Vendoo: A Seller’s Best Friend

I’ve been using Vendoo for several years and it has completely changed my business for the better! I have zero complaints and have been consistently impressed by how quickly they address issues (which typically are due to the various platforms changing, not due to bugs on Vendoos side). I also appreciate the detail and transparency in the release notes. Vendoo was founded by resellers so they truly understand and care about making the best app possible. Thank you Vendoo team!! PS i see a lot of negative reviews complaining about things that are either marketplace limitations or straight up user error. Yes Vendoo has more features on the web version than the mobile app, but those are typically due to limitations on the other apps and integrations, not Vendoo. People love to complain, especially when they don’t actually know what they’re talking about. I think of the mobile app as an accessory to the web app - great for adding pick up shots here and there and managing listings while on the go, but the web app is always going to be more efficient.

Let me just say I do love VENDOO. As of recently though, I haven’t. On VENDOO I can no longer, import from Mercari. While that isn’t a big problem from people who first start to cross list with VENDOO, think about it like this, - I have about 200 items from the past 3 months I’ve been hoarding waiting to post onto VENDOO to upload onto other platforms. I CANNOT GET VENDOO TO IMPORT FROM MERCARI!!! I now (if I even wanted to continue using VENDOO, which does have great prices for subscriptions and I won’t be continuing my subscription), I would then have to upload those same items I uploaded to Mercari, and manually upload those 200 items (AGAIN) to another platform like Poshmark (Which yes does work for importing ATM). I cannot get any answers on what is going on with Mercari, and the customer services is nearly in-existent. I can not get a refund for anything! TLDR; Mercari has had issues importing from VENDOO since September of last year. And while they have fair subscription prices for new people with a low amount of items, Mercari won’t import to VENDOO. This is a major problem, because, the inconsistency, and lack of support. This is the biggest downfall of this company for serious resellers. Truthfully loved VENDOO, but the inconsistency is the turning point, I will be on List Perfectly moving forward, and will be able to have ALL MY ITEMS CONTINUOUSLY on one cross listing platform and won’t have to wait months, for VENDOO to update.

I’ve been giving Vendoo a shot for a few months now, there was a pretty big learning curve to the software, and I was diligent to watching videos and learning how it work. I really had high hopes and sometimes the software worked well but every month there have been major glitches on the app for Mac and on desktop version. Repeat listings, sales detection issues consistently for three months, and app needs to be deleted and reinstalled often to work properly. The support team are helpful for the most part but often share default videos references I’ve seen before and do not always address actual issue or question. Some are more effective and friendly than others. They do often explain the technology is still in BETA which basically allows for a big window of error, and a lack of accountability as a company, for features they proudly advertise which don't work quite right as of yet-sales detection for example), which I find misleading for a service that’s $30+ a month. And they really nickel and dime you for add ons. The app seems like it needs way more development and they are expanding too fast and using resources in wrong way instead of making things glitch free (98% of time). I have been experimenting with Flyp and the sharer is awesome. Not glitchy so far. Only $9. I feel this company will thrive or crash and burn quickly. I wanted to be a fan.

I work mainly on my Mac, occasionally on my notebook and rarely on my phone. I subscribed to Vendoo 10 months ago so I could add all of my eBay/Poshmark listings to Mercari. The first month’s Mercari sales more than paid for the subscription. I used the chat feature before pulling the trigger because I wanted to make sure I understood what I was getting. I love it and I’ve gotten so much done because of it. I use the delist/relist add-on frequently. The glitches have been minor and short-lived and the CS has been outstanding. They are continuing to improve the entire platform, especially the phone app, and they are very open to feedback. I’d never go back to listing without Vendoo!

