Helps To Keep Me Updated on my Score

There are no changes to the review I previously wrote(see below). I’m looking forward to how the app communicates the change to the FICO scoring model impacts an individual. Hopefully they are prepared because scores may decrease for some and increase for others. Regardless, I anticipate this app to continue with its stellar performance. I love this app! I cannot speak to the accuracy of the score when it comes to how different lenders will grade you, but at the very least you get an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. For me, I have been battling to get my credit utilization under control, which I would have not thought about until using this app. The report analysis gives you enough corrective suggestion, if you receive a low grade, to develop a plan to course correct your credit behaviors. Not to mention there are alerts that describe when items added, or removed, as well as, credit limit changes. This is better than checking your credit report annually, which is still something you want to obtain so you can see your payment history and other pertinent data related to your credit file. Again, I love this app!!!!

Why I Appreciate WalletHub!

I feel what WalletHub does is provide a real world interpretation of what is happening with my credit. Unfortunately, their assessments are limited by what the three main bureaus provide. Those scores are not necessarily up to date. And because of that, what you see is not an absolute representation of where you actually are. In other words, it’s a glorified guess! Armed with that understanding, I believe WalletHub considers that and give a score that best represents where you are. When I learned that the three bureaus are actually owned by the companies that grant you credit... What’s wrong with that picture? It allows them to charge interest rates that are governed by your credit score, by the very bureaus they own. I don’t know who owns WalletHub, but hats off to them. I appreciate what they do! I love how they show me how I compare with others in my age and income groups. That alone helps you to appreciate that whatever steps you are taking to improve your credit, gives you a sense of where you are. I only wish they would grab another bureau or two to add to those score comparisons. Otherwise, bravo! I gave them 4 stars because their scoring is tied to forces beyond their ability to control. Once they become a principal bureau, and control their ability to score based upon their ideology...I will give them 5 stars!!!

Best Company Ever!

I am a subscriber to every single credit reporting agency. Have been for years. I’m a stickler about my excellent credit and like to stay on top of it. I have NEVER had a late payment. So....one day I get a notification from Wallet Hub. It says it notices I have a credit card that is missing a monthly payment. I was like hmmmm...I don’t think so, but I clicked the provided link and it told me exactly which credit card. Upon my investigation I did in fact forget to make my payment. I immediately called my credit card company and told them I guess doe to the hectic holidays I just overlooked it. They reversed the late fee and said they understood and the important thing is that it was only a day or two late. Important!: did any of the other credit reporting apps bring this to my attention? NO! Which in all honesty is something I didn’t expect. This situation could have turned out a lot worse if it was not for Wallet Hub swiftly bringing this oversight to my attention. Talk about an amazing feature???!!!! Love it!!!! Thanks guys for making Wallet Hub the absolute best at monitoring credit!!!!! 😃🙌🏻👍🏻

Provides a needed service

I love this app as I feel behind on some of my bills during Covid and things spiral from there. Ended up having to use a credit card to pay for my monthly bills .. wasn’t long before I missed a few payments and was late on some others .. This app brings all that pertinent information to one place where it is organized and easy to navigate .. I really like the feature that tells you how your score will be affected if I do certain things with any of my accounts .. I knew that closing a credit card after paying it off reflects negatively on my credit.. but I didn’t know how significant and I didn’t know the impact of a refinance as sometimes I forget to calculate in the change in interest rates in some of my loans .. the app does all the heavy lifting and these days anything that takes some of the burden and stress off of me I’m all about .. my credit has gone up 25 points in the last two months since I began using this app

I never cared about my credit

Now that I’m older and times are changing I started to think about my credit. I mean before I just paid for everything with cash. If I couldn’t afford it with cash then I didn’t need it or I would save up. Now you can’t get anywhere or anything without good credit. So instead of paying someone to help me fix my credit I downloaded this app and I promise if you just do what the app asks of you, you will fix your credit. Example, someone had activated a credit card in my name years ago and all I had to do was push a button and a couple weeks later it was removed from my records. How awesome! Now I’m proud of my credit score I’ll let you in on a little secret, this app is a little addicting. Once you pass one step your ready to take Next step and then the next. Download the app it will change your life. We all deserve a little help and a better life and this is all the help you’ll need.

