Awesome on the go payments
Fast easy and not a lot of complicated ads , no 100 questions , i bundled everything I have Verizon and it’s working out for my personal lifestyle ( totally recommended) bundle and make 1 lump payment for 3 account - internet - phone - and credit card . Also - credit is the future - one thing my family told me - nothing in life you can take with you - so I just build my credit cause it’s a goal and I want to be financially responsible and I feel people who are not are the ones afraid of credit cards but nothing in life can be guaranteed but established credit gets you everywhere , it tells all other financial institutions like hey check me out I pay all my bills and pretty much saying this course of career and what not - I’m not saying to spend all your credit - make your budget ( spend the credit for yourself or a bill ) but make small purchases you can pay back in full , then slowly you can use your 30% credit rotation . Good luck and questions it’s best to go to your local bank and get the 411

This card is annoying
I like this card but the issue with this is that they don’t seem to fulfill payments quick enough. I’ve decided to make this card my primary use leaving behind the debit card for the benefits but I find it quite annoying after paying an initial say $500 thereafter because you’re paying in lump sum they hold any payments after for id say about 1-2 weeks before the amount is reflected in your account. You’ll get a notification stating that your payment went through but when you look at the app it doesn’t reflect the payment it’s sooo annoying. I have a capital one credit card and I like how their app shows the available balance go up right after making a payment and even if you pay a huge load some off they don’t take nearly as long to reflect on your account as the Verizon visa. Making it a bad option to consider making a primary everyday use for personal and/or business use on top of this most of the time about 99% of the time I can log into my account without having to do Face ID just by clicking my account and it’s already loading which is an issue if you don’t want anyone accessing your account and seeing what you spend your money on or seeing available balance and what not. Please address and fix these issues.

Love the idea, could be implemented better
I love the idea of a Verizon credit card to which the rewards you can use right on your bill.. however, the latest version of the app could use some tweaking. For instance, you’re taken to a “Home” page which is essentially useless. The menu has a “manage cards” section (to my knowledge they only offer one credit card), and a Redeem Rewards menu option which just directs you to the main Verizon app. It feels like they’re trying to justify the need for an app by filing it up. All they really need (and should implement for better ux design IMO) is right when you launch the app you’re taken to the login page and Face ID automatically scans you in just like many credit card apps. From there, you have everything you need (Make a Payment, transaction history, reward details). It would really streamline the process. Oh, and for some reason payments disappear in the activity section when it comes closer to the payment actually processing which is confusing, and you’re not able to make a payment more than the total amount .. which is often useful when you’re wanting to pay for transactions you just made but are still in that processing period.

New Card
My wife and I decided we would investigate cards with rewards. We really only needed one card, so we were being somewhat picky. Just about the time we decided on a specific card, we read reviews about some of the challenges or cons of navigating the rewards process. Then one day we noticed an ad on our wireless app. The rewards were straightforward if you use them toward your wireless bill. Since we have a Verizon, the rewards were a no-brainer. Why not get rewards that will lower our cell phone bill without all the fine print and games played by other companies. First of all the cards themselves are cool. They are metal and allow for contactless transactions. The App is awesome. When I make a transaction, I get a notification instantly. Paying bills with the app is simple and easy. You can store checking on a secure sight when I want to pay it. I don’t need to enter other card information. I can set up one time payments or automatic transfers…my choice I’m glad we were patient. Absolutely love it!

My Surprisn’ with Verizon
I was hesitant to take on a 2nd credit card but succumbed to temptation because of the % of rewards offers on purchases & the ability to apply the rewards to my Verizon Wireless bill on a monthly basis. The ability to use & control EFT payments on monthly billing statements was also attractive. My Verizon Visa has become my primary credit card. I no longer use my original main Visa credit card even though they are trying too late to offer similar features. I’ve also decided to use the cc to pay my cell phone bill balance after rewards are applied & look forward to receiving 2% rewards for that.

Fix app problems
Very upset with the way Verizon handles their technical issues! They have a system where if your account bounces a payment back 2 times your account is automatically closed. Last year I was not aware of this when I made a payment through the VERIZON APP and it bounced back for NO REASON. I called Verizon support and the lady on the phone tells me “ oh the app is just having issues. They are trying to fix it so you can just pay through the phone for now. “ Ok cool I paid through the phone that time. Fast forward to this year (2023) I accidentally made a payment before changing to my new bank account information so the payment bounced. They ended up closing my account because I had “ two payments that bounced “ when really it was only ONE! The time that it happened last year was not my fault AT ALL! It was the verizon app’s messing up that caused it to happen the first time! I am very disappointed how they “ had no way to fix it.” My account was closed because of VERIZON’S technical difficulties! Will never get any credit card or phone service with them again. Terrible.

