Like others said, I do wish the providers we have abroad to be as good and fun as this one. It’s super easy to use, has great gifts and services and marketing wise I don’t see how people in Greece use any other pay as you go , non-contract provider. Also, kudos for the calling tunes.
Year after year “whatsup” tells us all they are working on English language support and it never comes. Either they only have seasonal interns working on it or they honestly do not care. This is the slowest app development in history. And now with the biggest tourism boom the country has seen in a long time, they still do not support English as a bare minimum. The competitors offer English 🤷🏻♂️. Also on the website as well as on the app, there is no customer support. They miss manage data and double book your purchases and in the end you only get half of what you paid for. Simple automation stuff. Not to mention the 50text messages you continuously get, bombarding you with useless information and specials. Bravo OTE ta kataferete pali.
The app will be fairly easy to use for the most part, it has a clear breakdown of categories and easy to use interface to add more to the category you want. Because “What’s Up” is the most favored choice by most travelers to Greece I am puzzled why there is no English support let alone support for any other language. It seriously harms the usability of the app; it’s absence is especially surprising considering the 1314 What’s Up hotline at least had an English phone tree
2 Executive decisions have limited the app only to locals, possibly a strategic ploy? First issue is no English! Second issue is the SMS received from app is not compatible with Google translate. Third issue you need a Greek friend to help you navigate the app. The internet is global, this apps language is local 🙃 SMS from this app can’t be translated by Google. In a country where English is used more than Greek, this app has missed its target!
This app is poorly designed with no English functionality, although it says there’s an English version in the description. The majority of people buying this SIM card are international travelers. Furthermore, I am unable to add more money to the account and am stuck without internet until I can buy another SIM. I would highly recommend purchasing your SIM through another provider.
The apps works well, however English version is needed. Contacted couple of time their team in Facebook but so far no English version is available. Hope the developers will listen to the needs for the customers!
Useless if you don’t read Greek. In this day and age it should not be beyond the developer skills to have other language options. Or even an embedded language translator software.
Apparently they have the best esim service in Greece but the app isn’t in English soooo I guess I’ll never know. Don’t bother downloading if you don’t know Greek!
Είναι πάρα πολύ εύκολο να το χρησιμοποιήσεις και δεν έχει καθόλου προβλήματα! Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει το Vodafone και εγώ νομίζω ότι Cosmote είναι πολύ πιο καλώ :)
Αρκετά καλή και χρήσιμη εφαρμογή, που όμως κάνει ότι και το website. Αυτό που λείπει είναι push notifications όταν πλησιάζεις τα όρια στα δωρεάν MB/λεπτά/μηνύματα. Όταν προστεθεί αυτό η εφαρμογή θα είναι ότι πρέπει!
Μπορείτε κ καλύτερα, συγκεκριμένα push notifications όταν φτάνεις στα 10' 10μνματα κ 10μβ λίγη προσοχή στ κρασαρισματα που τρώει πολλές φορές και στ λεφτά που σ τρώει κάθε δεύτερη μέρα, μπορεί να είναι λίγα λεπτά τ ευρώ αλλά είναι χρήματα μας. Καλύτερα να μην υπήρχε παρά να υπάρχει κ να είναι έτσι η εφαρμογή. Λίγη προσοχή παραπάνω δεν βλάπτει. Αναμένουμε κανένα καλύτερο update.