It seems that there are constant issues with this app- I get error messages often and have to close it out and re-start. Sometimes it will work fine with all platforms, sometimes it won’t work properly with one or two platforms. Most recently, the app does not work correctly with Kidizen. It will publish my listings but the first photo shows up as blank. This has been going on over a week. I contacted support who spent several days “looking into it” and told me there was another user with the same issue and it’s something about the settings on an iPhone that is causing it. Great- so I asked which setting and what can I do to make it work. I was told to contact Apple. How am I supposed to do that when I have no idea what setting they are talking about? And isn’t it support’s job to figure out why its own app is not working with iPhones? Instead they essentially told me too bad, it’s my problem to figure out. When I pay this much to use the service, it’s disappointing that the app does not work as expected.

I downloaded this app so I could Cross post across all my marketplaces. I’m the process of checking out multiple apps I disliked that you could “add” listings to vendoo which is useless unless you can post marketplaces which you need a subscription for. I would have been mad had I spent the time making those listings and not been able to post to the let place. I looked at another subscription which was more up front but decided against it because you had to start on a desktop and not all the features were usable on mobile… I use my phone for everything.. so o came back to this app. Once you do get a subscription… it is such a pain for Iphone users to get access to import your current listings for Mercari and Poshmark… and guess what.. you need an extension for chrome which you need a laptop for… 2 hours of work later (I requested desktop site.. changed cookie settings.. privacy settings everything) this is what I find out. I’m beyond annoyed and feel they aren’t very up front.

I’ve been back and forth with support for months since I first signed up. Everything was great and worked mostly fine. But now month after month and feature after feature continues to break and not get fixed. 1. I haven’t been able to use your app to list to mercari in months . I have the support threads times and dates if needed. 2. Auto delist feature never worked properly. It marks the item sold and decreases the inventory on the other sites to 0 but it’s still listed so you must delist it yourself. So technically useless feature 3. Delist and relist used to me automatic one button press but now it it ask for me to edit things that are already saved to your site. I want this to work but everything keeps breaking and it feels like I’m paying for excuses. Your clearly not Ready to launch on phones but you keep saying your working in this problem and that problem it’s been like 6 months ??!?!?!

Honestly this works better on chrome after installing the extension. I have been able to track my progress some with this. It’s perfect on my desktop so you do get 5 stars. I will need you to address the kinks with this app though, to have it here and not have it operational makes no sense. Get your developers on this asap. If they can’t fix it. I have three sons that can write codes, one still in college that could fix for you. What’s the expression, a child could do it. I need this when traveling.

I want to love Vendoo. I heard great things about it and scoped out their website to get some information. It says Vendoo supports Facebook Marketplace. But what it doesn’t say is that it only supports FBMP on their desktop/website, not on the app. Ok, so I go to the mobile website thinking I can add a shortcut to my phone. Nope. You have to add a Chrome Extension to your browser, which is only available on desktop. I don’t even own a computer, nor do I have access to one. I was so confused by the Chrome Extension and the missing FBMP on the app and ended up in circles. I messaged customer service and got a response back in about 8 hours and was told the app cannot function without having the browser open on a separate computer. Seems dumb to me. For something so advanced in the realm of cross listing, I would have thought one could use the ease of a cell phone in hand to cross post.

I tried out the unlimited plan this month and was initially thrilled at the ease of cross listing. I downloaded the app, because I prefer to do my listing on my phone. This app doesn’t work for me. It doesn’t update listings even though it says it did, and takes soooo long to upload pics. I have been a seller since 2016, utilizing only my Phone. Quite frankly, it’s 2022. You should be throwing more resources to phone and iPad apps. I don’t have the time or the patience to sit down and log into my computer every time I need to update a listing. I am going to cancel my subscription. When the app is up and running the way it should to provide the tools we need as sellers, I will most likely come back. The services you provide on pc are excellent, but it just doesn’t work well with the way I operate.

I downloaded and It was worth app ever you will deal , they will count your already listed item if you want important from market place like Poshmark , ebay or others ! Also App has glitch be careful when you list make sure it doesn’t take your number it listing count I had purchased package 125 item listing and bundle , relist , and bundle but 20 gone aljo reason I need always contact to customers service, every-time it was my time waste messed my inventory and money waste I don’t recommend this app get Flyp App which best and hustle free 3 month free then $10, in Vendoo they never give your money back just delete your acc if you don’t wanr get charged , beside their 1 pictures background remove per listing but Flyp unlimited! Biggest regret It was my subscription of this useless app ! Be aware !

