only thing I did have some issues with was the app, but the support team was able to help me in very timely manner. Would highly recommend great service!

Just signed up and got my tires. $30/month for tesla model y tires (discount quoted $1500 installed for their cheapest tires). Install was quick, tires are great and didn’t have to leave home, thanks Treads! Recommending to all my friends!

Some things still dnt show but the people there to help can get you set up and they are very helpful and respectful got my tires the next day at work and the people that came out where quick I recommend this app

Great for what I needed the subscription for they come to you for all your tire needs you’re just paying for piece of mind. If you drive a lot the subscription pays for itself.

Ok so the whole process was simple quick and easy! The communication from the beginning to the end was great! The tire tech was very friendly and nice as well. I got all this from the convenience of my home!!!!

Had a great experience so far, their technician was quick and courteous and even pointed out a problem in my suspension that I shall fix to extend the life of these tires. Thanks again Aaron and Treads!

Treads makes buying tires super easy with affordable option on top tier tires that you set and forget. I’ll never go to the big box shops and spend an entire day just to get tires again.

Excellent service! I pushed the subscribe button and there were 4 brand new tires on my car within three days. So glad I decided to do this rather than shell out $800 for a new set.
