Great social app for sure

If you are looking for a good socializing app this is the one! People on this site live in their own fantasy worlds you can meet your soulmate and worst enemy playing on this app! So if you’re looking to be bullied or have your personal business thrown out there this is the app for you! Now as far as the game it self well… the developers did an amazing job graphics, emojis, and the gifts are all awesome! You can private message or write on global whatever you want and most of the time it stays up VIP DOES NOT REMOVE THEM! I’ve been playing on this site almost 5 yrs it started out great had decent cards but once you get on a winning streak the cards flip and now you’re on a losing one. This goes back and forth week after week until now you need to buy coins and once you do this they now know they got you! You will now have to continue to buy and the owners of this app make sure of it!! The algorithm gets worse and worse and if you ever have an issue good luck getting it resolved because VIP NEVER RESPOND BACK TO YOU REGARDING YOUR ISSUE! Other than all that it’s a great game! HAVE FUN PLAYING!

Review on shuffling

Either I have consistently bad hands, bad luck or this shuffling system needs work. There are several times where I get back to back hands with the same cards. I have had hands where I can only bid 1, sometimes 2 through the entire game but never good enough to go NIL. It gets so old and discouraging to the point where I have to stop playing and give myself long breaks because it’s mentally exhausting. I also gets so exhausted with players that time out through every single setting to be rude and obnoxious. Sometimes it’s impossible to block those players and I don’t understand why. I have a small investment into having to buy coins to be able to block but sometimes it’s nearly impossible. Please work on these issues. It’s so frustrating for the players!!

Rip off

If you’re a numbers geek, run the numbers on this one!!!! The deals are totally coded for their advantage. If you recruit a lot of free chips be prepared not to win anything more than 800 or 500 at a time. If you want to play at times other than tournament times be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes. I didn’t. And I’m being generous, the most I was supposed to wait was 18+ minutes. Out of frustration I deleted this app for a second time. The first time they left my chips alone. The second time they wipe them clean. That’s OK I only came back to leave this comment.

Great game at first...

Unfortunately this is a well made spades game and I hate that I am having to write this review. It played fantastic for about 2 days. After I inevitably ran out of chips I purchased some as well as two presents for a friend who also paid. (About a $25 total) Within an hour of my purchases via Apple I was locked out of the game. My friend was also locked out. Neither of us can log in using our Apple credentials. Of course I have about 400k, numerous level upgrades, a winning record, and vip status. I wrote customer service for us both and got no response, no refund, and no technical support to fix my login issues. I can still log in with Facebook etc but of course it creates a brand new account and we lose all of the money that we spent. I’m contacting Apple for a refund and removing the app ASAP. I feel that this is sincerely an app written to take peoples hard earned money without giving anything in return. Apple thus far, agrees.

Love this Spades App. Needs no ads option.

I’ve downloaded and tried many Spades apps. This one is by far my favorite. My feedback for further improvement is: 1. If I’m a paying member of the app, why am I seeing ads? There needs to be an ad-free option. I would pay for it. 2. There needs to be an algorithm in place that will put members who are friends in rooms to play with or against each other when online, not just custom, I’m constantly paired with beginners who I end up blocking because they’re ruining my stats. Newbies should be paired against each other 3. We need updated phrases and emojis. 4. We should be able to specify why we’re reporting a member, ie: bullying, losing on purpose, cheating.

LOVE VIP SPADES!😁

I really enjoy the VIP spades game! I’ve tried every other spades game on line but this is by far my favorite. I do have a question though... Could you please tell me how one can increase their level number? What is it based on? I mean is it the number of individual games you win that increases it or is it based on how many coins I have...? I simply wonder if there is a way to increase my level or experience number because I’ve been playing for months and I’m still at a lower number. I will appreciate your reply... thank you!

True Review! Try A Different Spades Game!

Definitely NOT a good app. Mostly bots for partners. The game is designed to feed money into the developers pockets. To actually play game you will wait for 1 to 15 minutes. Only Give 5 stars to ensure my review is seen. Also. They will censor what you say and block you if you say anything offensive or doesn’t fit their narrative. Which isn’t how REAL people play spades. Spades is a cut throat game! Uninstall app once done or they will steal your data which stores personal information, in return they sell it for profit.

Problem with game

Really enjoyed this game but, I’ve been playing this game for the last five days and then it’s been a glitch in the system I have been on able to receive Full coin pay out for games played and won. If a reward is giving its only half or less then the rewarded amount. For five days I thought there was a big things would Go back to normal after a day or two of complaints but no same problem persist. And when trying to send an error report there is a connection failure.

Why I’m enjoying your game

I have played Spades Plus for several years and enjoyed that one very much until it became very insulting with the Chats…Although I would enjoy being able to talk to the players more… That would also make it possible for red people to make rude comments. So… I guess I prefer being able to enjoy a game with positive comments and Smileys then rude people. Thank you for your game

Slightly frustrating

This is definitely the best spades app on the App Store. It works smoothly and is set up fairly well. However, all it took was one losing streak for me to have not enough cash to play a game. I win more than half of my games, but that’s still not good enough to get myself out of poverty. I’m stuck in a cycle of having no cash, then getting some from the wheel etc and losing it again. I don’t understand why a buy in would be 6k for a chance to win 9k. That’s not how gambling works - you should be getting 12k. If 4 people put 6k in a pot and it is split between two winners, that’s 12k each. I can’t win enough games to have money to play even if I win more than I lose. Of course, that’s the goal for them...