Best App

I discovered this app some time last year I believe, perhaps the year before. I like this app because it updates changes that are reported daily instead of weekly. It helps me to be more proactive about my credit habits. While using this app and the credit simulator, I’ve been able to grow my score from low 600s to a couple points away from 800 in less than 2 years. The accuracy is amazing. I use the simulator several times throughout the month before making any decision regarding my credit. So far so good. I’ve never been more confident in my decisions regarding finances. It’s absolutely wonderful. Daily refreshes, credit simulator, credit alerts, savings monitor and suggestions ****Suggestion for the developers: I didn’t realize there was a limit on how many times you could use the simulator per month until today. This is for security reasons. And I understand that. But I’d like to be able to use it an unlimited amount of times even if it means I have to pay for that ability. Additionally if you could make it so I could use the simulator to see how multiple changes simultaneously to multiple accounts would affect my score, I’d appreciate that as well. Would also be willing to pay for this feature if necessary. Thanks Devs!! You’ve truly helped my confidence level grow and help me be a better spouse, parent and overall person who it comes to my financial life. Which entail has led to a happier me.

WalletHub is a very good credit tool. I am able to see ways to follow and damage control issues

During this last few years I have been struggling to keep up. I raised a child myself. I’m in a cheap apartment , I watch my spending. I take care of bills first . On Disability I just can’t meet my expenditures . I worked hard my whole life and ended up disabled at 54. My employers kept me at $12-13 per hour but I enjoyed my work so I didn’t leave it. I have never been able to keep ahead of my credit. Been close a few times to getting above the home owner line. Never gotten there. Im not getting help from family. Friends have helped They can’t anymore. Though I am still below the line. WalletHub has been helping me to raise my score. They have my back and give me tools and info to contain bad issues and they and have FREE ACCESS to basic service. I really appreciate this app.

I’ve been using WalletHub for a few years and if you need a free app that will keep you on track of your budget and credit this app is worth trying out. I’ve found it extremely helpful to keep me honest and accountable when it come to budgeting! It’s great for those of us who have no clue where to get started on improving our financial health! Check out the knowledge base between this app and a few others I took my credit from laughable to excellent in 7moths! Honestly if take the time to make a plan and have the discipline to stick to it there’s no way you can fail!! It may seem impossible until you start seeing the results!!! Start small every small win will add up to a huge win! It may sound corny buts it’s completely changed my life i such a short time!! It’s free so honestly you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!

Wallet Hub is the best!

Absolutely the best App for credit monitoring and it is absolutely free and they have never asked me to pay or subscribe to anything! And because of the credit score simulator and daily score updates I have been able to monitor what affects an action has on my credit report from getting a credit card or loan to paying off certain types of debt and have been able to raise my credit score from 612 to 730 in about 9 months. I have credit sesame and credit karma and Wallet Hub is always the first to alert me when there is a change and always has my latest score update before the other 2 without all the nagging ads be relentless emails wanting me to subscribe or start a checking account! Not to mention credit karma is always pushing the worst possible companies! Thanks WalletHub for being so laid back and and consistent

having credit is nice

I got a new car a few years ago and had a really hard time getting approved. I had ZERO credit, I had been paying cash for everything for several years. A car is a big investment though and I didn’t have enough to pay all cash. I even put down 5000 dollars and carmax still had a hard time finding a bank to loan me the money. The other day I wanted to check my credit score and after giving several sites they wanted me to pay money for their services. I thought that was real nice to let me know after I gave them all my information. I found wallethub and they didn’t charge me and after exploring their site this really looks great. They really seem to care about my well being. They can set me up for budgets and future stuff. I haven’t had it very long, but really like what I see. thanks

