Very Good

By far one of the best tennis games I’ve played thus far. The game play is the best as well as leveling up the players. The outfits is very nice along with the players celebrations after a good or bad play. Everyone will for sure have a very difference in opinion but the other tennis games you have to spend a ton of money to achieve anything instead of playing for the it. I will only spend money on a game that is worth it and this one will surely get some. And sadly the only reason why I didn’t give this game 5 Stars is because of the graphics, update the graphics and I honestly believe you will become a 5 Star number 1 tennis app. Keep improving on your already awesome app!

Too unfair

This game would be 5 stars if it wasn’t so unfair when it came to arena matches. A team made up of one player with a level of 200+ in attributes and the rest basic, or gold level players, can beat a team made up of all 150+ players if they just use that one 200+ player the entirety of the match. There should be a MASSIVE hit to stamina for anyone who only uses only one player for back to back points. That way it balances out people who have one super powerful player. With one serve the opponent can wipe out half of my players’ stamina, but playing eight games in a row does nothing to their single player’s stamina. It just isn’t balanced. It maybe wouldn’t be a problem if the other teams you get matched with are consistently around your level, but alas, they are not. Which brings me to another issue. Ever since getting an all red team, I have only once been matched with a player who is equal to or lower than my team level. All other times have been at least one black player and ALWAYS way above my level. It just doesn’t seem right. How is it that I am always matched with players ABOVE my level but I BARELY EVER get matched with players below mine. It makes me think that because I am playing for free, it matches me with players who are paying to get bonuses. Those bonuses aren’t just coins, or gold, or points, the bonuses also include getting matched with players way below your level. If I wasn’t so determined to not give them my money now, I’d test this theory out.

Becoming too cheaty

As all games, more greater the amount of users, the more someone find a way to cheat. And this game is becoming about to be impossible to play without cheating. I enjoy this game really much. It is extremely realistic. I have played for years and built strong players during that time. But, for the past several months, I have noticed that player who’s level are noticeably inferior than mine, are winning easily. I know the skills you can purchase for your level but when you see people in the level 150 and around doing these skills, you know they are cheating: make you super slow when you receive serves, high speed and super save, drain more than half of your energy in one shot, super smash capabilities recharge at super speed. Those are black level skills. And not only black levels, you need to keep purchasing skills in the black level to reach what some cheaters have. So sad. I want to keep playing but I hardly win a game. So what is the point. Your player can not progress.

Good App but Completely Rigged

Okay the game itself is super fun, I love the wide variety of characters and all of the different ways you can upgrade them. Also there are so many multiplayer options that you can choose from. That being said, this game is completely rigged. Usually I refrain from using that word because it sounds like an excuse, but they do it so obviously it’s extremely frustrating that they are preventing you from going up in levels. For example, if you’re playing a team that has a much higher rating than you, and you start winning against them, the game will literally just make you miss it in the net or hit it out until you lose. Or if you’re trying to go up Arena levels, once you’re almost to a new arena, the game will match you with these super good players you have no chance against. Basically I’ve been playing quite a bit and although I’ve been leveling up my players, I’ve made no progress in any mode due to the blatant unfairness. I’m really disappointed in this aspect, Ultimate Tennis needs to do better.

Very bad

The game deceives you into thinking you control the players. It is rigged and not worth the effort. Game actively works against you, narrowing wide shots, forcing out of bounds from good shots, double faults! All out of your control and giving advantage to the opponents. Don’t spend money on it! If you play for a few weeks you realize the same outcomes occur on a measurable basis. I.e it is not skill but predetermined outcomes primarily driving game play. All designed to get you to spend money on enhancements. Here is the secret. The opposing players are not real or are plants to entice you to spend money. The better you get the dramatically harder the players get. You simply can’t win 4 of 5 times. I have counted. Also players under certain flags Russia, China, S Korea, have clear cheats of other enhancements. Once a player with a lower ranking deployed 4 “special powers” simultaneously! It was a joke. So my recommendation is find something else that maybe not as pretty is something more than a problem ridden fake real play game designed to frustrate you into enriching the developers.

Waste of time and careful with your money...