Great app ruined by cost and ads

This is the best social spades app out there for sure. However, it seems the ad load and cost to play has been increasing daily. It has become so greedy compared to a few weeks ago when I downloaded it. I have had a lot of fun on here, but it isn’t worth it anymore. The ads are 30-45 seconds each, and they will even play multiple back-to-back. An ad will play before I join a game, causing me to miss my first turn. A few weeks ago you could play with friends for free, but they removed that feature. Due to pure greed, the app has gone to trash in my opinion.

Dear Spades Player

A few things...I definitely agree with other online forums; the game seems to set up to make you lose after a few credits are accumulated. It appears as though developers are working overtime to make their coins (no hate). If you fall for it and buy coins (I’ve been told) you always have to buy credits and never receive free cash options again. Next...YOU are a good spades player, if you win more than lose in real life, take it for what it’s worth, you’re good. Next: Dear Black People/those who play with Jokers/Duces: This is not the spades you played growing up, please read the rules/how to play of “This” spades App and any others out there as a matter of fact because you will get stuck...most times! Last: The player who partnered with you may harass/threaten or stalk you if they lose because to overbid...block them and carry on. Don’t get into nonsense with losers online, it is just a game remember that!

New Ads

The company added ads to the playing table in the new update. Now the game drags and has delays. Even if you wanted to visit an ad you couldn’t click on it because you’re playing a game. Twice I have gone to flip cards and have ended up bidding because of the lag couldn’t tell if the game was moving forward and I ended up bidding 6 or 7.

Game will not load anymore…

I just started to really enjoy this app and now it will not load….I have never had this problem before….and it’s been about 2 weeks since the latest update!!! Hopefully someone will reply and tell me how to fix this issue or I’ll have to find another app to play on….and YES I uninstalled and reinstalled with no help….I’m using an iPhone 13 with 5g data and also tried with WiFi….please reply and then I’ll change rating to the 5 stars I previously thought this app deserved when I could actually play smh

Great Graphics and Competitive Play!

I have been playing on this site for over a year! The graphics are cool and they even have a voice chat option. They often try to find new ways to provide a safe and enjoyable platform for its users which separates them from many other game communities. Try it out, you won’t regret it!

I love playing spades and this game is fun, entertaining, and I love how they have tournaments so you can win some extra coins. I got my husband hook on it now he won’t stop playing. I definitely would recommend it to anybody that love playing spades. The best part is no trash talking only emoji which is fun when trying to express your feelings.

Fixed game.. I’m 100% sure the ppl behind the game put players (who just signed up and have low ratings) or bots in your match and on your team to throw the game and make you lose your chips !! I’ve played this game enough to catch onto the BS and there’s plenty of it.. No rating matches, fixed hands no random shuffle, sound cuts out every other match, “Bonus” is a joke, app is just a fixed money grab.. 8/21: The thing is, thats not true at all.. And reading around a few other reviews i see others also taking notice, But you all know what you’re doing.. The Bonuses are definitely NOT random, its not as “free” as you’d like ppl to believe especially since im hit with a popup to purchase smileys or phrases or VIP every 5 minutes.. And who is PicFixer ? I never typed that in as my name so where does that come from ? Probably a bunch of social media-obsessed teens in charge of this app over there perpetrating.. carry on.

Garbage

First of all the distribution is trash. If you pay for vip you get garbage hands. People who don’t pay always seem to have 4-5 bid hands while you are lucky to get 1-2 bids. Second if you buy vip so you can talk on global or personal message the developers mute you so you can’t even use it. While others on the site tell people to die and instigate constantly nothing happens to them. Favoritism at it’s finest. Lastly if you actually do have an issue that you need support with it takes them two to three days to even respond if they respond at all.

Way glitchy

I'm not sure if its the ads interfering but the game has a habit of freezing right in the middle of game play and it's not always immediately obvious (some people play really slow!) In a couple of cases my moves were automated "while I was away" when I was actually sitting there waiting for the other players. I have noticed that if you minimize the app for a second and then open it again the game will go against back to normal so ok. But it happens waaaaay more frequently than should be acceptable 5 or 6 times in a game. Sometimes several times in a single round which really impedes game play. If they fixed this problem I would spend more time with the app. As it is - I frequently get irritated and give it up for a different app.

I have been on this game since 2016 with my husband. We absolutely love to play together and battle other people as well! Sometimes I take a long break from it when I come back it’s still here! You do get those grumpy people in the rooms, but I overlook them. I love the game of spades.

Not worth your time, much less your money

I have been playing on this site for a year now and they recently added lots of different card games but then removed them and it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a game. Plus, you really can’t tell if they’ve put a bot at your table to fill a spot. There are also ‘cliques’ within the game community who are bullies and rude and disrespectful. I am terribly disappointed in the direction this platform has gone and all I can say is...BEWARE. Lots of cheaters, lots of bullies and just an overall poor experience for anyone who really just enjoys playing spades for fun.

