I love shopping at your store. When I first walk in and hear the piano music it’s awesome. Every dept I went to the sales people were very friendly and helpful. I needed my new dress hemmed for my granddaughters wedding. Again my experience with the seamstress was fun. She helped with an idea to pin the dress up into a roushing look when I change into my dancing shoes. I purchased a shawl for my new dress with the help of the sales woman in dresses. I also purchased a beautiful rose gold bracelet in jewelry. And had to buy a pair of slacks too. I always have such a great shopping experience at Von Mauer! And I love that I can pay my bill slowly with no interest! Thank you for being my go to store!!!!
I have been a customer for years. Beauty. Reliable, Fashionable, Timeless and their Louisville employees are amazing, professional and so nice. Online has also never been a problem. I have gems⚙️ in my closet from shopping at Von Maur. Oh and Christmas at Von Maur - only place I shop . Plus the site is decorated beautifully 🌲. Complement’s on everything thing I have bought there .VonMaur is great for kids,, mens clothes, that perfect outfit for an event , it’s not a sore but experience. lBest shoes -and don’t forget to check out shoe room. I just miss the days when we weren’t constantly bothered by the associates. God forbid we just want to take our time insted of leaving every time an associate is coming over to ask if we need help. They even stand by the walkways waiting to ask us if they can help us as we are walking to another department. Then how many times do we have to hear “Are you still doing ok?” Over and over.
As a single mom of six children it was always important to me that things last. The quality that I found at VonMaur I could find nowhere else. Purchases would still look nice for my growing children, three children would be able to wear a single purchase until it was only good enough for play clothes so the quality was superior!
My husband and I needed wedding clothes for a relative’s wedding, but we had just moved. Three days before the wedding we realized we couldn’t find our dress clothes and needed to buy new ones! Rebecca the seamstress and Laurie in women’s dresses helped us find exactly what we wanted and had the alterations done extremely quick! Thank you for all of your help ladies!

I recently reactivated my Von Maur charge card and signed up for rewards and the app. Go, VonMaur! I am impressed with the app and how easy it is to pay my bill and to check on things. They have definitely made it easier to shop—I like their blend of great customer service accompanied by a user-friendly digital app.
I have ordered items, waited for delivery , and later found that it’s out of stock. I don’t think an additional fee should ever be charged, on top of your advertised price, to fulfill an order!!!!!! Why don’t you simply, increase the sales price?
Am disappointed to see many $3.00 “processing fees” being added onto sale merchandise. Originally these were for items discounted over 50% but now are being added even if the discount is less than 50%. I noticed a few items where the sale price plus the processing fee exceeded the original price! I wish Von Maur would waive the processing fees if one were to purchase a certain amount of goods such as $35 or $50. It would be a win-win: Von Maur would sell more and the customer would avoid these irritating add-on fees.

New to Iowa, I had no clue what von Maur meant. I was used to Macy’s, Bloomingdales and the like. When I finally opened the door, my jaw dropped. It was every bit as diverse, highly selective as the top Chicago department stores—— PLUS a piano! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I now start at von Maur first!
Indeed Von Maur is my best and go to store for ALL my clothes shopping needs. The store located in Livonia MI has brought me much satisfaction and it is a pleasure to shop there. Von Mauer carries an excellent variety of plus size clothing from swimsuits to winter jackets. Prices can be steep but there are always sales racks with good deals. Check out their other departments for children, shoes, jewelry, decorations and they do have a large men’s department. Sales personnel are always so helpful in all departments.
I absolutely love the Von Maur app. It is so easy to shop on the app; it is easy to find what you are looking for. The only thing I am unsure I truly like is how selecting items for a wrapped package. I often get stuck on this step. Thank you!
For over a year I have tried to log in and continue to receive the message my password is wrong. It’s the same password that works to login on my laptop. I have even gone above and beyond as to change the password several times and try to login in the app afterwards (anywhere between a few minutes to several days later), only to receive the same wrong password prompt.
I use this app all the time to order shoes and clothes and personal accessories as well as cologne and perfume. The site is easy to navigate and I can pay my bill here too in just a click or two.

Suggest having Face ID to open instead of adding password every time. Update: The app actually has this feature!! I just didn’t find it when I first looked. Great app!!
We do all of our shopping at Von Maur now. Great products and FANTASTIC customer service. What all stores should be like. Or perhaps USED to be like. We’ve now visited 3 VonMaur stores and we think that they’re all great.

The app does not allow me to login with my login information however I’m able to log in to the desktop site. Makes no sense, they are the same. Also, the app tells you to call a number to update login info…. Very outdated.
I can’t bring up my month statement on the mobile app. Also, it’s just not user friendly-have to do too much searching to find simple information and then still unsuccessful.
