My department relies on this app to fill emergency call backs, but the alerts get lost in the mix with all the other silly alerts on my phone. Why doesn’t this app allow you to set a custom ring tone so the important alerts it sends stand out? Tri-Tone is the sound of money flying out the window!
I know you have had countless reviews stating the fact that your alert tone does not play the correct sound that any one of us users actually choose. Please fix this, obviously not everybody checks every alert on their phone, so when it sounds the same as every other alert, may get lost with means, lost money. Fixed the alert tones and consider adding extra noises that were not on CrewSense in the past or an option for somebody to make a customizable ringtone or text tone so it’s obvious when we’re getting a call back for overtime. I will continue to write these until you fix this, For instance, it was nice that you finally added landscape support. Adding the ringtone feature actually work and be customizable. I hope you’re not too big of an agency that doesn’t consider these reviews because you’ve gotten too big for your britches? Please fix the ringtone/notification issue
This has to be the most convoluted system I have ever used. My department is going away from Kronos TeleStaff, which is much more user friendly than this app. On TeleStaff if you want to know where you are on the pick list or the mando list it’s a couple of clicks and your at the list. Not to mention alot of the other features that are simpler to do. On this system you have to go through a bunch of needless steps to accomplish the same thing. Someone in my department drank the cool aid for this system
Alert tone settings play accordingly in device settings, however, phone alerts with default tone regardless of which tone is selected. This worked fine in the ‘Crewsense’ app.
The screen would be much more viewable and scrollable if it could switch to landscape mode. Also, when scrolling on the screen it is entirely too easy to accidentally drag and drop someone to a different assignment.
Used to great. Latest version is not good. Needs updated and bugs fixed. Screen is hard to scroll, flow is hard to follow, and alerts for anything don’t work. I have re-registered and re-registered. Delete re-installed. Still lack luster is best way I can say it. Please fix this it’s to important for the people who use it. Mlewis
This app used to work really well. Now I can’t even re-register my app or my device for push notifications which are pretty crucial whenever excepting Overtime are getting notifications. There is zero support or away under the app support tab to contact anyone. This is a complete joke of an application now
There is no preview for the photo for the time clock. This leads to some very low quality photos. It would be much better if the camera preview showed on the phone screen
Had to download this app after the original CrewSense app stopped working/not supported. All of my notifications are on and set properly. I have now missed out on quite a bit of OT shifts because I do not get notifications/alerts. Anyone know of a better system our department can switch to?
Alert notification isn’t playing the right sound. Plays just the standard alert tone that no one pays attention to. “Money money” is even selected on the app but isn’t played when a notification comes in. I’ve uninstalled/installs the app, powered off/on my phone.
If I could rate it below a 1 I would. Worst application out on App Store to date. Any thought go into the web design? Anybody designing this application speak with people who have to use it for hiring purposes? Anybody speak to people who have to use this application for work? Was this application a project for a 6th grade science class?
I updated this new app on my iPhone. I wish I hadn’t. I no longer get push notifications and the old app is no longer available. This is very unfortunate because having this app is vital to staff our fire department. I sure hope Vector fixes this issue soon.
Wow. This may not be the worst mobile app? But it’s got to be close. Please at least attempt to make this mobile friendly? Our department must be using this because it’s free?
This is the Vector Scheduling mobile application. This application will allow you to receive and respond to callback shifts, send and respond to group notifications, check your work schedule, submit time off and leave requests, submit trade requests, and more. This application requires that your organization be a member of Vector Scheduling.
