Old App was better
The new update that was done on this App is not the best, It still allows you to do all the same things the old update did but this update has some features that where removed and or don’t work the same, such as, the old update allowed you to see what was pending in your account a day or 2 before actually processing, so if I knew a payment was going to go through I could make sure there was enough cash in there before it went through, but now it just processes, and I manage to get overdraft Fees all the time, and I gotta call to get those fees removed every time, which is very annoying, the second issue I have with the update is, Every time you make a payment or purchase something, it will show the last card or last account to have activity in your feed, so I always look at the wrong account when I want to see what I have left to spend, the last issue is that when you open your account to see all your account, it doesn’t display the correct amount in which is in your account so you have to click on them in order to get them to refresh and tell you the exact amount.

Convenient but 2 step verification is frustrating
Having to re verify my account after so many logins is frustrating. I enable Face ID and after so many logins it automatically disables it and makes me re verify my account through my email. My password is already a ridiculously long password and I always use the same phone from the same locations. What’s the point of Face ID if I have to keep re verifying on a weekly basis and no option to turn off 2 step. Super annoying feature! Please change this to an optional feature.

Old App is Better
They recently updated this app and it is super annoying. I have multiple linked accounts with a family member, before the update I could use my login and know exactly which account was mine (because it stayed in the same spot) and it was updated on the first sight of logging in. The new update makes me click into my account to see what I actually have to spend, because it won’t update on that first page. The order to which the accounts are displayed are now the most recent used. So most of the time I have to search for which account is even mine, and I’m constantly seeing what my family members are spending instead of my own. If there were a way to fix and change the setting of this, I’d be happier. But now I’m just annoyed every time I check my accounts, which is also multiple times a day. I’ve been a customer with this bank for over 15 years and I’ve never had anything to complain about until now. I love this bank and it won’t make me switch, but I hate this new app update.

DON’T USE TWINSTAR
They have jammed me up doing business so much. Don’t ever try to transfer money from PayPal to TwinStar. TS will block your funds and not tell you. They won’t follow up to tell you why. They don’t care about their customers access to funds if they have denied transfers. They will make you send messages and call customer support like I have for 4 days now. Hours and hours on the phone with no help. They will require you to say pretty please releases my funds and suppress my card for one day so funds can be transferred. They denied my transfer so many times from PayPal that PayPal said my TWINSTAR account looked suspicious. TWINSTAR will ripple effect through your other accounts and make you look suspicious because of TwinSatra actions. The card suppression comes off at midnight and won’t get reinstated until they open at 8. It’s a joke of a system that refuse to do business with. I’m so done with the bank. I’m transferring funds out( if they allow it) and taking my business to Penninsula Credit Union. Bye bye TwinStar. I hope you learn to take better care of your customers. -Harro

Those ladies at the hoquiam Washington location are the absolute best in the business I have never ever ever been treated better than with the most beautiful precious amazing caring loving and kind and understanding 👌🏼👍🏼🙃 cannot say enough there isn’t enough words to describe these beautiful precious Angels 👼 their sweet and so happy 😃 to be seeing you haha 🤣 no really honestly please pay close attention and then give them angels 👼 a big fat thank y’all and a fat raise and bonuses they absolutely definitely deserve them they are so so very much sweet and awesome 😎 thank you 🙏 I love Twinstar and the beautiful precious little ladies that are always working so hard for me already and they go above and beyond every single expectations you may have!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrendous app
I don’t know why the app had to change. This new version is terrible. I have given it a few weeks to see if is just that I need to get used to it and nope. It stinks. 1. When I first open the app and it shows my account balances, the balance is whatever it was the last time I used the app not what it is now. Not helpful. 2. The menu bar at the top is so high, and the one the bottom is so low, the interfere with my iPhone screen features. The back arrow at the top left of my screen is so high, it doesn’t even work. I have to tap and click a ton of buttons to try and get back to where i wanted to be. 3. When I am getting ready to make a payment to a particular payee, bill pay doesn’t show the amount the last payment made or the date it was made. 4. My family members’ account numbers no longer appear as options for me when I go to transfer funds. 5. App no longer shows pending debits/deposits. I love TSCU so much but this app does not meet standard. Please fix.