Not great
It doesn’t tell you if you have made a payment recently. It does not show pending payments. I had made a post dated payment and had forgotten and had a double payment come out which left me a $400 credit on my account. Yes my fault for forgetting but I did try to go in and check to see if I had a payment already pending and it didn’t show up anywhere in the account. When I called and asked that they reverse the payment that gave me a $400 credit they told me they couldn’t reverse it. Seemed odd to me. They also pot holds on my payments every time I pay off my credit card each month because I pay it off a few days before my due date so I can use it to pay mt Verizon phone bill. Isn’t that the purpose of the card? To pay my Verizon bill with it for points. Who penalized a customer for paying off their credit card each month by holding their funds for 5-8 days. If the rewards weren’t so good I’d cancel this card asap.

Payment Lag
This is a common “beef” I have with both Synchrony Bank credit card accounts I use … payments made through the app get lost in “limbo” for days between the time they’re made in the app and the date of posting. A payment shows as “pending” in transactions as soon as it’s made - then, it disappears until posted to the account a day or so later. I have no problems with the delay, but it’s happened a couple times now while clearing my credit card balances at bill-paying time that I notice a balance is on the card, pay it, only to discover I did it already and now have a credit balance on the account. Why can’t payments stay on the “pending” list until posting, just like charges? My other cards have that figured out. Love you guys, but am tired of “loaning” you money every couple months because your app makes my payments disappear!

Worst in breed
Doesn't show payments that have been processed. Well, usually it doesn't. I had one payment show up for a while before it then disappeared, only to reappear a few days later. This is very confusing, and I almost double-paid a time or two until I learned I just have to wait three or four days. I also now check my email because I do get an email confirming the payment I made through the app even though the app seems unaware. It's like the guy from Memento wrote a credit card app. Also, it shows transactions that have been reversed. Well, sometimes it does. For some reversed transactions. When a transaction gets reversed, at first it looks like a duplicate charge with nothing to indicate it's a credit: no minus sign, no CR, no parens around the number. Nothing. Once the reversal is processed, the original charge and the reversal both disappear, though sometimes one of the original charges may reappear for a while, but when you call, the customer service rep can't see what the app is showing, only some other view that's different from what the app shows. Makes it hard to have a productive conversation. Seriously, you aren't the first people to have a credit card app. It's okay to peek at the others to see what they do and try to copy them. I'm a developer myself, and this is just embarrassing. I like the rewards, so I'm keeping the card for now in spite of the incredibly lame app.

Don’t get this card!
I’ve had Verizon for over 10 years. They convinced me to get this card last year when we were upgrading our phones. Approved for $4000. Get the auto pay discount etc etc. until you have some emergency expenses and use one of your other credit lines and you credit score drops a little bit. Guess what… they lower your credit limit do to balances on other accounts that have nothing to do with synchrony bank. My $4000 credit limit has been decreased down to $720. I’ve always paid this card off every month with the exception of a few months that had a couple hundred balance but always paid over minimum payment. Never missed any payments. This is the only card I’ve ever had that decreases your limit. Decreasing the limit dramatically affected my credit score. And guess what they’ll probably lower the limit again because it went down. Even though they caused it to drop over 20 pts. Lesson learned. Save yourself.

Auto payment quirks
We initially set up auto payments through the app, but after the first auto payment went through, we decided that we wanted more control over when the payment was made. Auto pay will only pay on the day it’s due. It doesn’t let you choose a sooner date. After canceling auto payments through the app, we got an email several weeks later saying that our next auto payment was coming out soon, but on the app, it shows no auto payments scheduled. I called the company, and auto payments are still scheduled, but my husband will have to call to cancel them because he is the primary account holder. We shouldn’t have to call at all since we already canceled it through the app weeks ago. Ugh…. That’s a pretty major app glitch that needs addressing.

Good not great yet
Too soon to say the billing on this card is a month away from a actual purchase or I use it to pay my Verizon bill The due date for this Verizon Visa Card that I paid my bill on August 29 is not due until October 15 that’s gonna take some getting used to The cool part is you can earn Verizon dollars and use that money to go towards your bill there’s other benefits but we’ll see how it goes I’ll know better in a few months Update FINALLY AFTER MONTHS OF COMPLAINING THE CORRECT AMOUNT DUE SHOWS UP SO DONT MAKE ME COME BACK AND CHANGE IT I’M BACK with a 2nd UPDATE make a charge with this company and they’ll take your money in a blink of an eye, but to post the amount takes time it’s not like there’s charges all over the city. It’s only one charge. This Verizon Visa is only used for one charge. And that’s to pay the Verizon phone bill. so I’m taking back a couple of stars.