Free Credit Improvement Accountability

I Love this app! It’s free, accurate credit updates (I’ve compared with other sites) and they basically offer you free accountability with the “incentive awards” when ever your credit score improves. They also have tools to apply for new cards within the app and even have recommendation based on current scores and likeliness of approval, lastly there is a toolset that you can lay around with to determine your future credit score based on factors like if you have a late payment, if you pay something off completely, if you apply for a new card etc. I almost paid my car off early until WalletHub showed me my credit score would go down initially. They also proved credit score decreases and explain why. I definitely recommend to everyone wanting to track their credit score!

This is one of the best, free, credit reporting apps that provides you with many ways to improve your credit and also provides both concise and informative in-depth ways to improve all credit situations. The creator of this app provides consumers all the information free of charge. This shows that they aren’t out for the money; they are showing they actually care about people and their financial well-being. That’s what humanity is all about and should always be. The daily updated credit score is more than what any other credit reporting app has done for consumers. A BIG thank you is not enough to show my gratitude towards this company. I do believe there should be an option for a donation if people want to show their support towards this app if they are able to. I know I would. K. Wright

Excellent app for managing finances

When a bad situation 2 years ago resulted in my bank closing my accounts and my near perfect credit score plummeted, I decided to give one of these free credit apps a try. I chose Wallethub because of its reviews and I’m extremely pleased with that decision. The initial registration info I needed to provide was very basic and noninvasive, and as a young 20s individual who had just taken loans out for school it has been such a resource for me. The layout of the app is simple and clean, and overall it really helped me see all of my debts wholly and gave me a better picture of my finances. I love the fact that I get my credit score updated monthly and the tools they offer for discovering new card options that apply to my situation. 5/5 stars - thank you guys for helping me rebuild my credit with less stress!

Don’t upgrade if possible. Will lock you out!!!

Just switched to a new iPhone XS Plus 3 weeks ago, and ported all my apps over. When it comes to “credit scores” this is my 4th preferred app that I use. (There are 3 better, more accurate ones available). That said, I noticed 4 “notifications” on the app today and tried to login with Apples EyeScan thingy (which has always worked) but got a notice from the app saying “please standby why we update your software”. Took about a minute and asked me to log back in with either the optical scan or my 4 digit pin. When I used the eye scan it just hangs there. NOTHING!!! So then hit “logout” and tried my 4 digit pin to login that way. It says my PIN number is incorrect?!? BS!!! So I don’t know how you stop it from “auto updating” but if you do you’ll probably get locked out now (OCT 3, 2018) No idea what to do - but not gonna sweat it for as already said it’s my least used credit scoring app. I may try to delete and reinstall later but will watch here and see if the developer offers any solutions. Good luck. You’ll need it.

Best Credit monitoring app out there

I’ve been working on improving my credit for a couple of years now. I’ve used several other credit apps out. there. This app surpasses all of them. It’s user-friendly and up-to-date credit monitoring features not only educate you on improving your credit, it also supplies you with opportunity to contact the agencies (and leave a review) that has placed a collection on your account through the app. This is unlike any other I’ve yet to use. Its features allow you to better understand how to dispute collections with several provisions and guidance to help navigate any questions you might have. Love this app!!

I’ve been using WalletHub for a while now and one thing I do like about it is that you get a email when negative information has been removed from your credit lol. Very detailed app. You can see pretty much anything you need to on it from what’s on your credit, their contact information, what your credit score would do if you paid it or disputed it. You can apply for certain credit cards that you’re more likely to get approved for so it can help your credit. Plus a lot more. Also, it doesn’t hurt your credit or go against your credit when you check it through this app! I definitely recommend WalletHub. I’ve recommended it to quite a few ppl and they’ve enjoyed it as well. :) thanks WalletHub.

