Recently, I’ve been running into an Upload Limit Issue on one of my cloud storage providers, and more generally, I typically don’t like to store videos in the cloud because they take up a lot of space! To solve this problem, I attempted to use the premium version of a Video Editing App, but it ended up causing further frustration by making the problems worst. I then came across this Video Compressor App, and not only did it work exactly as hoped/expected, but it also provides some additional video tools that are quite useful!

I was trying to send a 10 minute video to my cousin for her birthday. It was taking soooooo loooong to download! I said “ there must be something to make this faster!” Voila! Video Compressor. .. now all the cousins can see it .. and have a good laugh and a happy memory. We’re not getting younger. By the time it downloaded and sent, even in email.. well i would hope that no one of the cousins would have ‘expired’ before the video finally downloaded!’. My sincere gratitude! Blessings to all!
I had filmed me doing something, and wanted to share it with somebody else, but the video took up a gigabyte, because apple doesn’t let you down scale your video, or film in quality below HD 30fps on my phone. So I looked for a video compressor app, the first one would only let you compress 3 minute or less videos without paying, so I then tried this. It works well, gives you the percent of compression, and lets you choose what parts to compress. :)
It’s a good app, but it can be better. It’d be better if I could customize the layout for “Collages,” or an option to make the layout automatically fit the video’s frame size. Otherwise, it’ll be uneven, unprofessional-looking. On the “Video to Gif,” it’d be better if there were an ⬅️arrow➡️ option, for stopping at precise milliseconds. That will make better gifs.

UI is very easy to navigate - you can customize your compression if you want, but can also select pre-configured compression options with one click without having to figure out dimensions or frame rate. So happy I found this app!
Wow, I didn’t think these kind of iOS apps existed anymore. I feel compelled to write a review since it’s legit free, and works so well. It’s easy to use too. I’ve only used the compression, but it has a bunch of other basic video editing tools too. Thanks for sharing your app with the world without putting those aggravating ads in it!
This app is a jack of all trades type. It was not only able to compress a video to allow for sharing due to size restrictions. The app can also split, cut, merge, collage, etc. This allows users to create content and share it on many platforms. I am thoroughly impressed by the features and functionality.
My title basically covers it all! Needed to find a video compressor on my iPhone… and I came across this one and gave it a try n wasn’t disappointed. The user interface is easy to read and understand and all the features are free and it’s easy to figure out what you wanna do and how to do it.
It's the most straightforward APP to make your videos smaller so you can share them with family and friends. I spent a long time searching for a free video APP able to reduce my video to a small enough size to send via email or text. The videos are not compromised. I highly recommend this APP
I was searching for someway to change one video of my child singing so that I could share it with their biological parent on the other side and this helped me to accomplish that goal. I was able to customize my compression for frame rate and quality. Thank you so much for this app.
I love this app! It has many features that I used to have to use many different apps for all in one. I love the compression feature and how I can adjust different things about the video to get it down to a manageable size. Also, the splitting feature is great!
As much as I like this app for that it has 3 preset options and Quality, it always lowers my 60 fps videos to 30 fps. Is there a reason it does? But I still like this app the most as it does not drain my iPhone battery as fast as other apps do.
TRULY NO ADS or nags!! Makes me want to donate if I continue to use it with no issue. Living with satellite internet and poor cellular, 600mb upload is a drag, especially when 100mb encode looks identical or a 40mb encode looks almost identical! Reminds me of og App Store with many free apps with no ads or nags or hidden costs! TYVM dev
I can compress my videos and reduce size by 87% and only reduce the resolution to 1080p and keep the smooth frame rate. I just did iCloud Photos and later while i play Xbox or do school while the videos are compressing (if it’s July 10th and the videos are still not compressed)
I was trying to send videos on discord from my iPhone. But alas, there is a max file size. Then I got this app and everything was free and it helped a lot. Now I can show people on discord me being a GOD at Fnaf 2. I definitely recommend this. Stay safe all you you guys.
Upon first opening of the app you will see a variety of different functions. I use it to compress my videos and so far so good. I think it’s an awesome app for everyone to have because you never know what you may need from it.
I’ve had trouble every time I record something then cannot send out the video because it is too long. This is a great app with options on low to high quality and the storage needed

… to be fair, I have only used it for a few gifs. Seems intuitive. Open, choose an option, choose an object and export it. Simple but effective. Thank you.

The was the easiest and most creative app I have used. I expected to “ like” it. But when I used other videos that I had altered and then blended with the new.... turned it up to “11”....
Title says it all. The app's a fine editing tool in its right, but holy moly do the gifs move at the speed of light. If there was a feature to control it, than that would be greatly appreciated.
I haven’t been able to see what I compressed before it asked me to review. So I don’t have an honest opinion. App looks simple and so far easy to use, but I can’t speak to long term or quality.
I was only trying to compress a video to a smaller size so it wouldn’t hit my email restrictions for file attachment size. Maybe I was not using the app correctly, but it seemed to be simple and straightforward, but the ‘compressed’ file was not any smaller. Downloaded a different app that works, but this one doesn’t.