Last update made it worse

Since the latest update, I can hardly ever open the app and get an error message that it could not load the game properly. When it does work, it gets hung up and freezes my phone half the time. Super bummed. Please fix asap!!!

So so

Decent lay out and game flow. One small (pun intended) problem that is a BIG problem for me, is the size of the numbers to be able to see what your opponents have bid. My gosh, I wear glasses and still have to squint to see them, and I find it making me bleary eyed after a game or two, which makes me want to stop playing. Fix that, and you will have a decent spades game, and trust me, I’ve played them all.

Glitches

I love this app but lately it glitches and freezes up right in the middle of a game. It forces me to close the game and return only to find that I’ve missed a turn and the app has played for me. I’ve lost several games this way. For example: I was in the middle of a hand that I nodded nil. It froze and when I returned, it auto played a higher card and gained me a book. My opponents were happy. At that point, I just quit the game and am now seeking another Spades app that may be more dependable.

Good game but

I just started playing this game and I’m not the best player, but me losing or winning is not the problem this game goes frozen time to time and I get penalized for it or come back to books I never bided. When a game goes frozen or glitches you all should be able to start new without coins taken away. So it’s ok but needs improvement on the glitches. And maybe more comments to players

Spade game

The game is great fun with many options! Customer Service was awesome in fixing my problem and returning my chips Highly Recommended! You need to leave the score up at the end of the game!! It disappears so fast you cant read it! Its very annoying!

Good but issues

Overall good app for spades but as you level up, it doesn’t allow you to play games with fewer points, which take less time. It’s not as much the points it takes to play the longer game, as it is the time. Offer lower point games for the sake of time!!!

Best Spades game out!!!

*UPDATED REVIEW After the games update the game has been very glitchy. I paid for discounted chips and never received them. Contacted support via email and text. NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE. I really actually love the game but I don’t want to be losing money and it’s sad they don’t even respond unless you send a negative review.

Garbage

If you don’t spend money, expect to win about 20% of your games. I’ve played spades for 40 years of my life and NEVER had a 30 game losing streak. Always lose on the last hand and always because of a stupid mistake by the bot. Every other ap I’m a 65% player. Playing for real I’m a 75% player. This ap is junk. Classy response from the developer. Even more reason to stay away from this app, and every other app from this company.

Horrible

I have contacted support several time no answer I have sent screen shots of getting ripped off in games such as….. other team not making there books and still winning a game. And other tram making 80 point and they get 100 at the final score my partner and I are glitched to lose some games and lost coins to play for coins. It seems this app just likes to steal money and get people to pay to gain revenue. Horrible

This USED to be the best cards app. Unfortunately, the latest update ruined the experience…. Lost my VIP after the update, ads at every turn-banner at top of the game board, pop up during play causing you to click inadvertently on cards while trying to close the ad, held hostage after each game by an ad. Absolutely excessive. Those of us who have been loyal for years can’t stand it. Time to jump ship.

Glitches and Shutdowns during Games

I have purchased coins on numerous occasions and experienced repeated shutdowns in the middle of games. My internet is not the problem. I checked with my fiber optics ISP and there are no issues with my internet. I am owed a significant amount of coins due to the shut down games being counted as a loss and my account balance deducted. I’ve sent emails but no response from the support team. Almost perfect

It’s a really addicting game with many ways to get coins without paying so you can play at least once a day. Only bad thing is there’s a glitch sometimes in the middle of the gameplay. I’ll be winning and all of a sudden the app will freeze and start over. It’s cost me two games already. Seriously, fix it!!

Fun Game, BUT

….when you have an annoying player like Smallbear who took their sweet time bidding and laying out cards, plus spamming the “Now What” or “Now I win” messages, and emotes the entire 7 rounds, I want to be able to do more than just block him so I don’t ever have to play him again. It was distracting and so ANNOYING.

Money-grabbers.

It’s disgusting. The game itself runs fine, but you HAVE to win every other game because the game takes a massive cut of the money or you’ll run out of money, fast. As you play more, your hands get worse and worse, meant to force you into buying coins. They give you just enough money as a daily bonus to keep you going, barely. Sure, it’s fun at the beginning but it’s obvious that it was designed to get your money, and purely that.

Excellent Spades Version

Unlike Spades Plus, it has partner tournaments not just solo tournaments. Spades Plus has a more even game flow but due to everything else being pretty much the same, and the better tourneys, I have to go with VIP Spades. Nice work you guys.

Great Game, Major Flaw

Ratings need overhaul, I’m tired of playing people who constantly sink our game, block so I can’t report or want to be a friend, I don’t, and I get the bad rating. Somehow your games should detect player’s who constantly send others in the negative should not be allowed to rate.

Nice design I like how you can customize your profile to ur liking, with photos and free message bio. I don’t like how many ads there are, like even if I watch a free ad for coins I’ll see ANOTHER ad right after that. Makes the app laggy in my opinion…
