So the app itself is great. Of course I read the reviews after I started using it so I got scared lol but I’ve never had an issue with direct deposits not coming or even being late. It would usually come a couple hours before it was supposed to. My only issues were the wait gradually got longer. At first it was 1 day to hit my wallet and 1 more day to transfer to my bank (not including weekends) and it somehow turned into waiting 2-3 days for each step. My other issue was the fee. It’s double fee basically so they would take 1 from you and still charge another $1 from buyers. So if the price was $10 you’d receive $9 but the buyer would end up paying $11. The higher the amount the bigger the fee
honestly, i love this app, it’s very convenient, and easy to make money, but the only down thing about it is that the money isn’t instant. Although they charge and tax a lot on the file your selling, it’s still a pretty easy and effective app to make some extra cash on the side. The problem with this app is that sometimes you have to be on your toes because you never know when you won’t receive your money. Just two weekends ago (june 28th, 2024) , i was supposed to receive my money and it STILL hasn’t came in yet. it’s been two weeks, about to be 3 on July 14th, 2024. I’ve been waiting and and relying on the app to give me the option to cash out my money but it hasn’t . It’s been really inconvenient and frustrating and actually really annoying, especially because this isn’t really the first time I had to wait this long. On top of that I’ve been relying on other people to let me borrow money and letting them know I’ll pay them back even though I don’t know when I would be able to. What i recommend this app to do is let us know before hand when we will experience a time to wait to receive our funds. Or any other inconvenience that may affect us. To let us know at least a week ahead of time . Please. This was one of the most inconvenient things to happen to me.
I really enjoy using Unlockt to sell my files. It simple and easy to use and a great way to make money. But they have done some things that I do not like and am starting to not enjoy it anymore. There has also been many bug problems that have been happening lately as well that are very irritating. When I first started using Unlockt they only took 10%. It’s up to 15% now. They also charge 5% more for the customers than what they used to. They changed the period of time it takes for your money to be available to 14-21 days when it used to only be 3-7 days. 14-21 days is insane!!!!!!!! & frankly I feel it’s been way longer than that that I have been waiting for my money. I think it’s been 2 months now. There has also been many many bug issues that are very irritating to deal with too such as— the withdrawal button not working (so you have to wait 14-21 days to being with then when it becomes available the button to withdrawal doesn’t even work so now you are waiting even longer for your money), having to re enter my SSN and bank account information & randomly logging me out of the app. With all of these things, they have made the app unenjoyable. I do not recommend this app anymore like I used to.
I’ve been trying to contact someone at this company now for over 2 months no one responds to the emails, and their phone number has been disconnected. I don’t know if their incompetent or if their app is broken but when I try to cashout it prompts me for verification I submitted the information and documentation that they requested but nothing was done. Now I have no idea who has my drivers license and selfie along with my my personal information. Please be cautious with this application I am at the point that I will be contacting their payment processor which is stripe since no one that represents the app will contact me back or answer my emails. Grossly unprofessional time to expose this scam for what it is, they’re collecting information on people and stealing identities I’ve had to put a credit lock on my credit profile. Conveniently after I signed up for this app i started receiving notifications that my social security number has been being used for various loan applications, credit card applications, if there is no responsibility taken by these creators I will be reporting them to the FCC and Attorney General.
STOP READ BEFORE DOWNLOAD OR USE: I am not sure if the issue is with their lack of funds in their account or with stripe. your first deposit is usually close to instant, then they take longer and longer, the pop up screen tells you it may take 3-7 days and after the first deposit I can tell you it will. i’ve seen other reviews complaining of the same thing happening. Now that i’ve had 3-5 smaller deposits go through I have my largest amount i’ve received stuck for however long because of bug issues the app is having with stripe. I contacted support by email multiple times and have got the same response. it might maybe be fixed within 42-72 hours. now it had been 42 hours 3 times and still no fix or any kind of reimbursement for the wait. At this point if you’re looking for a secure way to sell your content I suggest you keep doing it on your own. I wish I would have never used it and had my money now and not have to wait on a maybe possible fix.
The app as a whole is very easy to use. Although, I have a few problems with the app. 1. The payment wait times which said 3-7 business days is untrue, in fact I’ve been waiting for my payments well over that statement. Then on top of that, you have to wait another 3-7 days for it to transfer to your bank after you waited the first time just for it to be “available for transfer” aka clicking a button. The app was updated recently which I saw was for improved wait times, LIES. The new wait time is “14-21 working days” ARE YOU SERIOUS?? What update was really made? 3. Don’t bother sending emails in hope for some help with these problems, THEY DONT RESPOND, they create a pointless ticket. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP. I WANT MY MONEY, THE OWNERS OF THIS APP RECEIVE PART OF OUE PAYMENTS AND I DOUBT THEY WAIT AS LONG AS THEIR USERS.
I’ve been using this app for a while now, I’d say abt almost a year. I have noticed that they continue to change the Amount of days it will take your you to receive your money. For example it was 2-5 business days and then they changed it to 3-8 and then this last time they changed it to 14-21 business days. Honestly I thought it was a little weird but didn’t think to much about it bc this app has been working perfectly fine. Till now. Everytime I go to withdraw my money into my bank acct it starts to load and when it’s done loading nothing happens. I have $30 ready to be withdrawn and $12 still pending (which has been pending for quite a while now). I’ve contacted them threw email but haven’t rlly gotten an answer as to why I can’t get my money. I’m definitely questioning if I will continue to use this app!!!
Can’t get transfer complete or reach customer service
So the app is having issues with their payment partners so creating links have been down for the past few weeks. Despite this the app says we can still transfer our balance into our bank account. Every time I go to transfer my earnings, it keeps saying error occurred and I’m unable to receive them. When I go to contact customer support through the app, it states error occurred and I can’t send the email or talk to someone. Between not getting my money and the lack of support due to all the bugs and issues they have been having the past few weeks, I don’t recommend. I would appreciate it if a representative gets back to me and helps me with the money. Or that they get the app fixed soon and have it running again. It’s been weeks since I’ve been able to generate links. Overall a frustrating experience
I’m really loving this app. Couple suggestions: 1. Ability to make the title longer 2. Ability to add a description so users can get an idea of what they would be purchasing 3. Able to set an expiration date of your choosing - like 24 hours, 48 hours, a week, month, etc - as I only see the option to set it to never expire and the option to make it active again (which I like) but otherwise my expiration dates are random - one was set to expire in 24 hours and now I just made one and it set it to expire in 3 months. 4. Ability to delete a link/expired link entirely from showing on your links tab. I did a couple tester links, and set them to expire just to experiment with the features, and it would be nice if I could delete those entirely so that they don’t show up at all on my links tab. 5. I notice the app crashes if I try to upload a longer video (14 minutes)