I picked up Vendoo for my cross listing. On multiple occasions I sold an item on one platform and Vendoo did not catch it and end it on others. I purchased this so I would not have to constantly be paying attention to what sold and making sure it didn’t double sell. Now I’m paying them and still having to make sure. They said one was because I had an offer, umm yeah it came after it had sold elsewhere and alerted me, and I was like why is it still listed on the other. So second time I contacted customer service ( no offers on this item, I just double checked) now they don’t respond at all. If you want to give away your hard earned money and still have to make sure you don’t double sell then Vendoo is for you. Terrible customer service and platform clearly needs work.

I've been on my reselling journey since 2017, and let me tell you, joining Vendoo in 2024 was a total game changer! It's been an absolute joy to have Vendoo as part of my small business. The time I've saved and the ease it brings to tasks like listing, relisting, and inventory management is just amazing! They’re always rolling out new features and keeping up with updates, plus their customer service is top-notch! And I can’t forget about the incredible community—it's such a wonderful support system. I can’t recommend Vendoo enough!

I absolutely love Vendoo because it saves me so much time and makes running my online businesses so much easier! I love being able to easily cross post and delist items on the fly. The ability to use on my phone and tablet makes things so much easier and less stressful. I don’t have to worry about selling items twice because when it sells no matter where I am I just click a couple buttons and it’s delisted from the other sites I post on. Love it!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in this after hearing about it from several online resellers and Youtubers I decided to give it a shot. After seeing a notice on their website that imported listings from your closet would not count against you. I gave it a shot after 125 listings were brought over. I noticed my account was not working anymore. Apparently it took all 125 listings imported and that was my allotment for the month. No thanks I’ll go back to my original service that at least allows me to list what I need to for a flat rate. This software was a joke and customer service was awful. Basically called me a liar and refused to help. I should’ve just flushed my $20 down the toilet. It would’ve been less stress.

This app is completely garbage! It constantly makes you log in to each and every account one right after the other just to post one item!!! Never is up and running correctly! The web based site is garbage as well! Also they are constantly trying to get you to upgrade your account and pay more. They will delete your listing and try and get you to upgrade so you can get the listing back. Everything is your fault never theirs. You definitely get what you pay for! Also they do not notify you when their site is having issues they just let you think it’s your fault or problem or internet when it’s them! I’m definitely going to go with another crosslister after my month is up!!!

As a totally blind iPhone user, I enjoy the app. For the most part, the app is accessible with VoiceOver, the built-in text-to-speech screen reader in iOS. The only issue I'm having right now is deciphering whether an item that I post is listed or delisted on each platform that Vendoo supports, like eBay and Mercari. In previous versions of the app, I was able to decipher that using VoiceOver, and I loved that. So if that can be brought back, I will give you 5 stars. Thank you all for such a great app--it's really a game changer in the online business world.

The customer service is excellent and they are always putting out meaningful upgrades and improvements. I am able to sell on 7 platforms, something I wouldn’t dream of doing without Vendoo. Additionally, the customized reporting is fantastic- no need to list items in a spreadsheet. I love the flexible package payment options and the ability to add on more listings, as needed, for a small price. I could go on and on. If you are a reseller looking to up your game, look no further.

I’m a beginner on Vendoo and already am loving it. This app is making my listing time so much better and faster! Also the analytics make my life so much easier as I am not really one to keep track of my numbers very well, it’s all in the app and right at my fingertips! I tried some others but Vendoo has the most bang for its buck and with some of the new features coming out I’m super excited to make my reselling business that much more profitable!