Worst banking apps EVER
I’ve been a TwinStar member for decades. These apps may make me change credit unions. The new banking and card protection apps are TERRIBLE. 1) A “feed” showing transactions from multiple personal, business, and children’s accounts all jumbled together is entirely unhelpful. 2) The new banking app requires users to rename accounts to game the alphabetical listing system to prioritize debit accounts. Nonsensically , credit accounts must be listed separately. 3) The separate “card protection” app — for notifying TSCU that I’m traveling — is not at all intuitive or user friendly. It says my current cards can be managed from the app, but none of them appear in ANY menu listing, and when the account numbers are entered, the app says I can already manage them — despite them not being listed on ANY menu or screen. Instead of easily utilizing online / mobile banking, as I’ve done for years, I am forced to call or visit branches for assistance with these tasks. Zero stars!

Review on new app
Hi have issue with once going to transactions and making a deposit, I have a very difficult time figuring out how to get back to the home page where all my accounts and their balances come up. Also when can I bring the app to the homepage it doesn’t give me an accurate balance of my primary account that I use which is the Casa, and it takes a few moments after for theActual balance to come. Once I put my password in I have to click unlock button twice before it will unlock which is ridiculous. Overall I like the way the app worked before this new one was implemented this one is not very friendly and the colors are very dull I like the bright cobalt blue and the white

Being back the old app
The new app has a loss of features that the old app offered. The most import losses are the ability to notify the bank when and where I will be using my card when out of town and the ability to see pending income. It is crucial to be able to let the bank know that transactions that I am making when out of town are actually me and not fraudulent activity without having to drive to a branch or make a phone call. TwinStar branches are few and far between, and I don’t live close to one one. You have removed an important feature for customers. I have written a review already when this app first came out about how important it is to be a to see by ow much we are getting paid the night before it is deposited. But I will re emphasize now how important that is. We cannot plan anything until we know how much we are getting paid. I will not recommend TwinStar to any friends or family.

The new app is an awful move compared to the old one
The new app for Twinstar is more complicated than it was previously. If I want to see all of my accounts (and I have a multiple) I have to click on “see all”. I don’t need to see my previous transactions over my accounts. I can’t see my available balance along with what’s actually in my account like before. Everything blends together because it’s pretty much all white. When I go to transfer money from one account to another it’s difficult to see because it’s so light. I have less control over which accounts I see first. Everything has to be alphabetical order or along those lines. I can’t pick and choose which ones are at the top or bottom like before. I have to click on more options to finish my transactions. Overall I believe this was a poor choice. Sometimes simpler is better. Also, the looks of the app once logged in is just not appealing.

Clunky update—needs some work
The old app wasnt flashy, but it was reliable. The visual updates on the update are ok, but not as a tradeoff for app speed. It’s noticeably slower on a newer device and the default view on the “Feed” needs to be editable for the user. I had come to rely on quickly logging in and glancing at my account balances (accounts which I had arranged in the order that worked for me personally); the new app shows whichever account had the latest activity (including looked-at in-app) at the top first, which will continue to be inconsistent. Please make this more user friendly. I would like to log in and quickly look at information that I find pertinent to my own finances.

Mobil app-deposited checks
When you deposit a check with the Mobil app, it makes you take (sometimes too) many pictures until it considers a clear shot, only then you can submit it, as it processes the legitimacy of the check and confirms the information you entered digitally also matches the actual check, I'm assuming. Then you can submit it to get it "submitted" with a confirmation number. Yet it's not confirmed at that point, and it can get rejected by-this is where the system of this app fails-saying it got rejected due to picture not being clear. Even with the subjectively clear picture of the check attached to your rejection screen. So, if you are Mobil-depositing a lot of checks, make sure they are "confirmed".

Not as good as previous version
The previous version was far more user friendly. All of the sub accounts were stationary and the setup and color on the app made it very simple to see your information at a glance. I never had a problem navigating abs of the tabs and transfers were quick. In this version, the accounts shift based on what you used last, the feed is messy and unclear. In addition, when I try to do a quick transfer, the screen is such that instead of being able to easily scroll the whole page, I end up touching the account selection box and switching the account I was trying to transfer to instead of scrolling up to move forward with the transfer. It’s a small, first world issue, but it makes the online banking unnecessarily more troublesome.

