I have always been a “go to the Credit Union” to take care of my business. I was shown the convenience of doing certain transactions electronically. Now I don’t have to make a trip to pay on my various accounts. I can do them “from the convenience of my home.” I still like going to the Credit Union, because I like to see friends who are there. If you haven’t tried it out, you should. It’s great.
Recent problem with, internally lost, lost check along with online software change for account information has jeopardized my 35+ years with this old friend of a business. I recently recommended to my son that he switch credit unions from West Community and I will be following him. The software change apparently requires the user to hit the “see more” button for each new 7 or 8 transactions on past activity . During a year end summary for tax purposes, this took me almost 175 hits of that button. Calls for assistance to make process easier went unfulfilled. There may be a short cut but I never learned of it. The arduous 175 clicks was the”easiest” method. Unless you lose customers, apparently no change to this will be made. I will be one of those and these are my comments. I hate this since I have been promoting you and rooting for you so long (I even fixed your huge clock in Kirkwood at one point) and MAY have made an initial recommendation to consider taking over the Kirkwood government credit union since I lived in Kirkwood. Could have just been a coincidence. I did bring the entire Gramex employee group to West Communion around 1990 (Grandpa Pidgeons, Forsythe Computers, Omni Sports and parent Gramex. This is just sad. I love the app and it’s easy to maneuver layout. But lately I have noticed (not every time I use it) the app freezing mostly when I transfer money from savings to checking, for example. It’s annoying to have to close the app and restart what I had just started. This would be a bug I would be very happy to get rid of.
This app has been my go to since day one! Now it won’t load at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Still nothing but a white screen. Which times out after a few minutes.
I like the layout, and it’s easy to navigate, but something’s wrong with the app. I moved money from my computer yesterday, then I tried to move money on the app and it just keeps telling me there’s a problem. No problems on my laptop
I need to get to my app to manage my business account, but cannot download the new “updated version”. Now I have to take four steps when simple fingerprint recognition worked a few days ago. PLEASE FIX THIS OR REMOVE THE UPDATE REQUIREMENT! Sux6401
We are disappointed that the app/site does not allow scheduled payments directly anymore. Prior to the system update this feature worked where all our payments could be set as reoccurring.
I took a trip 2 months ago in Hawaii someone there scammed me and I bought something for $83 dollars but the next day on my account was $880 I cried cal WC they gave me my money back. Thank so much
My father’s bank account with this institution was serially numbered below customer # 250. Various members of my family have banked here since MOVFCU opened its doors. No one will be with this institution after my father passes as a result of the absolute titanic sinking of service since merger. I personally have an unrealized loss of over $75k (not not counting future compounding interest), as a direct result of this “financial” institution’s ineptness.
App is good, to keep me updated on the amount I still owe on credit card etc. but why is it I am unable to pay my bill on the app? It’s 2018 and I still have to mail a check to pay my bill. Ever going to update it or get it to work? That’d be great! Edit: still can’t pay my bills through the app. Why? Useless app.
