Sometimes slow to update charts on a mobile device, even when other Apps are having no issues. The pop-up window asking for a review (which has popped up 25+ times) is annoying and insulting. Every vendor, every seller, every provider now wants a review on everything. It’s unbearable.

Well I have been following trend spider on x for quite some time.. the app for iPads and tablets is very non functional towards using the pencil. I’m even having problems using the web browser for the adjustable trend lines and take profits and stop losses. It won’t even move the averages.. please tell me it’s a glitch with safari. I refuse to work with google (lord knows what it installs and keeps running in the background of iPadOS.) The only thing I can think of is get a friggin coder and make the web version into a full screen app. 2 years ago you said that there was “exciting new things that are coming in the app” well when you have a 12.9” screen and it uses 1/10th of the screen without any of the tools. Well gentlemen you f’ed up somewhere. If I owned your company and ran it like you do. The app would be limited to dos 1.0 without any interaction whatsoever.

Obviously there will be differences from websites to apps. However I think that the TrendSpider website is faaaaar superior in comparison to the app. I was close to switching from their competitor but the app has made me reluctant. I, like most people use their phone to trade on the go lot. I’ll give it a year for them the make the app more user friendly and on par with their phenomenal website. Has a lot of work to do if it’s going to compete in the app space. Maybe get with a different ux/ui designer for the app. I do look forward to the future improvements.

TrendSpider on the web is super clean. Indicators are super useful. Customizations are great. Trendspider on iPad Pro M1 looks like a mini version of the iPhone app due to it not scaling to the screen size. Only way to make use of trendspider on the iPad is through the browser which has some limitations such as no right click. TrendSpider on the iPhone has a lot of space that seems to be taken by borders and boxes. The actual charting area is pretty small. Can’t add drawings etc. Scaling the chart feels glitchy. I am torn between TrendSpider on Mac/PC/Web and TradingView on mobile. I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep TrendSpider as I do trade a lot on the go. iPad Pro has excellent battery life and connectivity. TradingView instantly mimics the web. Hard to get around the seamless functioning. I hope there’s an update for the app soon puts it in the same league as its competitors. I really wanted this to be my one stop. Hopefully it can be.

I’m a new user (few days) of this Technical Analysis Software and I got to say it’s Phenomenal to say the least, and these Raindrop Charts are so much more accurate then our traditional candlesticks it will take a while before I switch completely, only thing stopping me is not being able to trade directly from TrendSpider. But that’s okay, the software is a game changer. Regards, Christopher A.

TrendSpider App is better. TrendSpider Web Platform is better. TrendSpider Customer Service is far better. TrendSpider offers a plethora of real-time customer support by phone, live chat, text and email! TradingView has little to no customer support, they rely on tickets that may or may not get support. Full disclosure, I have used both, but now only use TrendSpider.

I’m a fan of the web based application, but I’d really like them to place some focus on the mobile experience of the browser based app and this one. Sometimes I just want to check the charts while I’m on the go and just getting this app to load is a challenge. I don’t think we need all the features of the web based application, but show a little more love to the mobile experience.

TrendSpider is a great trading resource and it has some very powerful data tools. However, TrendSpiders phone app is okay at best. But, in my opinion the phone app is simply okay because it feels like a watered down version of the desktop version that is too busy feeling to fit onto a phone screen. There is no dedicated tablet app. This is another problem with the service. The web version is mostly usable on a tablet web browser but, it’s not 100% the same as on a computer web browser. The app version when used on a tablet is simply a phone app that works on the tablet instead of an app designed for a tablet. If TrendSpider was able to create a usable tablet app version and fix the busy feeling of the phone app, I would give this five stars.

TrendSpider has some pretty amazing functionality. Compared to TradingView it has a far more robust system for scanning and strategy testing, and their dev team has created a pretty spectacular coding function to allow traders to make their own indicators. Highly recommend giving them a shot if your looking to reduce the TA work load

Mobile/desktop interface for more seasoned traders as compared to TradingView. Took me some time, but getting used to it. Much more capabilities in scanning for very specific setups you’re looking for again compared to TradingView. Would recommend to those with intermediate experience at a minimum.

App doesn’t always refresh information when I exit and then return to the app. I usually have to kill the app to get a data refresh.

Trendspider has gone above and beyond for their clients and now providing them with a mobile app, is a game changer. Excited to see where this goes! Not only is their software inclined for the technical trader, their scanners, back tester, and propriety indicator are an awesome addition to the arsenal. Not to mentioned their customer service is TOP! Thanks Trendspider!

The main thing I like about this app is how easy to use the app is. Although it’s very powerful and has as much or more capability than almost anything else, the best part is how easy to use all of those powerful features are.

Few things that are frustrating…you can’t collapse the indicator list, the charts don’t sync to the indicators I have on the site, my watchlist isn’t alphabetical?, you can’t pinch/resize the chart, I don’t see where I can create alerts?Doesn’t feel intuitive at all. Idk feels like 1/10th of what the site offers. Having said all of this, the web app is hands down the best. Hope you guys can see this as constructive criticism!