Rebuilding again and again

With the help of Wallethub, I was able to improve my credit. Then, an unforeseen life event caused me to make some very poor decisions and I wound up with a repossession, 3 cell phone companies, a credit card, and then slapped with fraudulent check charges that ended up on my credit report. Did some time over that too. Don’t play with checks kids! I’ve been outta county for 6 months, still payin restitution, court costs, and public defender fees... However, with the help of Wallethub, I’ve been able to raise my score well over 50 points, pay off my personal loan, settle 2 of my cell phone providers that used to be in collections. Thanks to wallethub, I was able to walk into Wells Fargo and open a real bank account and put the prepaid account to rest once and for all!

WalletHub review

I have used this app for over a year. It is an excellent tool I use to monitor my credit and keep track of anomalies that would alert me to fraudulent activity. This app also serves as a reminder to be mindful of my credit score and debt to income ratios. I also read the advice sections for tips on improving my score and keeping track of my budgeting issues. Finally, this app is terrific for making me aware of credit cards that may offer better rates and customer deals. I teach fraud prevention to senior citizens, and I highly recommend this app to them during my classes. I highly recommend this app to friends, family, and coworkers who are seeking for apps to assist them with all of the things I mentioned above.

Great free ap! You can actually use this to help keep track of your score it also helps to understand what credit cards , loans etc that can help improve your score ! Great app and it's free.

I'm surprised this has remained a free app. If you need help with raising your credit score this is great, I was surprised how much they do for FREE. The recommendations on what to do to start improving your score. Most people have no idea where to start, so they do nothing. This will put your credit score, things your doing wrong, and even lets you know when your getting close to a due payment! And if you want to buy a car a house or a horse, it will show you what the payment will do to your score. And much more. And of course you can see your credit score anytime. Oh, they will also alert you when there is a better rate credit card, your chances of being approved and how it will effect your score if you apply. Can't say enough.

Incessant notifications to purcase premium ruin an otherwise great app

This used to be the best credit monitoring app after CK started going downhill once they were bought out. Helpful recommendations, daily monitoring, and best of all, the ability to see your entire credit score history on a graph were great features. Unfortunately, they've started offering their own premium services and you cannot simply opt out permanently. I've now been getting several push notifications per week asking me to upgrade, and there's no way to disable just those push notifications, it's either all or nothing. So I guess this app will be uninstalled and I can use the website when needed.

The Scoreboard to Your Credit Life

This was a happy accident of a download for me. I was reading an article about Stressful U.S. States and noticed it was from WalletHub. Although I had heard of WalletHub before I didn’t put the two together as a research source. So I went to the App Store to find out about the App. After reading through all the information on the App Store site, I decided to add it to my iPad. Great information and timely. Credit report AND credit score together in the same app. UPDATE: The credit scores available are great feedback, and although I may not be the greatest fan of credit bureaus (the amount of data they handle is scary-crazy) this app makes it all approachable and understandable.

The ONLY truly FREE Credit App!! 💯

I’ve been using this credit app for a few years now and it has been a GAME CHANGER! I had horrible credit, my score was barely at 460 and WalletHub helped me raise it to 597 and counting just 2 years later! I was also able to get my very first credit card from Capital One! 😍 There’s so much education in the app that teaches you how to negotiate with debt collectors to find a monthly payment option that works best with your budget! These small monthly payments help build your credit quickly and efficiently. It also allows you to rename each debt account which is super helpful so that way you can identify them faster. I will never use any other credit app because this one truly has EVERYTHING!

Excellent

I love WalletHub. I get an update for any changes to my credit along with suggestions and credit offers that can help me improve my credit. I also absolutely love the feature that shows me what impact an action, such as closing a line of credit, will have on my overall score. This is the best way, in my opinion, to improve your credit score and really understand how credit impacts your purchasing power. WalletHub also shows me HOW my credit can be improved and it’s a fun interactive app that awards good credit decisions. When they show credit offers, they also let you know what the odds are that you will be approved.