I’ve been using this for months now it’s been really reliable and quick… until the “bug fix”, since then it first wasn’t letting me add my bank details in, so I contacted the support they took forever to respond. That got fixed and now my “withdrawal button” after I press it it says error and won’t let me withdrawal I’ve been trying to get this fixed since the bank details issue for a few weeks now customer support still has not helped me I’m getting close to the time period I’ve been trying to use this money for and now I’m left with 0$ for my trip and they have been little to no help in resolving the issue. I’ve had this app for a minute now and I don’t think I’ve ever had this much problems I have 153 dollar in my “available balance” and 310 dollars in my “pending balance I’ve contacted about 4-5 times in the past week and I’ve only gotten 1 response which they automatically send to everyone when they email it’s been over a month since my money has been “pending” and when I finally got something in my “available balance” I can’t withdrawal it to my bank. I press withdrawal to bank account and it loads and loads and loads and doesn’t transfer. Y'all really starting to play with peoples money like if people ain’t got kids or bills to pay. Constantly doesn’t work. At first can receive payment in 6 days now it’s 14-21 days that’s way too long. During 4th of July, the app stopped working, people couldn’t buy. I waited over 22 days to transfer the money to my bank account and it said for privacy issues or security something about we have to wait 14 to 21 working business days for the money to be available. Okay guys I was skeptical at first as well and I wasn’t receiving my money. Make sure u do these steps… enter ur info correctly, and put the info in right before u cash out ur money even if u already did a while ago. I wasn’t receiving my money before and then when I started doing that I received it at like 2am the day it’s supposed to come. I feel bad bc I reported them and made hella bad reviews. I love this app so much, but I always have issue getting in touch with support when there is a problem. As an update for the last couple of days, my money is still being shown as “pending.” Meaning that I have not received the option to transfer my money to my bank account. I have reached out to support by email, and through Twitter (X) and no one has replied. So users just be ware of this. Otherwise I haven’t had any issues. ❤️
I have money sitting on this app waiting to be able to even cash out the funds I do have! It says 3-7 business days but it has been longer than that being this is my first time ever using this app. Even then when the funds are available to deposit into my account I then have to wait again for it to go though to my account! Yes it’s a very good and fast way to MAKE money, now here’s the CATCH! It will take them 14-21 days OR MORE to transfer your money. And even if it’s says that’s available to withdraw to your bank account, something else will be happening in the app that will stop you from getting your money, Example: will not let you put your bank information saying (ERROR, TRY AGAIN LATER). They have SOOOO MANY ISSUES in the app! If you download be ready to get a headaches and bad moods cause sometimes you will not be able to get your money! Ps- they will take time in answering your email complaints! UNLOCKT please just fix your bugs! So you don’t have so many complaints! We love your app but it’s getting really annoying. At some point people will stop using this it will go downhill.
this app is a scam,my money has been locked in here since June. It’s now nearly the end of August and they’re keeping my money. This app ask for your social security and I’m pretty sure it’s just for hacking reasons. A BUNCH of people are having this problem and now they’re saying this app is selling all of our data. Has anybody received they money I haven’t received my payout nor has anybody reached out to me I’ve emailed them and nothing… and when I cash out it says failed twice I’ve enter my card acct number and route number and nothing. I gave this app a try and they said my money was already transferred to my account and when I check my account nothing has been transferred I have email these people more than one time and no one replies. I’m very upset because I have people paying me for my own pictures and it shows that they paid, but when it’s time to get my money transfer the app shows that it’s been transferred but my bank account shows nothing and I did write my account information they have everything right is them that aren’t doing anything at all.
If you already have money also make sure you have attorney ready for when these phony apps pop up. I’ve had this app for about a year but just recently started using it for digital content creation as of last week. I started making little over 50 dollars within few days and they said the moment I made my first sale it would be “3-7 working days”. Load and behold the goal post most from that to “14 to 21 working days”. This is a scam they already have high service fee don’t use. And seek legal advice because this is a class action in the making 😂
I really do like this app but I wish it didn’t take so long for the money to be transferred in my bank account. It’s been almost 6 days and it’s my second time cashing it out. Today I just cashed out for the 3rd time & you would think after the 1st time of cashing out that anytime after that would be transferred in automatically. Unlockt owes me over $2500 and no one is getting back to my emails or reviews soo here's another update as of 10/24 the transfer transaction to my bank failed three times but nothing was sent to me or undated. You may deposit into my account the same way you did the first time or mail me a check. Monday will be the last day I wait till I get my lawyer involved since it is now grand theft larceny if I am not paid seeing as it is well over $1000.
At first the app worked great. As the app grew they supposedly changed payment providers, suddenly the app didn’t let you withdraw your money, and then they started to ask sellers for their social security numbers, identification cards, emails and even bank statements. After providing the requested information they still haven’t PAID what they owe to some sellers when that money is supposed to be available after our clients bought our content and paid their fees. I have sent messages via Instagram dms and via email, and none has had the decency to tell me when MY money will be paid, not even after being sent all my sensitive information. If this is not identity theft then I don’t know what it is. There’s literally no excuse to not being paid when you have all the info you need. Super disrespectful, disappointing and outrageous. PAY US OUR MONEY.

