Super amazing like OMG

I was on the app and it gives you these really cool suggestions and it’s where you know like you know the little flamingo guy and a Minecraft YouTuber flamingo or yeah on my continent it’s by Kira and Bryson doing weird stuff we’re just little kids having fun or the Kmart chairs and stuff so helpful because of daily ideas like oh Em freaking G and I got an idea where Mario and Luigi baking muffins and oh my God I got over 100 viewers and another one was from two views to 80 views very quick and one of my videos almost got 300 views from methods and like oh my God tag suggestions like I never know what the tag is supposed to be in oh my god don’t even get me started all the keywords oh my God and it helps you compete with each other

New interface bad, very bad, as in I may have to cancel over it

I’ve been in this app almost daily, including night. However, when I opened it this morning, there had been a drastic update and the app o lived has now become a nearly worthless weak version of itself. I know you’re trying to improve, but this massive change you’ve made is a few step backwards, to the point where I may not be able to continue with it Main thing is the tags. No longer shows how many characters I have left and some word scores are also no longer there. In fact, where did most or all of the specific scoring go? Like on details, for one. I just opened the app 10 minutes ago and this is only what I found so far. Where’d the checklist go? This is bad, guys. I loved this app until about 10 minutes ago. Sometimes, the old saying applies: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Please put it back the way it was or I’ll probably have to look for a new SEO app. Thank you.

Really bad customer service

Their customer service is really bad. I was charged 49$ for a renewal which apparently in their terms you can cancel 24 hours before the renew but they won’t send you any heads up 24 hours before charging you. I apologized for the mistake and asked if I could be refunded literally an hour after I was charged, as I have no plans to use the service and I was told their hands are tied, they can’t do it(which is simple terms means, we got your money, we don’t care if you use our services or not) it was surprising how they really don’t care about the customer, there’s so many other services which would give you a refund just for good will, word of mouth matters but I guess, not to them. I won’t ever be using their services again. But yeah just a heads up, if you plan on using this service just to test things be sure to cancel in time or set a reminder as once they charge, they won’t refund you a penny, your money is gone.

VidIQ ROCKS!

I had no idea how incredibly easy and effective it is to use VidIQ! If I had known a month or two ago, my channel would already be monetized! You guys basically do the work *and* provide personalized training every step of the way… and it feels like a game! Thanks for making learning fun and providing me/the world with a way to reach people on a global scale with just a few clicks. I will no doubt make VidIQ part of my morning routine every day. This App Is AMAZING!

I got this app like a few days ago and I love it! This app has all the tools you need to become a successful YouTuber. My favorite feature is the keyword feature that lets you search keywords and it scores them based off how much their searched and how high of a competition there is. But one negative thing about the vidiq app is that when you gain a subscriber it doesn’t show up right away until like 30 minutes after (at least that’s what happens to me), it’s not a big deal though. So if your wondering if you want to get the app, yes you should.

Love it but missing a key feature 😭

This app is amazing and i absolutely love it but it’s missing such an obvious feature. when I research a keyword on the mobile app, I can see only the search volume score but I can’t see the search volume quantity. in other words while the search volume score is important, I need to know the quantity of people searching for this particular keyword in a given month. The web app allows you to see the numeric monthly search volume but on the vidIQ mobile app, this feature is missing. maybe I’m missing something here, but if it is missing indeed, it would be incredible If you guys can add it.

Don’t pay for premium

I got this app and really liked the course feature. It is by far my favorite thing but you are only limited to a couple courses a day instead of just being able to work through all of them in a single sitting. I thought paying for the subscription would allow me to unlock all the courses to complete but it didn’t. The premium also advertises ai generated ideas but it only gives you about 10 (not very good) ideas. I really wish there was a free trial to test out the features so I wouldn’t be disappointed as much as I am. I don’t see much value of the subscription but hope to see more focus on the course work and structure of teaching.

Great but few things

I love this, it gives me many ideas for making videos without needing to pay! Very good but big bug, when I click daily ideas to see what I saved the screen turns black and can’t go to any other tabs, it’s worked for a long time till now! If it wasn’t for this bug it would be a 5 star! All I want to say is good job devs and I hope u can fix it soon!

It was good but...

When opening the app I had hi hopes but I later found that when you type in for keywords and you want to see trending videos you have to pay for it which is outrageous. You literally have a YT channel to pay for all that. I was severely disappointed with this and it made me very mad because that’s what most people want to see what’s most trending for their type of videos that they upload but that doesn’t mean that the app is crap it is decent in that you can check the effectiveness of keywords which is very helpful and even check the compitetion of those keywords. So yeah I think I would suggest this but I am very mad about the trending videos feature

Pretty good

First of all, this app is amazing! It really helps me out with my channel! And it helps me know what videos are best to post. But I do have a complaint. I think it would be better if the title recommendations were more related to what you mostly post about. It would be easier to use most of the title recommendations.

Extension and App on Ipad View

I hope VidIQ makes the extension available on other internet servers such as DuckDuckGo and not just on google chrome… Also, when on the app, the view on the ipad is only vertical and it is not optimized for the horizontal view, which would be helpful to fix. I am still learning the ins and outs of this program and have much to learn, though thank you for the resource.

System Stopped Updating Lessons and Daily Ideas

Not sure what’s going on but the app has No more daily lessons and I’m not finished. Also now it’s not giving me daily ideas I’m on the Pro Plan for $9.99/month and so far I’m not too happy with this. It’s limiting me to 10 title generators per month and 3 description generators. If I am Troy to get the best title for ONE video, it uses up one credit each time I refresh the suggested titles. It really should not do that.