Very Helpful App ….

Ever since I started going to Wallet Hub online & following the advice they offered, my credit score has risen more than 80 points in about a year I would say. From having Poor to Fair credit, plus I’ve taken off nearly all bad & incorrect debt completely off my report. I had been trying for a few years through other sites & apps like Nerd Wallet & Kredit Karma. But, my credit score did ever really doanything positive at all. Not sure what Wallet Hub knows that the others don’t, but they really do know what they’re talking about in my book. Definitely should check it out if you need accurate credit advice💲💲

Lifesaver

I’m not the most vigilant when it comes to finances. If I’m honest, I’m outright irresponsible when it comes to money. I rarely check my bank account (as it’s generally just a diary of poor decisions and food) so you can only imagine how much attention I give to my credit. It’s shameful really. But thank God for wallethub sending me a notification this morning about a suspicious inquiry on my report, literally within minutes of it being filed. I was able to be proactive and remedy what ended up being fraudulent activity before it could spiral out of control. I’ve never felt like such an adult 🤗Responsibility isn’t as bad when it’s automated.

Great app, but PLEASE let us copy and paste into the password field :(

EDIT: it looks like you CAN paste in the fields. The *double-tap* to paste or bring up the context menu does not work, but *tap and hold* does. So partially user error! Not sure why you can’t double-tap like you can in other iOS text fields though. I use a password manager, so my WalletHub password is 32 randomly-generated characters that I don’t have memorized. WalletHub intermittently logs me out, and I know this is gonna sound lazy, but I reaaaaaally don’t want to switch back and forth between LastPass and WalletHub 15 times trying to keep my place in the typing of a password that can’t even be pronounced. I’ve literally stopped using this product because I have a plethora of financial and credit management apps and this is the only one that I currently have to spend a minute and a half logging in to. If you could enable copy and pasting into the password field, that would be awesome and bring the app back up to 5 stars for me. If you wanted to go above and beyond and bake support for password managers right into the app, I’d be ecstatic. Great app otherwise, this is just super annoying.

Great. To a point.

I use wallet hub to stay informed on my credit report. I always know any changes and I have learned a LOT about how my credit score works. However, when u use the WH predictive model to see how changes will affect your credit score this site is inaccurate. Example, when you pay off high balances on your credit cards, your credit score always gets a huge increase. But if i ask the WH predictive what happens if I pay a card off, it says not much will be affected. It’s just not accurate. So I go to chase or cap one credit report to learn how changes will accurately affect my credit score. Other than that, it’s a great way to keep informed on my score.

Easy & insightful

I’ve just started to use WalletHub & I’m impressed. I started paying down my debt using a version of the snowball method & I’m already making progress. Due to advice from WalletHub, I’m thinking of revising my payoff plan. One suggestion for developers: please make the suggested debt payoff plans available to export to spreadsheets or available for copy & paste so we can map out our progress and plan for the future! I understand that this “flaw” may be intentional to get us to use the app consistently, but I’m a planner & I’d like to see the whole thing laid out in front of me! The app is great & it’s already my new favorite credit monitoring service.

What an awesome app to have!

This certainly beats Credit Karma hands down... especially as their credit scores aren’t really accurate if one goes to their credit union or bank to check on applying for a loan; it’s laughable to see the response when you say “Credit Karma said...” The *other* site is certainly okay as a launching point to help you start to realize where your faults may be, but it seems to be a major pusher of multiple credit card and retailer sites as credit builder options... and I imagine people who have poor impulse control just get into trouble if they’re able to obtain these cards or accounts. WalletHub does NOT. It is a SERIOUS site that focuses on your credit and how to stay within good spending and saving... and the *other* doesn’t. WalletHub sends daily updates and options. Maybe a singular credit card if you don’t have one. I wholly recommend this over the *other* one as I see improvements and I’m not urged to apply for multiple things I just don’t need.

