I do not care for this new app/system at all - pretty much every time I’ve needed to get in, I’ve gotten locked out or something happens where I have to wait till next business day to get in - it wasn’t broke, should’ve left it alone - also the e-statement is extremely hard to see/read with such small dark print & you can’t get the whole page onto a screen shot, it just comes out so blurry, totally illegible 🤨🤷‍♀️

First off, what kind of banking app only shows you the last two transactions in your mortgage account?? And doesn’t actually even show the main monthly payments at all, but just the last two principle-only extra payments? That’s if it allows you log in at all (btw if it doesn’t, double-home, swipe it away, try again). I have accounts at multiple banks (thus multiple apps), and this is the least useful, least informative, and most buggy app among them, by far. Try to look at your last statement through the app. Go ahead; I’ll wait. And wait. Sometimes the only thing that works are the ads for other Weokie loan products. Which by the way are quite ubiquitous and take an absurd amount of screen space, not even counting the billboards they stick between your transactions when viewing account history. This even happens in the aforementioned two-item, regular-payments-not-included, mortgage history. I mean, you kind of need the app because even it is marginally better than the extremely similar mobile website (usually but not always; sometimes it’s the other way round). Probably this thing was outsourced to a slick consultant, who made a great pitch to the decision-makers using all the right buzzwords and had a really cool slide deck, but turned out that the pitch was all they had that was great. Love Weokie. Great CU, great rates, great people. Lousy app. Just a lousy, lousy app.

This app is just a huge problem all around. It takes me several times of trying to log in just to stay logged into the app long enough to check my balance. I also have Face ID set up and that only works to get you logged in for a split second then logs you right back out once it tells you there are no accounts to display. It’s really annoying because my credit card through weokie is connected to the app as well and sometimes I want to make a payment without issues. Bottom line, it will keep kicking you out prematurely. You’re better off using the weokie website over the app to be honest. I love weokie as a credit union overall but I do NOT love this app. It needs some work or bug fixes. Something.

The new look and speed of the app has been a delight. I enjoy seeing all the new bells and whistles. However, I am extremely disappointed in the change to viewing transaction details. I think it is worth two stars to be informative and helpful on what/who my money is going to. If I have suspicious activity I can’t even tell because there aren’t ANY details to see. Why do I have to make an inquiry over a $3 transaction? It is infuriating. I want to know if I went to Taco Bell or if someone else did with my money. This app used to be a bit clunky but it still deserved at least 4 stars compared to this new update. Please change the level of information people can see on their own transactions.

Getting into account online has become very difficult as at least half of the time I try, it tells me something went wrong. I have even locked myself out several times and usually on the weekends. This all started several months ago. Not sure what has changed but I am not pleased

This app just loves to lock people out doesn’t it? Not a good characteristic for an app used by a bank or credit union. I just love trying to handle my finances and all of a sudden there is an error every time I login with the user name and password I haven’t changed. Weokie, fix this aspect of the user experience on you app. Its literally the first things customers need to do. If it continues to give customers fits and they can’t access their account, why should they stay with Weokie?

So within the app there’s no way to report any bugs directly to Weokie so you have to end up going back to the App Store and reporting them there by leaving a review The app is buggy when going from just the basic accounts tab to the transfer tab. If you click one and then the other and then back to the account it hangs and stalls to the point you have to close the app and re-open and re-login again, just to see the result of your transfer in your accounts page.

I’ve had this app for years and not once has Face ID worked. I’d assume a bank would ensure the safest login features were enabled. Not sure why Face ID is offered on the app, as most reviews here say it doesn’t work. Good luck if you want to see any reports or history, because you won’t find it. The statements button takes you out of the app, and mine has never had any statements or tax documents available. In summary, it’s just a very disappointing, somewhat unsecure app.

The answers to the security questions only allow one work answers. It should allow you to type your own questions, as the questions are ignorant. My music teacher’s name was Wall, the answers must be five characters. Her name was WALL!!! How can I make a persons name more than it is!! STUPID!!!!

This app is probably the most difficult and frustrating app I have used! Every time I try to open, a window appears that tells me it can not verify my credentials. After changing my password and finally able to log in, when trying to deposit a check, I get logged out and told my session has expired. Back to square 1! After talking to a supervisor at a location, I was told to try it again and if it does not work, I will have to come in to the location to make the deposit. Frustrating!

