Accurate, up to date mapping information. Needs an update for newer interface, and at the least add clicking in the owner name to view the full name (like the web version). It's often truncated, and there's nothing you can do about it besides try to zoom in more. Ideally all land record information would be available in the app, such as tax history and document viewing (especially since document viewer on the web only works with Windows and Internet Explorer).
Lame. Older version was way better. Nothing loads or if it does load it’s because you waited for an hour. This used to be a really helpful tool. Now you just feel like a tool trying to use it.
This app needs major improvements. It fails to identify basic street addresses. “No data” it says when addresses are accurately typed in. Other times the app simply closes when you touch the search button.
I am so glad you updated this Application for iOS6. I have missed it! Clients and I have walked property lines to the survey markers and we are surprised at how dead accurate the gps overlay is on the GIS maps. Love that you can tell who's home you are sitting in front of as well. This app sits in my dock and I have had several of my clients download it for themselves it has been that helpful. This is literally the best local app on my iPad. Use it every single day and I would as a local Real Estate Broker and former General Contractor give you 7 stars if that were possible. -Drew Armstrong
I have a iPad with retina display and while I like the aerial feature it makes the screen flicker. Please fix this, it just does not work right. Otherwise, this is a very useful app.
I use this app daily, it's awesome!! It's not always reliable though... there are several days where it just doesn't pull anything up no matter what you do. But when it works, I love it!!
This app was awesome until the update. Now it won't show the plat numbers unless you are in the arial mode and even then it doesn't show the property owners name. I have tried it on a 3rd gen iPad and on an iPhone 5 with the same problems. Please fix this or trade back the arial feature to have the names and property numbers back.