I currently cross list to eBay Poshmark Depop Mercari and whatnot. Once I fill in all the info in the Vendoo form, the rest is easy. I use mobile for many applications as well. Which makes it convenient. The analytics are also very good allowing me to know what brands and categories are selling..when etc Background remover, and inventory management is also great. I recommend the app for these reasons and the pricing structure is flexible.

I’ve been using Vendoo for over a year now and indint know what I’d do without it! It keeps my inventory, keeps track of analytics, cross lists, repair and more! I can’t say enough how great the customer service is. With any technology there will be glitches but vendoo is always there quickly to resolve it. Well worth the money! So glad they have the mobile app now so I can work on the go!

I’ve been using Vendoo to crosslist my inventory on 5 platforms for 17 months now. Since I’m always on the move, the addition of the mobile app was huge for me and my business. The ability to mark items as sold in the Vendoo mobile app while I’m out hustling is huge! Thanks Vendoo for continuing to add new features and capabilities to your service!

I’m new to this, but as far as I can tell, there are a lot of issues… I put in all the info and then when I go to list it tells me I missed several things which I know that I put in. also, a lot of issues with trying to list on different selling platforms. you should be able to take multiple pictures at once instead of having to upload one at a time. I just don’t think it’s a time saver. I do have the free version so maybe that is why… I’m going to give it a couple more tries, but feel like it’s more aggravating than anything.

Vendoo has made my life so much easier and helps me make so much more money! Don’t know how I did without it for so long. It truly is a sellers best friend!! The customer service can’t be beat, so fast with replying and so helpful. The coffee chats are fantastic also, it’s where I get to talk to fellow sellers to get help and advice. Can’t recommend enough.

I like this app a lot. Makes reselling things a bit easier. However their delisting function doesn’t work half the time. Connection your accounts is miserable. I still can’t connect my Mercari store. My stuff won’t show up on ebay search because I can’t add the details like I would if I sold directly on ebay. It’s a good starting point but this app has a long way to go.

I use my phone for most of my reselling needs. I had heard mercari wasn’t compatible with the mobile app but to my surprise it worked perfectly! What a huge time saver. I wish I would have used this much sooner. My only gripe is that you can’t edit your photos once you upload them. I just make sure my photos are good to go before uploading now and it’s a piece of cake!

If you like to see the numbers and analytics of your sales, this is the app for you! I love that I can choose and tailor my subscription to my needs each month. They offer yearly and monthly plans. It’s a great way to cross list items for sale! If you have never tried vendoo, give it a try!

Very easy to use. Takes only a few minutes to cross list to several platforms and doesn’t open up different browser tabs to do so. Background removal makes everything look so cohesive and professional.

The mobile app has so many glitches and problems. It was clearly not ready to be released! I’m super frustrated! I’ve contacted the company many many times. I have sent them lists of exactly the changes needing to be updated, thinking I was helping and my efforts would be appreciated? Even though some of the changes I suggested have been made, I haven’t heard anything back from management. I would be happy to hang on through their growing pains if they would make the effort to communicate with its customers. Call me Vendoo!

I love Vendoo. It has helped me with my inventory and cross-listing. They keep updating and adding new features to make it easier. There’s a few features I wish it had like bulk updating prices, or bulk updating other features. The app isn’t great yet, due to bugs that need to be fixed but the website is easy to use. All in all, I’m happy with it.

I sell vintage clothing across a variety of popular platforms and Vendoo makes it much simpler to manage inventory. The auto sale detection is very handy for ensuring that something doesn’t sell twice. Importing listing info from eBay also makes cross listing much quicker.

When I create a listing , sometimes it takes too long to be saved and other times it gets stuck on saving and doesn’t save. Three hours ago I tried to list something to eBay marketplace and it’s still loading… there is something wrong with the app it is not functioning properly. I tried to update it, delete and reinstall it, but the issues are still there.

It’s a good solid cross listing platform with very few bugs. I would love to see it increase the users efficiency by adding some AI features to help with listing the routine information about each item by pulling in info from uploaded item photos. Maybe it’s being worked on?!?!?