Works okay
Very marginal app. I have several credit cards and banking apps and this app is the least of them. But is consistent with this banks approach towards customer services. I definitely feel like they believe customers are a necessary evil to be contended with and not an opportunity to add value to the lives of people; their customers. I assume this sums up the experience of the employees in relationship to their management. Experiences like this are seldom isolated to the customer experience but pandemic to and reflective of the company ethos. But back to the app … Seems like it dead ends where it should provide more navigation and information. I can usually get my payments entered okay.

Love my Verizon Wireless Credit Card
Love this app! Of course there are a few things I wish the “rewards” for the credit card offered—NOTHING is PERFECT‼️ Also once purchases go through for me to make a payment, I like to have any of my credit cards paid off; however, with the Verizon Credit Card I’ve ran into making payments NOT needed.. So I then end up with my credit card paid off and later on a credit due to me making an unnecessary payment—I do wish the App were updated on that end and/or possibly adding this feature (?) I have no issues or experience this with any other Credit Cards of this nature.

EZ to use 💯
I really like this app because it’s way easy to use and user friendly. I can split up my payments to be paid from different accounts. I also like that I can see the transactions almost immediately, as they are pending. In addition, I like that it does not allow you to make a payment if you don’t have one due and the transaction is pending. Actually let me rephrase that ,it does let you make a payment, but for the future, which I think is a great feature just in case something happens, and you may need to return the item. Another great feature that I luv! ❤️I am able to see the breakdown in different boxes with different colors as to where my charges are allocated for the cash back.😄 I so enjoy watching it grow. 💸 My Verizon CC is my go to for pretty much everything now. The % for the groceries & gas & now Dining! by far are the BEST from any credit card out there. OK 1 last thing, it’s a really Kewl looking CC, it’s metal & it comes in a nice black envelope, no plastic card. 🖤

It’s a good app indeed!
It’s works like a charm, so far so good. Easy to use. It goes straight to the point. It let you add your card to the Apple wallet even before your card arrives in the mail. The only downside for me is that, the app gave me a temporary digital card number that expired quickly, but I could never use anyway, and the app won’t let you create another temporary digital card numbers so you can start using the card right now, even though, my card seems to be available for use in Apple Pay. I’ll be using this app more in the future and I’ll update my review, that is way for now I’ll give it 4 stars, but so far, so good! I recommend this app for sure!

Very Frustrating at first
When activating my card everything came up to set up log in and password for the app and then I couldn’t tell if it went through or not. Prompts would go to a page for review and you could not use the go back to prior screen for whatever reason? Very frustrating. Ended up downloading the app and eventually got things squared away. I would have rather just been directed to download the app, all that I did prior through the card activation site was very very frustrating. I know parts of it took bc I didn’t have to scroll through the terms and conditions again. PLEASE Fix or direct customers to download the app.

I like it!!
I’ve had the Verizon Visa card since it came out. Recently, something has changed about payments. When I make a payment, it shows pending in the history, but then the payment disappears from pending and sometimes it has me wondering if I made the payment or not. In addition, after the payment has posted, it still says pending in the history. this is very misleading and sometimes it’s hard to tell whether the payment has processed or not. After the payment has processed, it should not say pending, but should say processed.

Good app, simple, fairly easy to use
So don’t get me wrong on these ⭐️’s.. this app is great for seeing your statements, how much you owe, and making as well as setting up automatic payments. The only reason I gave it 3 ⭐️’s, other than being able to pay, browse statements, check remaining spending limit and check transactions, that’s all you can do. It’s not set up like an actual bank app where you can request for a credit increase or decrease, chat with a rep right then and there, and most importantly you can’t get a pin nothing to get a cash withdrawal so that’s the only reason for the 3 ⭐️’s. Haven’t had problems with crashing or none of that stuff, overall it’s a great simple easy to use app to keep up with your card! 😊

App is great! Synchrony Bank is slow to process everything.
Synchrony Bank takes several days to process charges and even longer (4+ days!) to post a payment. Somewhere along the process, payments are still in pending status but are added to available credit, which really makes it hard to track my true balance, and predict timing on available credit. The app displays a balance and available credit (rounded to nearest $).. although it does not always make sense or add up, the app helps you understand where Synchrony is, and makes a difficult situation somewhat easier. Bank: slow. App: good!! So I recommend using it!