Not happy with the update. AT ALL
Talk about fixing something that wasn’t broken! Not only did they shut down access for several days while they switched from the old system to the new system, cutting off all access if you’re weren’t near a branch or ATM... The new app is not very intuitive and lacks a lot of the basic functionality that the previous app had. Balances are different on the main page than they are on individual account pages. Transfers are much clunkier. You can’t see the running balance of the account with each transaction as before. And it’s annoying having to click on buttons more than once to get the three dots moving (indicating you’ve submitted the action you’re working on). I’m sure there are / will be more complaints, but these are the ones that come to mind right this second.

Transfers!
I had the displeasure of having to waste over an hour on two calls to T.S. Yesterday for the simple question of how to do a Transfer from one account to another with in my own T.S. Bank Accounts. Transferred to another extension after 35 min. Wait and no answer. Called back and waited again to be finally connected to a so called Supv. By the name of Fallon in ORD call center, she knew nothing. I explained I wanted to do a transfer, But not the same day nor did I want to do a repeating set up either, something always offered but need to locate on App. And always difficult to find. This time I could not locate it at all. Supervisor Fallon or close to this spelling tells me it’s no longer an option to do, I asked as of when and gives a Lame excuse as to not knowing as of when. I proceeded to call back again for further explanation and asked to leave my place in line for call back, that was yesterday morning and still waiting for a call back. It appears that T.S. Has outsourced their Customer Service to Call Centers where the people answering phones no nothing or are they willing to help you resolve issues because they are not trained to do so. Poor excuse for Customer Service or follow up as to my banking needs.

Painful
OMG this is one of the worst apps I have ever seen it is so difficult to find your way around. Once you do try to sort of find your way around there are a couple of ways you can do things. I have found one way may be easier than the other. I tried to pay my visa bill today and I could not see what the balance was because I could not scroll over far enough so I took a guess at $55 the app said that’s too much money so I had to back out of the payment part go find out how much I owed you and could only pay the exact amount. I will say there are some cool parts about the app as far as showing you yours bending patterns. I hope you do usability studies before you put these things out there for the general public to use. Horrible Communication and Upgrade
Having been a member of Twin Star Credit Union for over five decades, I am extremely disappointed in their lack of proactive communication about this software upgrade. Having the system down for a few days as well as the inability to maintain links between other personal accounts led to a lot of frustration for thousands of members, including myself. I recognize that the old app and online program were dated, but you’re new supposed “upgraded” version certainly does not feel like an upgrade when it lacks convenient features that the old system had. I also understand that there are typically growing pains when converting to a new version of software. However after three months of pain trying to make the new program do what the old one did has convinced me that this new program is worse than what you had before. If I cannot set up monthly transfers between my own accounts easily and have to manually do it every month, how is that an upgrade? Very disappointed in both the lack of communication from TwinStar to its members and the chosen path of software upgrade which lacks features and ease-of-use.

Disappointment
After having many loans with twin star I was turned down on a loanWith collateral I was very disappointed after having over 60,000 in a savings account with Key Bank it was greatly disappointing to see I could not get along on a 2004 pick up as collateral for $10,000 and never missing no payments over the many years of working with twin star I believe at this time I should go to Key Bank and continue my savings with Key Bank I think each person should be considered to get loans when having money in savings accounts

Needs more filters
In general this app is clear and nicely compartmentalized for easy user interaction. But there are a few things lacking that I find very important. Deposits: A lack of filters make it difficult to look up past deposits. I would like to be able to select period of time, an amount, what type of transaction, etc. Also, even though a photograph is taken when depositing a check, I am not able to see that photograph and no information about the check is recorded except for the amount. I need to know the check number, and who the check was from, and sometimes some notes Transactions: All transactions are recorded and easy to understand, but the total amount of my account’s balance is no longer shown at each transaction. It used to be and I found it a useful feature, so hope it comes back Interest and fees: It’s difficult to see how much interest has been charged due to a credit card balance. That number should be very obvious and listed clearly among the other transactions

New on line banking app
Such a disappointment. It appears to be a new shiny object that couldn’t be resisted. Whoever purchased this new program did not take into consideration the member, but instead only looked at the digital aspect. I worked for Twinstar for a very proud 32 years. I have had current Twinstar members of all ages reach out to me to help them understand the current On Line Banking. I am certain Twin is under a contract with the new program. CEO Jim McCarthy (a previous Twin employee) Trailhead Credit Union recently did a on line banking change and started 6 months in advance alerting all of the membership visually as well as in the branches. At the time the new program was put in place the membership as well as the staff had been completely educated. Sad move on Twinstar’s part, we could learn from Jim McCarthy.

