I’ve banked with UCCU for nearly 6 years. In the last year, they have been terrible. They is often issues logging into the app. Recently they had updates where I couldn’t access the app at all that day. It continued to say that my credentials were incorrect, when they were, in fact, not. There was no heads up regarding updates or issues. Additionally, a couple a weeks ago, there was a notice about a limit on debit card purchases one day. Never heard of that in my whole life. There was not information about a timeframe either. They also have no customer service on the weekends so if you have an issue on, arguably, the most frequently used financial institution days of the week for consumers, you’re phucked. Such is the case for me today. I am unable to get into my account to use Zelle. Hate it here.
This app was working great, now it just stop working all of a sudden. We call credit union and they keep saying it’s updating. Wow it’s been updating for a week now. Still doesn’t work. I will be changing credit unions!
I used to have no issue getting my qualifications for my dividends. Now it says that I do not check my account enough. I definitely check my account every two or three days.
So I go to my Zelle app and it says to go back to my banking app because now y’all are onboard with Zelle. But why is it that I don’t see it on the app? Because I’m not the only one that’s frustrated with this.
I got sent money from zelle and it didn’t transfer to my account but it said to go on the banking app and I go on and it still isn’t there how do I get that money