Frustrated with the integration of phone and internet billing!
I love the Verizon mobile and internet service. I have great connections and am confident about calling, texting, and obtaining the fastest results. I have been frustrated when using the rewards feature of the Verizon credit card and phone app. Both apps say “use rewards”, but when I select that option I am taken to a page explaining what I can spend the reward on and not how to redeem it. I keep going round and round never being able to redeem my reward and apply it to my credit card bill. I also wish my credit card, mobile bill, and Fios information were all in a single app and not three separate apps.

It’s not bad. But I feel like it could be better. As far as a credit card app, it’s better than Discover, but not nearly as good as Capital One. As far as it being part of my Verizon service, really would be 10 times better if it wasn’t separate from my account. Could still have two separate apps, but where one is all of the shopping and what not, the other is for just your account/ account and credit card if you have one. Not sure. But as I said in little words previously, UI and speed is definitely better than Discover/ probably BofA too, but not as good Capital One. Capital One has by far the the best UI/app overall

Very unsatisfied at the moment
“Sorry we weren’t able to retrieve your information” This is the error message I have been getting for over a month now when I try to view my balance and/or make a payment. I called customer service and was told this happens sometimes when they work on the app and it should be cleared up soon but now a month has passed and it’s still happening. So essentially the only thing this app is able to show/do for me is show me the amount of my cash back rewards on the first screen. Luckily I can still log in on the website from my computer to see my balance and transactions and make a payment but what’s the point of having an app if you can’t access your account in it?

Not bad at all,… just used it in March and it was so simple,….very good app! This app is so easy to use! Very convenient! Nice and easy to use! Simple and easy to use! I really like it,……it’s so easy to use! You’ve removed the confusion, that most credit card companies, crest! Good job! Love it! So so easy to use! Except it only goes back (6) months,……should go back to at least (12) months! Real easy to use, you make it so simple! Love it,…..very easy to use….. With PayPal, Venmo, and Apple credit cards, I get rewards continuously as I make purchases. Every day I make a purchase, I receive rewards dollars. And I can transfer my rewards dollars to my bank checking account and spend the money every day. But with Verizon, the rewards dollars are not transferred to my checking account every day, Instead, with Verizon, the rewards dollars can only be used to reduce my Verizon cell phone bill at the end of the month. The Verizon rewards dollars cannot be transferred to my bank checking account. I don’t like that.

Basic but effective
It’s nice how straightforward the app is. Very to the point. But also feels very lackluster. It’s so basic that it almost feels like it’s a start up company just trying to figure out how to run an app. One huge thing I wish I could see is the amount of cash back that is awarded for purchases. Wanting to know which businesses are actually considered “Dining” or “groceries” given some cards don’t count Walmart as grocery. Would be nice for a little more transparency, a FAQ section, or a “contact us.” Anything! Update. If you guys want to decline my card when I use Apple Pay, give me a way to verify in the app. I get a notification, asks if I want details, then nothing. Absolutely nothing. Give a little more options here please!!

Skip this one
I got the card to save on my bill but it’s just pennies. Saving $5 a month isn’t much when they promise a certain percentage every month for a particular category of purchases. The highest savings was for groceries which I used the card faithfully for and groceries every week is not a small bill but the first too months I received money back but soon after that I never saw another percentage back. I kept it for a year but I’m finished with the con game they play. I only received the same $5 every month regardless of spending hundreds a month on groceries for which I never received money back. It’s a real con game and now I’m canceling the card and their service because of the distrust I now have for this company.

Best card I have
I use to travel a lot and used my hotel and airline card to get points for travel. Those are good, But the Verizon card allows me to use the points to pay my cell phone bill. I may not travel every month, but I always have a cell phone bill. I now use my Verizon card for almost every purchase. The app is awesome and I can pay my bill with my points and then the balance with auto pay my Verizon card and get pints for paying my bill. I saved over $100 on my bill last month. Love it!!!!

Needs more specified notifications
I wish the statement included or had a separate viewing option for all charged and credited amounts. For example, many businesses will charge your card for verification for just $1 or up to $100 (Safeway gas to name one)or for the same amount as the purchase. I have notification texts for each verification and purchase which typically falls off in 1 to 3 days but I’d prefer to see a record of it. I also have purchases credited to the original payment for returns and that is not indicated either. The app is fairly user friendly but there could easily be more options to avoid calling customer service.