I paused my subscription with the intention to cancel. Thought I would be reminded before I was charged. I wasn’t. I immediately reached out when I realized my mistake. They wouldn’t refund me the $40 for that month, even though I won’t be utilizing the service anymore. So it’ll just sit there not getting used. Hasn’t been used in over a month. It’s obvious. Yet they won’t give me, a small biz owner, the benefit of the doubt. I’m so upset I used to talk up this company so much only to be treated this way.

I love this app! It covers all the sites I list on. My only request in the extension with Apple products since I have trouble with the extension with Chrome due to majority of the time using my IPad or IPhone to list. Other than that, I see improvement continuously made.

I used to like it and told everyone bout it like the first month or two then i upgraded my membership to pay more and get more benefit. Big mistake. It crashes more than half the time and pictures don’t upload and when they do they are in the wrong category. It’s ridiculous - some apps don’t link primly. Idk Will be canceling my subscription.

Please don’t purchase this product. Customer service is a joke to . To import the stuff you selling you need the Vendoo conversion . Note this doesn’t work on iPhone or any mobile phone to import your product to the other websites. My pc is broken and I can’t use this app on my phone . I requested a refund the day of and as a company wouldn’t refund me . They have false advertising it doesn’t indicate that the conversion doesn’t work on mobile phones. Please use the other Crosslisting app !

I’ve been using for over 2 years and it’s one of the best investments for my business. Easy to make listings in the site and publish to several different marketplaces without having to recreate the wheel. Also love the delist and relist feature so my listings seem fresher

I mainly use Vendoo on an internet browser but also sometimes use the app! Love both and helps keep my small business organized. Worth the subscription!

I absolutely love Vendoo! Being able to work on the go with the app is essential for running my business. I've been a Vendoo customer for about 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences!

So much better than when it first launched, especially with being able to mark as sold now! I can’t wait for analytics to be added some day! It still has some bugs but it’s really handy when I can’t use my laptop for working.

I have used other crosslisting software and vendoo is hands down the most user friendly. I will never go back to the other guy. The app and other features are game changers in my reselling business.

I would only use the app to delist. I would NOT use it to do anything else. Marking as sold, listing, creating drafts, etc. is bugged. The sizes don’t save, the quantity changes on its own, the categories change by themselves anytime you save. It’s not worth the headache. Just use the web browser.

This app makes it soooo much easier to cross post, except that at different times, in the middle of loading pics and descriptions, it will just shut off and go to my Home Screen. I only use my phone to post and list items. If they could get those bugs out, it would be amazing.

The lack of FB marketplace support, marketplaces going out of compatibility (Depop, Mercari most often), etc keep the mobile app from being excellent. Good customer support though, and usually updates are quick. As of writing Depop has been purp on mobile for about 4 days now

I downloaded Vendoo two weeks ago, and the last week Vendoo has been completely down. It does not work at all to cross list. They let me know that this is a high priority and tech is working on it. But it’s been a week now, and it still is down. The whole point of the app is to cross list, and the system is totally down. Not to mention I am paying for it. I will say their customer service reps are responsive.

Signed up as I figured this would be a huge time saver for me to cross list items. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Every time I try to upload photos the app crashes and I have to start all over. As a person on the go, who mostly uses my phone to take photos, list & sell this is unacceptable. I’ll be cancelling my subscription and looking for an alternative that actually works.

After watching so many recommended this application, it didn’t work for me and had too many bugs. Unfortunately didn’t get to use it for what I paid for, on top didn’t receive a full refund either. I know I can’t get the time wasted back but also lost out on money. I’m using another extension which has no issues and is half the cost.

I like how this app is formatted, and it’s easy to fill out listings, but my depop account is continuously disconnected from my marketplaces and can take days to reconnect. As an active seller this is beyond frustrating. I have had to message support multiple times in the few months I’ve been using this app. I’ll be looking for a new alternative to Vendoo.