Accurate & Free

I have tried all the credit bureaus and other credit score sites and WalletHub is by far most reliable source I have found. They give you expert advice that isn’t way out of date and better ways & opportunities to save, invest and save money and how to build scores to satisfactory scores! I’ve had ALL my family & friends try and compare to apps/sites they use. They all use WalletHub and a few folks still using another source to research and compare, still say not seeing any major difference in the information on the other one’s of choice.

Credit score

I'm a 58 year old disabled man with a cognitive brain injury I suffered 10 years ago I think I have around 10 small credit cards because I just can't seem to get a credit card with a limit of over $2000. I'm working very hard trying to pay my bills down, but my only source of income is SSDI, so hopefully something good will happen soon because I'll be moving into disabled housing. The family home is being sold and I'll be able to pay off all my credit cards that are worth in total about $7000 and my income is 30,000.

Credit Report App Worth Trying!

Initially, I thought the concept of free daily credit report update was too good to be true. So I put WalletHub to the test: I was expecting an update to my credit report, it hadn’t shown on the popular credit report apps. My patience ran out. I was hoping to find a new app that would include the credit report update I was anticipating and then I landed myself this app. To satisfy my curiosity, I opened my WalletHub app on the second day of using it just to see if it would update should there be one, to verify the “free-daily-update” claim. I was more than happy to confirm that claim. WalletHub is simply outstanding!

Very accurate with information Too liberal with the scores

Every financial institutions I deal with report the balance and payments immediately and WalletHub doesn’t miss a beat reporting back to me. However the scores it reports to me are miles away from the actual truth if they are predictions of what your score may be down the road if i keep on my current path well stop it WalletHub because predictions will change as soon as I make the next payment. Realistic scores would benefit to provide a confidence when my credit is actually pulled matching the wonderful scores WalletHub has advising me my scores were the entire time.

My wallet hub experience

I’m not your average Joe. I’ve been living abroad and returned to find my credit destroyed and I had to go for a new beginning. It’s taken 2 years to get back to 749 and I will achieve 800 in another year. Wallet Hub is easy to use and accurate. I especially like that it’s free. Now my mailbox is full of offers and they are getting better and better. You see all these ads for credit repair but in the end it’s just paying on time and not over utilizing your credit lines. I’m happy to give this review because it will help others.

Highly Recommend

I love WalletHub- my favorite part is the credit simulator- it shows you where your credit score will be if you pay off your card(s), make a minimum monthly payment, miss a payment or default on card(s)…it’s amazingly accurate!! WalletHub also recommends different cards & loans that fit your credit profile!! I check my WalletHub account often- there are so many more resources offered- too many to name! Just check it out, you’ll be glad you did!! Watch your credit score rise with WalletHub!

Amazing app. I have learned a lot of things that I never knew about how to improve my credit score... Not only do they have great resources to help you with improving your credit score, they also advise you about other financial issues or potential problems that could arise... they even have a section that points you to the best suitable credit card for you... It does so many great things...I have referred it to several people as well... Thanks for putting together this great app...

Kinda over the extensive emails

I receive 4 or more emails daily telling me something important changed on my credit and when I open it up it’s the same 2 names either being added or removed from my credit. The names are mine, they’ve never been changed or removed, and I feel like these emails are trying to just bring me into the app to look around because I stay on top of my credit. I’m ready to just use a different app because I still want to be informed when an actual change has been made so I can’t block these pointless emails. If this wasn’t the case it would be a much greater of an app

Fix your engagement strategy

I don’t typically write reviews but as someone who has worked in financial services I deeply empathize with the stress of managing credit. The email alerts with red exclamation points for minimal changes to your profile need to be addressed. This is pure engagement strategy around something already distressful. I recently got one that said “my score has dropped and you have dropped a credit level.” I checked…. My score went up this month and my utilization went up slightly. Please fix this. Other than this feature the app is extremely useful and similar to many other credit monitoring tools.