We all know Trendspider is one of the best charting platforms. The Trendspider greatness has poured over into their new app. Easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, on the road just pull out the app, all your annotations and drawings come up automatically. Job well done.

Look, it may cost you a portion of what you will earn on a single trade if you use the tools offered and use them accordingly. They offer plenty of training which I need to still sign my one on one. But yes, it’s well worth it!!!

Who knows why this App is rated so high? TradingView is light years… and I mean light years beyond this poor excuse for an app. The IOS app is utterly useless. The prices for TrendSpider are just as ugly as spiders themselves. I mean lol this is a joke right? Worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Thank goodness im on a free trial. Will be cancelling immediately without even doing the 7 days. Desktop App was nothing to brag about either. Looks 15-20 years old. Coded by amateurs. 5th graders?

Great app! provides the essential analysis tools for buy/sell decisions! I use the full fledged web version for more detailed analysis and building a watchlist, and use the app to monitor the stock candidates intraday. IMHO, it’s the best trend charting product I have ever used!

I love this software. The team at Trend Spider is putting a lot of effort in to add the best features you find in most apps plus services like unusual Options that other services make you pay separately. Game changer! MRod

Love TrendSpider, this app would be completely perfect if you could add simple drawings but the auto fib and auto trend lines do a good job on the fly.

Very intuitive. Can scan while watching tv on the couch to prep for the morning. I’ve only been using trend spider for less than a week so far but I’m hooked

I was reluctant to take the leap because of the price but I have made multiples of it back since I have begun using all the powerful trading tools on the Trendspider platform.

The app freezes quite a bit. Not sure if it’s my phone . I am on iPhone 11 max pro . Aside that alerts and drawings transfer seamlessly from web page to app. I like it overall except the unresponsive ness at times in both app and webpage.

Pretty lacking app compared to competitors. With how much it cost for subscription. The app is missing so many features for a leading edge tech platform. It’s also really slow and I need to refresh time frames every time I go back to the app to get up to date ticker prices. Wish I canceled before my free trail expired.

Great platform that consistently adds new features. Great system to use no complaints here.

1. can’t create new watch lists 2. can’t run scanners 3. can’t use any drawing tools 4. can’t zoom in to charts closely, especially for horizontal pinch and zoom (you have to really squint sometimes to see the exact candle closes) 5. the zoom and pan interface is very clunky. Not intuitive, you have to position your fingers just right.

If your looking to take your trading to another level this is a must. Honestly for me it makes Tradingview feel elementary. So impressed.

Easy to use, build in scanner, watchlists, easy social media share… and the list goes on and on! Get it now! Great trading starts with fantastic charting.

It is hard to fit a lot of features that TrendSpider offers however it can definitely use some improvement

Have used pretty much every popular charting program and trendspider blows them all out of the water.

I just feel like the creators of this app just don’t use it. Soo many glitches! Every time I open up a new app on my phone the chart fails, I have to close the app and re open it.

Useless app. Barely works. And when it works it’s just a watered down version of the website, which itself doesn’t work from time to time. They spend more time on affiliates / non-traders than actually catering to traders. Really wished this app (and platform as a whole) worked better than it did

After using tradingview for some time, i switched up to TS and havnt looked back. Its an all in one package for a trader at a price that is very competitive

Best trading platform available - hands down.

I love the website and got really excited when thy announced the app. But alas, I install the app and its the most cut down, borderline useless charting software on the market. If you want just basic charts, use Webull or tradingview website. So many better options than this. On an iPad its not even usable for anything.

Is there currently no way to chart on mobile? Also will a gradient feature be coming soon? Love TrendSpider it’s easy to navigate and there are tons of tutorials on its website that teach you how to get started.

A very intuitive app that allows you to access many free tools that will step up your trading game.

There is no better charging app on the market. The training and customer service is amazing! Some of the best I have ever seen!

Just started using the app but it’s pretty cool, a lot of nice features & very user friendly, with lots of videos & tutorials to lean on for help

I don’t care core the scanner section that covers up a big part of the lower screen. Maybe because idk how to use them but with it was more full screen stock chart

I use it in conjunction with Thinkorswim and I have a great idea what to place and when at a moments notice.

Could be a lot better. Still decent transition to mobile from desktop setups.

Am new to the app and couldn’t explore much before giving up cos there’s no landscape mode for charts no matter what i try. iPhone 12 Pro Max

I have to close app if I switch to another or it won’t load chart. Also it needs more options to draw trend lines. There are none it makes no sense.

If I leave the app for even just a second, I have to wait 30 seconds for it to load chart data. Poor mobile version of the app. If you rely on mobile exclusively, don’t buy it.

Very limited mobile features, makes it almost useless. The updates/features on the web need to trickle down quicker to the app. Not being able to do simple things as drawing a trend line?! I mean shouldn’t that be charting app 101?

This app is not good IMO. On iPad Pro it doesn’t screen fill which makes it awful to use. For the amount of money you pay for this it’s extremely disappointing. Feel the page development because it’s a joke on an IPad.