New update is awful
I never leave reviews on apps, but I thought that this one deserved one. The newest update is incredibly difficult to use and it’s challenging to do any business on it at all. You have to physically click into an account to get a current balance and the mobile deposit errors out more often than it works. Additionally, I have been transferring money to my husband (also a TwinStar customer) for years now and I suddenly can no longer transfer money to him, without using the desktop version, which is incredibly inconvenient especially if you are traveling. Next time, please do more user experience testing on a new product, because this response would be drastically different if that had happened prior to rollout. Very disappointing.

I love TwinStarCU and this app!!!
Especially during these weird days I’m able to do a lot of banking activities from my phone, and it saves me so much time and general grief! My only criticism is that I was used the a prior version and it feels different, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it over time. I grew up in an era that banking meant going into a location or filling out slips, and given that consideration the banking app is 100 times more convenient. Transfers at 2 am? Yep, no problem. Check my account on the way to work? Easy. Totally worth it.

New customer
I’ve become a new customer at TwinStar by way of an auto loan every time I’ve had to call for any reason I’ve had amazing customer service and I am now looking forward to moving my banking services to TwinStar as a result. It’s always nice to know the person on the other end of the phone is kind and helpful and willing to help you figure out what’s going on however long it takes this seems to have been lost lately in our world lately and it’s nice to find it again.

Thank you for the app. It’s convenient. Here are some things that would add value. Could you please look at adding these? 1. Could you show the payee on check transaction records? This would help not only within the TwinStarCU app but also in the budgeting apps like Mint. 2. When doing transfers, we are able to enter a description, which is helpful. However, there are so many characters of bank info that show up on the transaction record before the description, that we often don’t see any of the description, particularly in the budget apps like Mint.

The Best
I have been with a few banks and credit unions in my time. I could not have asked for a better bank or credit union. When opening my account with twinstar the customer service was above what I was expecting. Especially while the whole state is shut down. Then I had a small problem and went to the twinstar in Onalaska. The drive through was the only thing open. But just like banking in person The drive through staff went above and beyond. I just wanted to say great job and thank you in this time of the unknown. Thank you

Hate this update!
I’ve been with twinstar for over a decade and this is the first time I’ve ever considered leaving this bank. The app used to be perfect, very user friendly, showed everything I needed like pending transactions as soon as they started with a running balance total, showed me my banking information like full account number. It was perfect. Now they have recently updated the app and it is probably one of the worst banking apps I’ve ever used. Doesn’t show me anything pending but shows there’s money gone from total balance and doesn’t show my banking information. It also looks terrible. Whoever decided to change this app should be fired. This is one of the worst “upgrades” to an app I’ve ever seen.

Old App was BETTER
Actual balance does not stay updated. You have to click on an account to get the home page to update to the actual current balance. I don’t like that you can no longer see the balance after each transaction without opening the specific transaction. I do not care for the meeting look. I am super disappointed in the new app. It frequently has bugs that do not allow you transfer from one internal account

After the make over this bank is garbage
I have Business and personal accounts and the did a upgrade they call it but I would call it a down grade worst thing they could have done by far the worst experience with online and mobile app banking ever. If you have many account do not go to twin star credit union I will be close my accounts all 4 of them and find a new company that has customer friendly banking not this garage they have now. They are nice and friendly bank love the bank but this app makes things hard for banking and now takes a hour to check all my accounts when it use to take just a min. Bring back the old banking and I would stay this is a joke.

Old app was much better
The new app although it looks much better does not operate nearly as reliable as the older version. Overtime they may be able to fix bugs but in this day and age where we do most of our banking online people can’t afford these simple issues with their bank. I’ve used twinstar for over 5 years now and I’m looking for a replacement just because their app is no longer reliable/ functional. The main thing I’ll be considering when looking for a new checking account is the app quality after my experience with this app.

Was better before remodel
They recently changed the look/layout of the app and it’s so much worse. Before it was simple and easy to use. Now half the time they don’t show me the actual amount of money in my account, it’ll say one number and when I go to deposit a check it will say I have a different amount. Not super great for a banking app :/ it still does what you need from it but it’s more of a headache.