No joke...you do not really control the player but to a point. No matter how good you can be, any player with a level above will eat you for breakfast. Lots of glitches as real time is impossible and so those closer to the server have advantages. Those who spend money are the only ones that have a chance for the top. Your players will lose all their energy when playing higher level players before the game really ends. If you think you will get somewhere playing for free forget about it. Back in the old days, when someone paid to win it was called, cheating. Nowadays they call it “investment”...lol. Your players automatically become retarded when your opponent is higher level. All of a sudden with full energy, your players, even if Red, will start throwing the ball out, on the net, your Hot Skills will not work...if your distance from the server is greater than your opponents, you will see balls coming back to you even if your play bounces twice on his field. The game is made to empty your pockets. No skill required...you can’t find a good fair game anymore...

Best game so far!!

I have had this game for a LONG time. Well over 3 months, that’s for sure. I was hesitant to write a review as I wanted to really understand the game a bit more. If you’re not a very PvP kind of person like me, it’s very easy to avoid it, and it’s nice that they give you that option. I love the variety in players, and you will too. From offensive to defensive baseliners to solely servers and volleyers, not to mention you can build them up to as strong as you want them, especially if there’s a specific character that has caught your eye. The only really negatives that I found about this game is that it can be quite laggy, and glitches out from time to time, and I have a fairly new phone. And currency. Currency will run out very very quickly. But all in all, it is a great game and I haven’t used any real money to enjoy this game. :)

Get it, cause you WILL love it

At first I was skeptical because of all of the other tennis games that I saw in the App Store, because when you first start the game, the controls seem super complicated and confusing. But all it really controls is strength, and direction of how you hit the ball. Then all of the other controls are just what type of hit you do (slicing and etc.) All of the matches that you get into all come with different AI difficulties and some of them may seem challenging at first. For some people they will love the challenge, others might get frustrated if they lose a match and just delete the game, but I’m telling you from experience, this is the best tennis game that you will find on the App Store. P.S - You might find another game called “Stick Tennis”, don’t get it, the controls are absolute trash... TRASH I TELL YOU!

One of the best Tennis apps

This game is pretty fun and the software is pretty fluid and attractive. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5 star is because you’ll never be “pretty good” until you spend real money. At a certain point you can’t compete player v player competitively anymore because everyone in your rank is 50 ranks above you because they spent money. Their is very little screening for p v p and you may play a person who has twice as good players as you have but your the same level... idk. It’s fun but don’t waste a lot of time on this game if you don’t want to spend money

Finally found the ENG version

Fled and still play the Chinese version of the game. It seems that there is some difference but it's 99% the same. Each match is 1 set long and can be prolonged if your character runs out of stamina and if you allow your opponent to score. Characters can be bought using in game currency or real currency. Characters can be upgraded by level and skill and can also surpass current limit from silver to gold, etc. This game, even the Chinese version, is online only and can't be played offline. PvP matches can also be played.

Was the best Tennis game before the new update

It looks like you didnt improved the game, but downgraded it instead. I dont know why you changed many unnecessary things in it, but there are bugs everywhere. 1) After opening the game it says “Failed: try again later” something like this, but after closing that window game runs. 2) You literally cant claim 3h free pack, it needs you to watch ad and after that it gives 404 error without giving your prize. 3) There were enhance and trade buttons in player decks section so it was easier to find players who can be enhanced with cards or could be traded (that was really helpful). *) You made this game profitable for you with some ad sections, etc. , but it ruined whole game system, so you better fix everything as fast as you can or just go back to the previous update till you fully build this without bugs! Thanks.

Great game x somewhat racist!!!

I’ve been playing this game for a while now. I even restarted from scratch recently as I unfortunately lost access to my stupid Apple ID. logging in again - it came right back to me that there was no diversity in this game. Plenty of white or Asian looking players but no darker Afro, Latino or even Middle Eastern looking players. Oh, except Afroman!!!! Ridiculous in 2021

Totally Unbalanced Game

This game has great potential, however despite the rewards given. You get absolutely no where. The stronger the payer, it appears the weaker they become. I have played this game well over a year, and have yet to advance from Arena 5. In fact, once u reach a certain point with an arena, you begin loose so many games/points it places you back to the points needed to enter the Arena you’re in. You then must play/building points (despite strengthening your players), only to fall again in the same cycle. U loose so many games, it’s not worth playing. I would pause before spending any money on this game,until you understand the forced cycle. It’s extremely disappointing!