The new upgrade is going to be great! The new app is lagging a bit. But not far off! Needs a few things: Ach payments and transfers just show as a withdraw with no description as to what the payment was for or whom it was to. Would be very nice to be able to reorganize the accounts to your preferred order for viewing purposes. I miss being able to see balance and actual available (due to auth holds) The app doesn't get very detailed into transaction as before. I know the website is far better for visibility but the old app was better than the new app in this area. I travel ALOT. And rely on the app vs being able to access a computer. I realize I may be a minority however these “fixes” could make a good product GREAT!

I’m getting used to the Weokie app since the update. It’s a lot harder to login because of the security features. Which is a good thing. I gave 5 stars just because I’ve been a member since 1978. When I get used to all the changes I’ll be alright.

The ad window is so large that I can’t easily complete functions. Loan transactions I made over the last few months with a written check or not visible

I spent three hours off and on trying to get into my account on the first day. Then second day, someone tried to help me and I still couldn’t log on. Third day I went to WEOKIE and I was there for 45 minutes because no one could figure out how to unblock me. Finally it was unblocked and I couldn’t change my user I d back to what it was. Finally I had to have the computer decide what my user ID would be. If another update happens in the future, WEOKIE needs to be prepared to help people who are not able to log on. I give this update an “F”!!!

App is easy to navigate and makes it a snap to manage your accounts from your smart device.

While the app supports newer iPhones the screen itself does not stretch all the way down for iPhone models such as the iPhone X, IPhone 12, and iPhone 13. It would look a lot better if it did. Other than that it’s a great app so far!

This is ridiculously awful. The app crashes every other login. You cannot see past transgressions. Logging in is a ordeal, it seems that the app does not respond well to the typing. The app is incredibly restrictive, slow, and full of glitches. The app is worse than the previous one, and that is saying something. I do not know why I still am using this bank at all.

I have had this app for a very long time. It had its flaws always locking me out which was so annoying but now I can’t even do a mobile deposit or change anything on my account without it saying “your session has expired”!!!! It can be 12 to maybe 20 seconds max amount of time passing and nope the session has once again EXPIRED!!!!! Fix your APP!!!!!

I love this app & the ease of being able to transfer money to different accounts on my phone.

This update to WEOKIE online banking is the worst possible thing you could have done. I can rarely get access and when I do the app is so slow I don’t always have time to get everything done in one trip. I hate this and wish you would go back to the old app or just access through a web browser. This is pathetic.

Weokie app for IPads : Can not rotate the payments page to see payment transactions. I made the report couple months ago but ???. I called but nothing happened. When I open weokie website login to my home branch is working fine but go to payment it said cookies blocking but it not. I checked in my settings didn’t block cookies. iPhone weokie app is working perfect but it so limit views. Tien Pham Member science 1975.

This recent upgrade of the credit unions technology is superb. The Mobile Banking is very easy to navigate. A much improved app.

I want you to know first of all how much skipping a payment helps at Christmas. It means so much to me. I love this place.

The old app was horrible so I appreciate the upgrade however I do not like the fact that I have to type in my member ID every time I login, it’s just extra work!

The latest update seems to have broken authentication. Support reported their systems down and have been unable to reset passwords or unlock accounts. I would suggest not cutting over to a new version without the proper infrastructure to support the fires that come with new software updates.

Not really liking the new changes yet.... still tying to learn all the new stuff!!

WEOKIE’s mobile app is super convenient and so user friendly, even for older folks like me! :) It’s been a life saver for weekend financial emergencies. WEOKIE mobile app is the BEST!!!

This new update is trash and makes you reset your password. It pops up error after error when trying to log in.

I love that I can do transfers from my home.

I feel with the app we should be able to pay whatever amount to the loan payment.

Once logged in the app is fine. The biometric sign in needs to be fixed for a higher rating.

Very unhappy with this app. Barely works, have to restart it constantly. When it works properly it’s convenient though.

I am really happy with Weokie credit Union. I am definitely not happy with the app. The mobile deposit feature works maybe 1/4 of the time.

Session expires after 2 minutes every time even when I’m in the middle of doing something like a deposit…

Doesn’t let me re make a new password

I am constantly having to type in my account number AND password. Why can’t the app remember me?

I rated WEOKIE a 2 but to I have to put in my ID # every time I check my balance, transfer funds. It very time consuming Please work on saving the ID like it was before the update.

Every time the app updates I have to get a confirmation text to verify my identity. Please make an update without having to re-identify myself all over again.

They make it impossible to find out what your user login is