Removing features is super cool and always appreciated
Would have been super cool if they didn't decide to remove the option to unlock your account with a PIN this update 🙄 We're out here with mask mandates and you took away the one option that let people not type in their entire password in public if they want to check their account at the grocery store or whatever. Feeling real jealous of people with older iPhones who still have fingerprint unlock. The decision to not make the balance shown on the home screen update automatically when you log in is an interesting one, too. I have to actually click through to the account for it to update. Why is it even there?

Bad move on the “upgrade”
1. Even this many weeks after the upgrade you still can’t trust the balance that shows on your Home Screen when you log in. 2. I don’t like that you can’t switch between account logins without sending verification codes, that doesn’t work for our family with two accounts. We found a work around by using the app for one account and the browser for the other but even the browser login is terrible now. It always displays a message that “balances may be out of date.” What good is that? Zero stars. Considering changing credit unions because my banking information is such a jumbled mess when I need it see it.

Extremely Disappointed
I love Twinstar and have always had positive experiences, even when dealing with issues, during my 20 years as a member. The changes made to this app (mobile and on the computer) in the last month or so are simply unenlightened. It seems as though customers weren’t surveyed, or consulted, in any way when this change was planned. I understand that sometimes changes are needed to to aging software or infrastructure. However, much more care needs to be taken than appears to have been taken in this case. This seems very unlike Twinstar. Outside of the bound accounts that didn’t come across in the update, or randomly made it through while others of similar ilk did not, the usability and aesthetic of the new application is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This has made paying my bills and transferring money much more difficult, which is the opposite of what mobile banking is intended to do in my opinion. Please fix by rewriting the application or finding a different vendor.

Basics are fine, but bill pay is abismal
This app works fine for checking balances, transferring money between accounts and deposits. However, the bill pay function is not user friendly and on more than one occasion the eBills “didn’t generate “ so my bills set up for eBill auto pay didn’t get paid, which is very frustrating. Very difficult to navigate the bill pay on the app. Better on the desktop version, but just as unreliable. Occasionally the balance doesn’t update accurately & timely, which has caused me to overspend.

Please fix Face ID feature
I want to love this app, and yet is still has bugs that I thought would be fixed by now. One issue is the login. The app doesn’t seem to remember me (my login credentials) and I have enabled Face ID more times than I can remember, and it works sometimes. The rest of the time I am stuck doing two-factor authentication with email (that seems to be the only choice). The other features work pretty well, transferring funds to members, paying loans, etc. It’s better than the app they had a few years ago.

Very convenient and easy to use
The Twinstar Mobil app allows me to do my banking on the fly. If I need to transfer funds between accounts, I can do it anytime and from anywhere. I’m able to see account balances at a glance with the dashboard and I’m even able to access statements. Secure messaging through the app allows me to submit inquiries or requests without needing to go to an actual branch location, saving me time and providing a convenient means to deal with routine matters.

Used to be great
The app used to be great and did everything we needed. I used to be able to transfer to my kids accounts without issue when they needed something or I needed one of them to get something at the store. Used to be able to see pending deposits now I can’t. Have to track through all the accounts to see true amounts in there and see if payments have gone through. I am not impressed with the update at all. Granted the bank itself is amazing and employees are super friendly — I just don’t think this new app inception was worth all we lost with it.

Not the old app but better
At first I really was not a fan of this mobile banking app but my feelings for it have changed over time. I mostly use mobile banking for mobile check deposits and checking balances. I love the mobile deposit feature, it uses the phones camera light and automatically snaps the photo when the check is in frame and in focus!

TwinStar Credit Union - Thank You
Someone once told me to open an account with a credit union; it was around the end of the first decade in the 00’s. In doing so, my family has been able to enjoy experiences because of TwinStar’s loyalty to their customer. The loan, insurance, credit card, in branch and even 10pm out of state call employees have been courteous, timely, relatable, and professional. I can’t thank TwinStar Credit Union for the exceptional occurrence.

Used to be good
This used to be an awesome app to use for banking . With this recent update that was done in September this app is absolute trash . I cannot view linked accounts, which I have always have access to . When I contact support they basically can’t help me . This is extremely frustrating . I have been with This financial institution for over 35 years and I have thought long and hard about moving my money from here because the app is trash . It’s hard to look at , hard to navigate , information is located in tabs that don’t even make sense .