I’m new to using this app I have been using this website for a while (didn’t know they had an app silly me). However so far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. They’re quick with credit alerts and keeping my on top of my stuff. So far the recommendations are good too. I just got approved for a card with Capital One, as I’ve been working super hard on my credit. Either way I’m happy and look forward to using this app more and will recommend it to friends/family.

Necessary Utility

For anyone attempting to rebuild/restore their credit (or just interested in monitoring the activity on current credit card), WalletHub is a vital tool. It updates daily (although your score only moves one way or another when the bureaus report around mid-month), monitors current accounts for potential fraud, makes suggestions for the best credit cards you can apply for to build your score the fastest, and provides current and accurate contact information for any inquiries or derogatory items that might report. It's been very helpful.

ESSENTIAL APP! LOVE IT!

I am obsessed with my credit score. I check it all the time. I have downloaded a bunch of credit apps. But Wallet Hub is always the first to report. My credit score went up a week and a half ago. I know because Wallet Hub showed me. Every other app updated today. Its too late. Useless information after the fact. Easy to use app. Explains all parts of your credit. Im sure i have some criticism of it but at the moment i cant think of them. If you are looking for a app where you can check your credit often, look no further. THIS IS IT! DOWNLOAD IT NOOOOWWWWWWWW!

Accurate information

I have been keeping track of my credit score since I started working and I know how important it is to know if someone is using your information so keeping track is super important to me. I used to pay a company $15 every month until I discover walletHub. I love them, not only do I also get notifications if something is going on but it’s free!!! I am so glad that they are around. I told everyone I know and now I cancel my membership with the other carrier. Thank you!🙂

By far the best app for rebuilding your credit.!!

Suffering from an ex with bad credit who also took down mine and also a bad divorce, I turned to wallet hub to help me restore my credit. My original score was mid 700’s and was in June 2018 a low 500’s, WalletHub put me on the fast track to credit restoration and it’s working. In 8 months I’m nearing a 700 Credit score and All I can say that this works. The best app I’ve found for getting your credit back on track. Do what they suggest and watch it work for you. The best credit app! Highly recommended!!

I love this app. My credit has went up 130 points since getting wallet hub. It is so easy to use. It makes normal people be able to understand what things you are doing that hurt or help your credit. You can see if anyone runs your credit the second they do it I get notified. My fiancé also uses this app and we both are finally able to get a house. A year ago I would have never thought that was possible!

Don’t bother using it if you are in oversea!

I was on long business trip in another country that doesn’t allow access to the app. I contacted WalletHub as soon as I found out my IP was blocked. The funny thing was that they told me to rest assure my credit report would still be monitored and I would be informed by email for anything change. I did receive another alert during my stay in oversea that my credit report has been changed. Without able to access the details of the change, how could I take appropriate action? I would suggest you talk to your bank. They usually have similar online tools that perform similar things. And most financial institutions won’t block oversea access. This app is just a joke!

A better Karma

Compared to others this makes you feel more involved in your score, and it doesn't comment in ways that might come off insulting or otherwise put you down like Expiration or Fido. I was surprised to see and quite like how they consider the rewards and cash back on cards when trying to set up a payoff schedule along with the APR, I've only had a few days experience with it but already rate this higher than what competition I've tried.

wallethub is great!

i've tried to use several other credit score apps. however, wallethub has to be the most user friendly out of the genre. i can easily type in my PIN (instead of long username/pw process most use) and within seconds i can view my credit score, other data, credit card offers ranked by approval rating and much more! i'd highly recommend this app for anyone (beginner or vet) that wants to monitor their credit quickly and safely.

Best finance app out there

Wallet Hub has been amazing and kept me on track to pay off debt and keep it within my limits. They are on top of everything that has to do with my credit. A bank ran my credit and within seconds they notified me. While I sat in a car sales showroom, the finance manager left to run my credit and within minutes of him walking away, Wallet Hub sent me an e mail that they had ran my credit.