Does everything it’s supposed to, but I have a suggestion
Some clarity on which transactions scored the user 1-4% VD on the transactions history page (or statements, at a minimum) would be stellar. Some stores, such as Target, CostCo, etc. sell more than just groceries, but we don’t know which tier these qualify for (grocery, pharma, clothing store, etc.). It’s the difference between 1% and 4% returns which is important for those looking to get maximum rewards for different cards. That said, the app does everything you’d expect without errors.

Pretty basic, not very intuitive, but it works
It took me a while to realize the link to see my account info was at the top. I like that I have a rewards balance and while you have an info page on what you can spend it on, there’s no links to get there. I would like to see all my activity for at least the last 90 days without having to open a difficult-to-see-on-my-phone statement. But, the info is there and I have the ability to set up payments and see my transactions. It’s just not as robust as I would expect a Verizon or Synchrony app to be.

Perfect card
The card is great if used properly. I purchase everything on it to get the rewards points. The interest is just like most cards (high to extremely high) but again if used right you’ll never accrue it. I like the durable hard material unlike all the other cards you get which are that flimsy material. I don’t really have anything negative to say. Still to soon to say! Overall I recommend this card. I mean after all you would be getting the discount on your Verizon bill and accessories.

TERRIFIC!
rather, Terrible!! The flow is clunky. Paying you bill is awkward, and now, it’s impossible. You select what you want to pay and it just sits there. No functionality! You have to go to the online site to pay your bill. Customer support is about what you would find with Verizon. Placating and ultimately useless. Rewards look great but only useable at Verizon ... ok if you do a ton of business with Verizon. If you spend 1500 a month on credit, you might cover half you cell bill. This card is a joke. If they don’t fix the app soon, I’m dumping it.

Simple app , bare bones but works to perfection
The app is bare bones , not too many choices on how you want your notifications. To configure more in-depth alerts you have to login, a lot of the functionality that’s present on the website has not been bought over to the app. Hope they get it over in time. Animations aren’t like the better banking apps , like American Express or Chase. What would be nice to see is the rewards category and potential cash back % category the transaction falls into. You don’t see cash back until the end of the statement and even then you don’t know what purchase gets you which category of rewards.

Worst CC App
Compared to all my other cards the processing time is ridiculously slow. The app does not reflect payments or spending pending amounts. It’s very frustrating. Other apps like the Apple Card or even nearly any bank card are clear about what the current balance reflects including showing pending transactions. The payment to posted time is the worst. It may take as long as a week for it’s to clear from pending to posted. Unacceptable! I only have this card for the bonus towards Verizon payments and that has been changed over time on how you use your earned dollars. Verizon makes it harder to use the Verizon dollars towards the phone bill with each new iteration. The app is just terribly built!! Very disappointing!

Verizon Credit Visa
I am not one to write reviews, but I had an issue with Synchrony Bank reporting incorrectly to the Credit Bureau. They have been very helpful, after much discussion. I closed my Verizon credit line because I back ordered the iPhone 14 Pro in September of 2022. The phone never arrived and was cancelled by Verizon. After much thought, I decided to go back to Verizon over other carriers. I finally figured out how to unlock my credit report with Experian/ TransUnion and I can now use the app as intended 3 years later.

Verizon Best in Business App
The Verizon app is the best in the business, but you need to understand the 3 monthly cycles: 1) Service Cycle 2) Billing Cycle 3 ) Payment Cycle. In addition review Changes to make sure you’re getting what you’ve been expecting. Also to benefit from the $10- discount for autopay, you must always allow Verizon to pull the payment from your bank account at the end of the monthly payment cycle. The rewards are a huge value, be sure they have been to applied the during the billing cycle.

Great card - Apps, not so much
The rewards on the card are great. However the app as well as the web interface are limited. As another reviewer pointed out, the apps just don’t come close to what competitor cards offer. The app does not allow configuration of auto pay nor does it indicate auto pay is setup. Alerts and Messages cannot be be configured from the app and even when they are enabled, the text messages are virtually worthless as they only tell you a charge has been made but not to who or how much. On my other credit card I get notices of double charges from the same merchant and other warnings. It would be great if this app was more advanced.

Faster
I would prefer it to show my payment quicker if possible. It shows that’s it’s an online payment t but then it takes about 2-3 days to post. I do have another credit card and it’s posted online within the next day. I have made double payment a couple times because I didn’t think it went through. Otherwise since you repaired my banking issue that wouldn’t let me put my bank in or recognize it it’s fine. Thanks.