Decent Game

It’s a good game but you’ll definitely notice a difference if you play against someone who paid for an upgrade.. the game will actually slow you down to make sure you don’t win.. they don’t hide it either. A bunch of down arrows will surround your player while the AI is zapping your energy.. very rarely will they pit you against a player that you’re better than because they want you to spend money after you lose to them.. again, it’s a good game but the AI support for players that pay is a little too obvious

Awesome tennis game

This game is so fun to play .you get to do fun challenges that earn you money to get some really cool stuff on the game .also it’s really easy to learn how to play. Also you can customize your character to your likening . Then one of the best parts of the game is the unbelievable amount of money like I did a really simple challenge and got like 100,000 coins so in conclusion I think everyone should get this really easy and fun game.👍

Latency is the issue

This is probably one of the best if not THE best tennis game out and that I have ever played. The issue is the latency. I find myself having to closed the app fully because something did not load properly, or when I switch from landscape to potrait half of my screen disappears, or if I'm in the middle of the game and it lags causing me to lose because I can't move my player, etc. These things are so fustrating to deal with especially when coming from a top tier game like these. Hope things will improve so I can improve my rating.

Only reason the game didn’t exactly get chance of having 5/5 rating is because the controls are little glitching plus I seen a lot opportunities for this game go far as to letting us customize our own characters and having career mode, also plus letting us change our skin tone as well and our body shapes etc

In App Purchase Does NOT work!

The support for this App is ridiculously bad. I spent my money on in App purchase that does not work. I complained to Apple and the refused a refund and asked me to contact the developer’s support page. Only to get to the support site and the only solution to my problem is to request a refund from Apple! Horrid!

How about different pace and bounce on different surface, that will be definitely more competitive. And 10% court advantage is just too much, it can be around 5%, maybe. Left-handed players’ movements need to be perfected too, you can see it for yourself And finally, how about getting rid of the silver skills, this game is totally supershot driven and it’s frustrating

Unexpectedly good

It was a very hard choice because the last tennis game I got was a a total waste but this game is one of the best tennis games I have ever seen but if you could maybe make The sound effects better by sound affects I mean the sound the voice makes when they hit the ball

Amazing

I was the best player in the world at this game at one point, so it’s very easy for me to say that it is a great game. I love the idea of building a team since rebuilding is my favorite type of games. I am also a big tennis fan and also a fan of pvp games. I hope you can enjoy and master the game just as I have.

Great game but glitchy

I think that this is a very good game except for the fact that iy glitches. Now almost every other game I play the ball freezes in kid air and the player is still moving but cannot hit it. I have to forfeit the match and try again, wasting energy. Besides that glitch I would not change a thing.

Great game, could be more friendly

Gave it 4 stars because of the graphics every time someone loses and throws and breaks racquets. Given it’s aimed at kids would be good to change those graphics into more sportsmanlike. 5 start game with room for improvement in this regard

9M Refuses to do anything about cheaters

Seriously this game keeps getting worse. This is my third incarnation of a review and all have gotten progressively worse due to the game getting more unbalanced. 9M siding with cheaters is short sighted due to pushing good players down which will make the game much less enjoyable for new players unless you want to spend $$$thousands to be mediocre. If I could get my money back that I have spent This game would be a distant memory.

Best tennis game for download on the App Store!

If you are into tennis games then this one is the game for you, a whole lot of fun and will have you playing for hours on end. I’m actually kind of rushing this review so I can get back to playing the game! Have fun and download for sure!

BEST TENNIS GAME EVER!!!

I had this game for a whole year but due to storage problems, I ended up uninstalling it. This was one of the games I had in mind of reinstalling once I got a better phone and I seriously love it because it's relaxing, addicting, and fun!

Silver rings- game creators read!

