I just upgraded my iPhone X to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and switched all my apps over but USB is telling me to use Touch ID but I need to be able to use Face ID. I can’t even get the option in settings in the app. How can this be fixed?
I have waited a few months since the big USB online and Mobile banking makeover went into effect to give myself time to get used to it. It functions, but there are some added aggravations. E.g.: if you want to do a mobile deposit, you have to log in twice. Also, the mobile deposit camera is upside down on the iPhone — making it a challenge to keep your finger off of the lens when you’re snapping the picture. If you deposit more than one check, you have to unnecessarily “continue” through the first two steps. But - it works.
***UPDATE - this issue has been corrected with the latest update. The app works great now!*** I recently upgraded my iPhone from the 8+ to the 11. The only Quick Access options available are Passcode and Touch ID. No option for Face ID. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. Is there any support to troubleshoot and fix this issue?
I don’t like the look of the new USB app. The set up and transaction page summary is unattractive and you had to cram a bunch of words on that page. I also hate how I can’t see my available and current balance... as whenever I made a purchase the app would automatically subtract that from my prior balance and display “available balance” as it’s not the same as current balance. So now I’m confused as if current balance reflects pending purchases. Why did you get rid of the old app....
It is impossible to deposit checks using the app as whenever I try to take a photo of the front and back of a check, an error message will always pop up saying to retake the photo (while not providing which side of the check I need to retake and why) This makes it very hard to deposit checks using the app and is mostly a waste of time as it will never be approved using the app.
Horrible app. Would have given negative stars if possible. Face ID Spontaneously stops working ,many times. All the time. Then just try and sign in with credentials. Even though my credentials are written in a book , they just never seem to work on this horribly developed app. Then the fun, being locked out of an account that uses Face ID ,because it stops working on its own, then inputting what the app says is incorrect credentials. This app is trash or perhaps the developers are just sophomoric at best.
I’ve been using this app consistently and used to love it, but after that big update 4 months ago I’ve now had multiple issues logging into my account. Now I can’t even get into it to view my information. There hasn’t been any software updates for it, and with the way this bank is moving forward I’m debating leaving this bank completely. Fix your software already!!!
I have had USB for over 26 years and loved the app for the past few years but now it’s just crash. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app 5 times this week alone. The app keeps telling me my information is incorrect (when it is not) and then it locks my account and I have to call support to unlock and reset everything AGAIN.... I just want the old app back. I never had a problem with that one.
I was told to reinstall the app when I spoke with customer service and I did just that. It still offers me only Touch ID, which doesn’t exist on the new phones. Also to deposit checks I need to type my password in for each check and go through an explanation of how to do it as if it’s my first time. Not a smart app.
This app will not even load properly. Every time you enter id and password it just reloads to the login page. Its hard to believe a bank where people trust their money has an app that is 100 % unusable. Its pure laziness on their part.
App says update required, but clicking on the “update” word brings me to the App Store listing of your app with no updates available. Cannot use the app at this time.
Had to cancel the app because it would not open. Was planning on reloading it but it won’t let me. Not user friendly!!!! Would give negative stars if I could. Think we’ll end up switching banks.
The app is so frustrating to use. Nothing is in real time. It is automized in favor of the bank so it’s useless to the customer but allows the bank to charge ridiculous fees.
This app scares me for a banking app. It has way too many issues. If you have face ID disabled and unchecked, it throws an error, and have to click continue twice just to login. When it comes to the security code prompt, you get it in a text message. if you switch apps to view the code, and then switch back, the USB app crashes and you have to start over again in an endless loop, never actually logging in. For a banking app, USB should spend more money on development.
I can’t get into my account. Every time I try to log in it tells me to verify myself via code (sent by text message). I put in the code, it logs me in, then it immediately signs me out. Every time I try to log in it’s just a continuous loop of this same process and it’s extremely aggravating.