Great App
It’s a great app, easy to navigate and use. The messenger part of this app isn’t the best. Not because of the format but because it takes so long for a response. It’s just easier to call or go in. It’s easy to get set up and it’s convenient for checking in balances. The depositing a check on the app takes 24 hours or longer depending on which day you do it, which is something that doesn’t occur with my other bank apps. They can usually process it right away or within a few hours. But it’s nicely formatted and great for a local bank app!

Lack of trust
Recently just open a business account through TwinStar credit union which I’ve been banking with with my personal bank account for eight years they’ve put a 90 day hold on any of my checks that are coming into the account that are over $5000. My business rotates money through it faster than 90 days. And it is an extreme inconvenience. I do appreciate the interest paid on the account for having my business with them. That’s why they’re getting a three star.

I liked it once upon a time..
This app was rad for quite a while! And then all of the sudden it started crashing on me randomly when I’d be trying to get money work done! I’d simply be looking at transactions and then BAM, timed out! Even though I was clearly active and moving around in the app. Clearly no reason to time out. And it’s not like this happens as a random glitch, it happens all the time!!! Can someone please fix this? Other than that... TwinStar CU is amazing! I’ll never leave this bank even though I’ll probably never live in the PNW ever again. This bank is going with me where ever I go! Just please fix the app!

Horrible
New app is not an upgrade….total downgrade. Cannot see future pending deposits. Have always been able to see this. The only time I was unable to see this info is when I used banks. Always been able to see future pending deposits with every credit union that I have had accounts with. Wish they still had old app. This one is not user friendly. I agree with everyone’s current reviews. Sounds ridiculous, but I am actually considering another credit union over this. I heavily use online and mobile banking and this new app is just a HUGE disappointment.

New Online Platform
This is by far the worst online platform I’ve ever seen. It’s not user friendly. I don’t like how to combines my transactions from my credit card and debit card on the front page. The available balance on the front page does not show pending transactions removed from the balance. You have to click inside the account to see it. Also, any accountant knows that will you look at your accounts all at once your cash (checking, savings, etc) come first, followed by your debt (loans). Check out a balance sheet for reference. This app has the debt first and cash below that.

Worst, most inconsistent app EVER.
This is one of the apps I rely on the most because it is literally how I access my money to LIVE and EAT. Mobile deposit is garbage and kicks back with NO alert a day later after it was already "accepted". It's very finicky with photo mobile deposits. Log in and find outdated balances. Old app was 100x better and much more user friendly. Can't see balance after a transaction unless you highlight transaction. So many complaints about this have already opened an acct at OBEE to start transferring accounts bc every pay day I have an issue with the mobile deposit.

Twinstar app is horrible
This app changed 6-8 months ago and I, and many others, have had nothing but problems with it ever since. I can’t add payees in bill pay, I can’t open certain features in the app because their location conflicts with functions of my phone, it’s also hard to find the functions I need. Sometimes I need to log in on a computer because the app just won’t let me do what I need to do. Generally speaking, if I want to perform certain functions in the app, I need to call support to make them happen. I’m ready to move my 5 accounts to a different bank.

TwinStar Easy to Keep Tabs on Account
They make it easy for me make sure there is no funny business going on with my account. I am notified of every access. Puts my mind at ease! If something happens I would be on it quickly to minimize any further damage. Helpful especially in this day and age of all things electronic. Thank you all the notifications I can sign up for that meet my personal thresholds.

Not user friendly.
They new update is terrible. It’s not easy to read with the new layout. I cannot view my scheduled transactions. Nor can I easily find them to change or edit them. The fact that I have to fight with an app now just to manage my own money makes me want to rip my hair out. When changing and updating apps companies really should try and make them similar to the previous layout and management system and make changes over time to help their customers get used to it. This new app pisses me off. And I’m not the only one I have talked to that is upset with it.

Hate the new design
Not only does it create a much more complicated view of accounts, it’s laggy and the features don’t fit the dimensions of the current 13pro display. The top navigation buttons are placed outside of the proper area so anytime I try to go back a page I’m sent out of the app. And what’s the point of allowing you to favorite an account when you’re still stuck with the same view that doesn’t let you sort out other accounts you don’t want to see, and a recent transactions area that also shows for accounts that you don’t want to see.