Nice card app to keep you organized
It’s to help people keep themselves updated on purchases and perks when you use the card and to keep track of your spendings. You can pay off your balances made on your credit card anytime without the need to rely on paper statements to pay before the due date. Verizon Credit Card
I love my Verizon credit card! It’s a great looking card that you always get compliments about because it’s titanium and black. I also love that you can use the points you get to pay your cell phone bill. I haven’t paid a bill in months. One thing I do wish they showed was my payments to pay off my credit card. It disappears once I through money down to pay it off and I sometimes forget how much money I put down.

So Far So Good
Just received the card today it came by Fed ex in a very fancy box was very impressed by the packaging wow the money that was spent on the box and packing that goes into this is insane at any rate was given a great credit line for a very good credit rating in the 700’s credit line was for 5k which was impressive helps my credit score which is nice too this card also gives points for purchases all around super card apply you won’t be disappointed

Nice new way to track your rewards progress
I love the new rewards tracking component. It may be part of the Verizon rewards program, and it is very useful to us as consumers. It shows exactly how we are earning rewards. This piece was missing from the app in prior versions. I am very happy to report that I’ve increased my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because of this new feature. Thank you for listening and providing this visual way to view reward progress as it relates to purchases.

Perfect way to earn rewards, save money on your bill and build your credit just by paying your phone bill with this! I can’t get the AutoPay discount with my other credit cards and this one offers some good incentives I buy gas with it and earn 4% in rewards that I’ll use to pay my bill and get 2% for paying the bill! The rewards rack up to use as a bill credit or as a down payment for my next phone. This card is excellent!

Great app but needs a breakdown of earned points.
App is great and serve the purpose. It is also one place to do anything regarding to your accounts Verizon. The card shows you earned rewards but doesn't show you the breakdown of how you earned the points. Rewards are almost great for their program. 4% on gas/groceries and 3% on dining and takeout. The two major categories a normal household will use the card and that gives you really really good cash rewards with no strings attached. Love it!!

User Beware
DO NOT GET THIS CARD. Loved the feature of the metal card vs a plastic card. My card was compromised and ultimately had to be shut down. I was told I would receive a replacement card in the mail. I received the card only to find it to be a flimsy plastic card UNLIKE the metal card They promised to REPLACE. When I called and requested a METAL card I was told VERIZON didn’t allow for replacement cards to be sent in the metal form only plastic. TOTAL BATE AND SWITCH. I guess a existing LOYAL frequent user customer isn’t as important to Verizon as a new customer. Result…. Paying off the balance and closing the account. I will use my Apple Card as they don’t have an issue with providing their customer with a quality and durable metal card.

Verizon app review
The Verizon credit card app is very slow to update / reflect when a payment is made but very fast to post charges. It doesn’t show payments as pending or scheduled after I have entered the payment online. They do not display in the app at all. So I do not see auto-payments until after they post. Also, the ability to view recent transaction is limited. I constantly have to open the bill to see transaction from the prior week around billing date. I cannot just scroll through my recent transactions.

Used to be great
As of today when I login to this app I can no longer in anyway check my rewards dollars. This is apparently to “make it easier” but it is not nearly as convenient as it used to be. The app still works but to make payments I just can’t view my rewards points anywhere in it. After being shifted back and forth from the card company (I got their number from the app itself) to Verizon three times I finally got someone who tried to help but was never able to get me to where I could see how many rewards dollars I have on a credit card within its own app.

Still waiting on a replacement card since 3/25-
Read the title - I still don’t have that magical card-funny since 3/25 I have accepted cards they come in like 3 days-no you said 3/25 I have no new card-just the old reported - and have been waiting still-sad-sorry-I can’t use what I don’t have-I will pay it down and continue to pay my phone bill with it-I will not call your customer service -ever again- I told yall why-I tried other ways—I do not have that card-the old was destroyed upon speaking and hearing you were sending another one Will you ever read this-it’s like a lot -maybe email me a letter mailed by a human- because- I have tried -thanks as always please-

Great card
I still haven’t been able to understand how to use Rewards to add to paying bill. I maybe missing something? But when I select Redeem Rewards of Visa card app it sends me to My Version App. On my other CC they always had a line to enter amount of rewards you want to add to bill. Like I said maybe missing something. If all else fails I’ll call and talk to a rep. I don’t have that much in rewards $ now so have time. I gave 4 stars for this reason, other than that it is a 5 star cc. Thank You.
