This camera works as expected and I am happy with this purchase. But I noticed the battery doesn’t stay charged even when the sun is out. It shows it is charging but I think it uses more power than the solar panel can charge. So I have to take the camera down every few days and charge it inside. Kind of a bummer. But at least it works. Connected to the internet. Have to pay for a plan monthly. Set up was easy. And I can watch it live from anywhere on my phone. I am Using it to watch my farm animals. Night vision works great Can see everything well. Wish list for a future camera Remotely Movable. I have an indoor camera that Moves remotely so I can see more. That would be great to have for this camera so when my animals move I can move the camera to see them from my phone
Had this running for maybe 3 days now. Device shows online in app. I activated the trial period. Made one angle change at the location I mounted it and now it doesn’t show live and says my 4g plan is expired. The quality was decent when it was working. Signal is good solar is good battery is full. Attempted the customer service feature and was redirected to try another customer service with no contact info. Other issues was it was not alerting me in notification with all setting set to do so both in app and on my iPhone. I even paid for the 30 day cycle storage. Did basic trouble shooting all lights showing good to go but still not even a live view. So what’s the point of this? Is the expectation to pay for every live view? Way disappointed if I could do negative stars I would. As a result of a failed device I took property damage from two loose animals came back on the property which was the point of this camera anyway. Does not pick up motion consistently I made several passes in view within 10 feet and nothing
I really like the camera and functions. It's awesome that the camera has a dual mode of picture and also video with the option of night vision mode or regular. It does everything thing I need it to. I’ve had it out for roughly a year with out having to recharge it. The solar panel works great when placed in the proper amount of sunlight. Just pulled it down recently to look the unit over and top off the battery back to 100%. I highly recommend, I just ordered a second unit.
Very easy to setup and use the app ! Also loading funds works great the text support was wonderful and knowledgeable! Keep in mind some settings can take a few minutes or even an hour but the system works great and prices are fair! Appreciate the tiers available it is so helpful to have options for everyone budget! It’s a selling point I am happy about! So I will keep using my camera because of that!
I am blown away by the great customer service i received. My camera worked great for 3 months. I started having some issues and the customer service worked with me to solve them. After a good long effort of troubleshooting they sent me a replacement. I recommend Ucon Sehmua Trail Camera any day all day long. Roger
Purchase this for a construction project we’re building in northern Idaho and the remote woods. Positioned the tree cam on a tree pointed at the house, then powered it up. Works perfectly right out of the box. I’m only two weeks in, but so far so good. Was definitely easy to set up. I purchased the one year data plan and used the cellular chip that came with the device. I think it was 120 bucks… definitely cheaper than driving up there frequently!
In order to use the camera that you have purchased you MUST give access to your PHONE’S camera and location. I’m sure your photos as well, but I didn’t make it that far. The only reason they would need that is for data tracking. Some of you may be ok with that but I’m not. even to contact customer service in the app you must give access to your phones camera. there should be no reason you couldn’t manually enter the cameras information. The app says that the creator doesn’t track your data, but someone is otherwise they would be no reason to require access to every bit of your phone.
Works good. Has great features and functionality. Battery has never dropped below 98 % with the included solar panel charger/power. Recently had issues with loading recorded videos. I would recommend buying this product for situations without external electricity supply and unwanted use of WiFi internet
I love this camera so much 360s up-and-down you can talk to people or dear or animals whatever turn the light on night visions great the best thing about it. I can see live video what’s going on at this very moment I definitely recommend this camera.
It takes to long to download off of memory card and jams up camera. It should download as soon as you want to see it from memory card. And you should be able to delete one at a time without formatting the whole card. You should also be able to save it to phone for future use.
It doesn’t crash and does all it’s supposed to do. Maybe others have biases against Chinese products who have written reviews on this , I don’t . It works great so far. But wanted to make this review asap because I can’t stand unwarranted bashing of a product
Would give 5 stars but I’ve had issues with connectivity for one of the cameras we bought and the battery drained quickly. Otherwise both are fantastic quality and work well. My other battery is still at full capacity so it might be a location issue.
These products are fantastic and work well. The picture is high quality and it does what it’s suppose to do. The solar panels work great. I charged the camera up the first time and there has never once been an issue.
So far I can give a very high rating. The camera functions well and the help team has responded very quickly and very helpful. I must compliment the product and service. Thank you.
Have noticed that when it takes pictures the quality is perfect but during live stream it seem to be clouded and pixels aren’t clear but over all the camera is great for what I have it being used to do
Works very well over the cell network with clear images and steady connection. The solar panel keeps it fully charged all the time. I will buy another if needed.
I bought 2 cameras and they work great. The solar panels keep cameras charged IF you place them where the sun can hit them. No complaints and I’ve had them for almost a year now.
Used it with the provided SIM card till the free trial expired, then switched to one I bought from T-Mobile to use with my existing account. Went pretty easily. It is easy to control remotely and provides really decent footage.
Great customer service, battery is always well charged even in the somewhat shaded area I installed it, and it’s caught legitimate activity when it alerts me- not just shadows like other cameras have.

Gets a good signal, solar recharge works well, and the picture is good. Only thing, is takes a minute to download previous pictures. Overall a Great Buy

This is the best cam out there. Period! I’m swapping out all of my tactacams and Moultries for these. Best pic, sends video to phone, comes with solar and it’s cheaper?!!! Do yourself a favor and buy these cams. You won’t regret it!
So far, zero support received. I’ve paid for more data, but app doesn’t recognize and forces me to purchase more data before I can access camera feed. Avoid!! Surely there are better options with actual support to assist with the thing. Avoid!