Have over 100k followers on social media mainly from selling art and media, decided to give this app a try and i’ll never do it again Made $600 in less than a week on this app and i completely forgot about it so i did my verification and got banned instantly lol no refund to me or the customers, nobody even wins in this situation besides the owners of this company, no other normal functioning app does that, they atleast give the money back. Hey yeah so I’ve contacted you guys multiple times to tell you that I can not cash out, I've given screenshots of my proof and it seems that the provider that you guys go through can’t contact you either. This app is changing every time, and I used this app for a few months and now it takes me out of the system and I try to put my information back and it won't let me finish creating my profile. My money is stopped. I can't transfer it because it won't let me finish putting my information. They also have my money for about a month the withdrawal button doesn't work it's stressful, I send emails every day and no one responds.

Verification part of this app never works for me. It keeps sending a pop-up message that my internet is down when it’s working perfectly. They take a good percentage of your money and on top of that will over charge you. I charged $200 for a link and they told me I'd only get $180 of it but when you click on the link they're making the person pay $220. So they're getting $40 haha half from you and half from whoever buys your link. It's also been impossible to get my deposit. So I'm glad THEY got their money but I didn't.

This app is a scam I wish I read the other reviews before I put my time and bank account on this app. Is crazy how they allow apps like this that scam . Hi, I’ve had money in limbo for nearly 5 weeks now. The app devs claim it’s a bug, I already got the money is available for withdrawal notification but no help from support other than telling me it’s Fixed when I hate nothing available to withdraw. I keep telling them I desperately need the money for basic necessities and literally just crickets. I plan to press charges for undue hardship if they can’t rectify this in the next 24 hours. Your TOS doesn’t absolve you from blatantly lieing, not to mention I have screen shot evidence of your original 5 days until one can withdraw BEING TURNED into 14-21 days after friend make purchase. This is beyond not okay behavior From an incredibly callous company.

This app literally is the worst, it doesn’t work. They’ve been over a month “fixing” the app, and still isn’t functioning.