Make it easier to earn the silver rings and stop being greedy. The people that are going to buy them will buy them anyways and the people that aren’t, are going to stop playing. For those who are reading this that don’t own the game, you earn rings for upgrades. It takes 200 silver rings to upgrade and I play this game about 2 hours a day and earn a silver ring a week, at most. That’s months for each upgrade. Greedy.

Needs more

It’s pretty good, but it gets boring. One you get to ultimate, it’s hard to find an even match. Add more clothing and maybe injuries, so that Ben he players get more light of day. Frankly, it’s very boring, but otherwise it’s fun. Also, please make it so after an event is over, the items go into the premium shop, or a way where it doesn’t cost money afterwards.

Update filled with bugs

Forced to update to the most recent version. Well, now the game constantly freezes, crashes, and locks up. How you can release an update, where you can only get through 1 out of 5 matches without it crashing or locking up is beyond me. Was good, but the recent several updates have been adding more bugs than killing.

1. Players smash their rackets after they lose, maybe soon this game will feature the black female characters calling the umpire a thief when they are losing. 2. Pay to Win, a vast number of purchase options is available to make your character invincible in multiplayer regardless of skill. 3. The server for online gameplay is not very stable. 4. You can return practically any serve, coming at you at any speed, in any position in the court. 5. If you download this, don’t go to the net even if you chose a serve and volley character. 6. Woman characters were designed to perform as good as men and are dressed like hookers. I have the App, I play sometimes when I’m bored but don’t spend your money in the game.

Fun and easy to play

I can’t say I hate anything in this game yet. One suggestion I have is including an option for one handed control for left handed people. If the controls could be mirrored to the left side of the screen that would be amazing!

Great App!

This app is great. I would recommend this app to anyone who likes tennis. Although, at first, the controls might be a bit confusing, and there is a minor amount of inappropriate clothing, if kids are playing. But overall, would reccomend!

Good gameplay but tennis rules need revision

Gameplay is great but it gets some tennis rules wrong. Serving should switch sides with every point. If it is 40 all and someone wins a point, the game should not be over. Other than that, this game is great. Would highly recommend

Good Game!

I like the game, the graphics are amazing. The people look so realistic and it’s easy to play! Depth developed game then other

Compare to other tennis games this one is more modular. It’s like the old windows operating system vs Unix this one is consider Unix and other tennis game is old windows.

Addictive Fun

I like the game. I just wish the instructions made more sense. I have no idea what I'm gaining or losing on the challenges and I have no idea what to do about recruiting players. It's fun though. Wish I knew the point of each task/level/choice.

Best Tennis Game!!

However there needs to be some realistic updates!!!! 1) The server needs to switch from the add to deuce sides of the course like the real game!! 2) The game would benefits from making the world tour more like the ATP & WTA TOUR!! 3) Allow people to choose which discipline they would like to play while on the tour (ladies, men’s, doubles, or mixed) 4) There needs to be a section where you can create your player, left or right handed, serve type, best surface, etc.

Great game!

I love this game! I try to replicate some of the styles from pros on the ATP and WTA tour. For example, I would play against someone with mostly a slice backhand and a loopy forehand that drives them crazy. Or I would play an extremely aggressive game.

Unavoidable spam and exploits

There comes a time in the game where pvp is the only way to get any advancement. Unless you’ve been tucked away in a cave safely increasing your speed to 115, prepare to be spammed by Drop Volley + and Drop Volley X. Your character will lose all intelligence and literally (and consistently) run away from the ball.

Arena matches unfair

I am reminded in two days why I dropped this game, which I was once fully addicted to. Love the game. Tennis aspects are the best. In arena, I am playing people that are way way way way better than me (all 3 players 80 levels above my top player) but they are ranked lower than me, so we get matched up?? How is this fair?? I can’t continue playing this game because only 1/4 of the matchups are fun. Another 1/4 are against people way worse than me and the other half are people who are way way better/richer than me.

Impossible

Sets up matches in arena against players who you have no chance to beat. Most of the games are a waste of time. Also dumb glitch in the game where opponents do a normal shot drop shot off the return serve and the players get to the ball but don’t hit it. Don’t waste your time building players in this stupid game.
