Bugs-Broken Features-Null Fields-Fetching and Saving Issues
Unable to set reminder for payment via phone text message. Click submit changes and it attempts to save and icon spins indefinitely. Payments area didn’t work. Agent doesn’t have an email address or a profile picture. Unable to add endorsements, such as airbags. Unable to “Rate Changes”. All broken functions. Today I received a text message saying there is a new policy document available, it’s not. There is no app support, except a number that doesn’t have voicemail. I have trouble reaching my agent with phone number listed. I was able to get though once to a toll free number, which I found online somewhere. I don’t recall where I found it, but it’s not in the app. The app is old and poorly built. I have security concerns with this apps backend. Unaware of the security protocols preventing data theft. Typically, I would never write a complaint in an app review, this seems to be the only way to find help. If app is buggy, developed with an older programming language, no changes for the better in months, nor an app update since my policy started, I have concerns for my car insurance going forward. I hope I receive a developer response letting me know about these concerns. I’m on a monthly fixed income and losing insurance would be catastrophic for me at this time.
Worst company ever I can never get in contact with anyone Mr. Anthony Orsini never returned calls and calls himself a manager I was hit by an uninsured person July it’s October still no car they don’t want to pay for my alignment tire or rim because it’s on the passenger side and they don’t feel it’s related ummm hello what do they expect to happen if someone runs a red light the body shop told them it was related and they still refused to pay $481
I could not login and called the company and they found that email provided by agent was incorrect. They were able to set me up and process my payment. The customer service was very helpful and understood the issue and waived my late fees... great customer service thank you
This app won’t even let me sign in says to download app from play store or AppStore. Really horrible!! I think all the ones with anything more than a 1 star are fake accounts or just people trying to make it seem good when they haven’t even tried using this awful app!
Horrible. Won't let me log in and always says I don't have the right credentials when I try to pay my bill. When I try to use the "forgot my password" feature nothing is sent either.
This is the worst app ever. I download the app and whenever I go to log in ON THE APP it tells me to download and log in on the app so I never have access to anything.
If I could give them no star that would be the grade I would give them. Every time I call to get help I get put on these long holds and then get past on to someone else and have to explain my whole situation again. I would not recommend United Auto Insurance to anyone ever!
The people that made this app wasted their time. The people at Apple that authorized this app wasted their time. Now I too have wasted my time. This app is about as sophisticated as a rock. No support for the IPhone 6 plus and the app is always down for "maintenance". Don't download this worthless piece of garbage.
Pretty much just as worthless as their website. All I keep getting is an Internal Service Error making literally impossible for me to pay my bills. Calling won't help either as they don't even pick up.
Please believe the reviews. This is garbage I open the app and all I get is a blank screen..I'm not even sure how to pay my insurance with these people 😖

Uaic son ladrones y no pagan los accidentes que cometen sus cliente... un cliente negligente le pego a mi carro yo tenia el derecho de doblar a la izquierda y su cliente venía saliendo del lugar a donde yo estaba entrando por derecho yo tengo el privilegio de entrar primero y su cliente esperar en el sign de stop ,pero ella no espero y golpeó mi carro en la parte de atrás ... Uaic they are thieves and they do not pay for the accidents that their clients commit ... a negligent client hit my car I had the right to turn left and their client was leaving the place where I was entering by right I have the privilege of going in first and her client waiting at the stop sign, but she didn't wait and hit my car in the back