Change is always good

I like VidIQ overall and have been using it for a couple of years now, but I don’t like how limiting the keyword research aspect is now. It used to score me on almost whatever I put in the search bar, but now it’ll only give me a score on whatever it suggests close to my desired search term or phrase. Changing it back would be nice.

Was better

The recent update has made the app nearly pointless. The only thing that really works decently is adding tags to your videos. Seems like all of the best parts of the previous versions have been removed and/or hidden behind a paywall. Without them there’s no reason for me to keep using this app. Hopefully they’ll fix this soon.

It’s alright, but…

The app is honestly lacking compared to the web version. The issue is that the web version isn’t extremely mobile-compatible. If VidIq would update this to bring more functions over, such as the chat feature, I’d use the app more often. I honestly have used this app maybe 5 times since I downloaded in 7 months ago, and I’ve been sorely disappointed in it every time.

Great complement to the web app

I love vidIQ and this is a great tool if you’re on the go and want to keep an eye on your stats, do some keyword research and more. Easy to use and clean layouts. It doesn’t have all the tools available in the web app yet (probably because it’s a new app), but it’s still a nice addition!

I have learned more about how to properly market yourself on social media thru this app compared to books and other apps. 10/10 recommended. Worth every penny! I just wish i could buy it outright.

Lesson six is having problem

Really like this app, I’m in lesson six and in the middle of the lesson appears a “something went wrong” and I have to close the app every time. If I don’t do that lesson the rest of the app is working fine.

Good but the coach is outdated and the outliers is bad

The other stuff are good but the coach is too outdated cause it only says stuff from 7 days ago that is permanent and the outliers they always say that there is no related stuff of my search am a 162 subscriber channel but just these 2 things make the upgrade kinda a scam and if this kept on going I might do a refund

Good app

I use vidiq on computer as well as mobile on computer it has more stuff becuase of studios but this app is great it helps a lot with everything the only problem is is that tags are becoming more obsolete when you try finding good ones because those ones are used as well all in all it’s a great app

Great ideas and AI but…

So VidIQ is a great app with amazing ideas to help grow your channel but it does have some cons it has lots of things like it not registering how many views I have it says I have 43 when I really have 87. But it’s just little things like that. It’s definitely a great app though I recommend it.

Useful!

Is Super All In One App I can edit my title , description, tags etc… all through my phone love it! Although after the new update it change a lot I really prefer how it was before. But still a great app!

Awful & Difficult Cancellation Policy

Buyer beware their cancellation procedure is difficult. Once I finally got ahold of support they canceled my account but refused to refund it. I planned to be back as a customer but seeing as I’ll have to dispute it with my bank now, I’ll never use them again. Update: I contacted support and they were unable to refund or adjust my account. They inaccurately states that I have used their services since October 4th. I have disputed with my bank.

Not currently sure how to feel

So I’m not sure how to feel about the app so far. My daily ideas never come (I am using the free version) and just kinda because of that I don’t know if it’s worth buying. Seems like u can’t quite use the free version to get a feel for the app and if it’s worth $10 a month.

Subscription restricts most of the app

A very good tool to help boost your channel, however I just realized I couldn’t see when my viewers are on yt. Things like 1 on 1 coaching and AI reviews are ok to require subscriptions, but something as simple as viewer data shouldn’t require one. At least a trial to use it before requiring to pay

I can’t really access anything for some reason. The app isn’t working at all. The home is working fine but everything else stopped completely. I don’t know what I should do. The app helped me a lot so far though.

Ok but could have better organization

I’m a vidIQ subscriber. A comment to the developers, vidIQ (on the web and in this app) has multiple tools that do approximately the same thing: Generate & improve suggestions for my next video. Blueprints, Create, Ideas. They overlap and ought to be coalesced into one tool.

Good, but daily ideas needs some work.

This app is great!! Pretty helpful, except the day ideas won’t work. I got the 3 daily ideas the first day, but then I never got them again, and it’s been like a week now.

Vid IQ is recommended by anyone and everyone and yet using their service has not increased subs. Also manor issues 1. It suggest tags that are green but once selected they show up as orange or yellow - well which is it? 2. Says low seo score because title, description, and tags don't match even when they are matching - what gives - then if you correct it - still doesn't increase "score" or subs 3. Doesn't recommend tags correctly - according to research my selected tags are performing high. Vid IQ will keep changing score on them or rate them low USED FOR A SOLOD YEAR WITH NO IMPROVEMENT!!! AND ABOVE APP MALFUNCTIONS.... WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY FOR THIS - PEOPLE PLEASE STOP RECOMMENDING - IT DOESN'T WORK!

Keeps freezing

I use this on my laptop and it works perfectly. However the app continues to crash or freeze every 2 minutes so I’ll have to force close it and go back in. This gets annoying after awhile. Outside of that, VidIQ is pretty good to have.

Please get better daily tasks and improve AI

I keep getting the same daily tasks and the AI is giving me completely random suggestions for new videos. This is a great app aside from that that has really helped me grow. My only request it to make these improvements. Thank you

Lot of problems

The videos that are suggested to me are videos that already exist meaning I could get copyright strike making my channel harder to grow. And I don’t know what 0.68 views is all about. You could just say 68 views. This app needs a lot of improvement.
