This apps does nothing for what you. It literally just has ideas of themes but not all the icons so you are having to go and find icons and do the short cuts which I been doing for free before!! It’s a lot of work and time consuming which I thought I would be Not doing after paying $24!!! Don’t waste your money!!!
I couldn’t find one review that actually explained this app so here it is. You can’t try any of the themes without paying so I paid for the $30 one time fee. Only then, are you able to tell how it really works & their little work around. It installs shortcuts with the different icons to all of your apps, requiring you to move or delete or the default apps & put the new icons in their place. Everytime you open one of the new icons, it takes you to apple’s shortcuts app before taking you to your destination causing a delay. They reccomend turning off motion in your accessibility settings which helps but there’s still a delay & now other things you’re used to like the multitasking are impacted. I also don’t think these shortcuts get badge notifications on them. Overall, this is for a very niche tech savy audience that is willing to deal with the different inconveniences in the name of customization. Most people will not like this & that’s the honest truth.
I saw an ad for this and thought “why not give it a try it’s free… right?” Well when I found one I liked I clicked on it and clicked setup. It said that it cost money?! When I was ready to pay for it I clicked on the price and it said “no on app payments aloud” so I went to the AppStore and what do you know? Nothing to click on to pay. Another complaint of mine is there are no cute cute ones like hello kitty or stitch, which I thought was stupid and when I wanted to find one like that I looked everywhere for a search bar, no search bar anywhere. This is fake advertisement. Not everyone can afford the stuff either. I can but most of my friends can’t nor people in my class. Make it free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t buy this app number one is shown on the ad that you can get any widget any wallpaper you want for FREE and they said we’re a company that don’t do that we actually sell free widgets and free wallpapers but when I try to get one it’s always like buying out for $29 and then it said if you don’t want to buy the subscription or give $29 you can just wait. I’ll stop at a five star review and you can get the wallpaper and I was like oh my God bet and I did that OK and I’m like set up as wallpaper and it’s like by the subscription or but $29 so they just scammed me and now I rate them a one because I accidentally rate them a five
So somebody told me this was free but when I got it and tried to get one of the wallpapers it did not work it said I had to pay it it actually made me really mad because I thought I was gonna be able to just get one and it did not work for me
I saw this on an ad. If you did the same, please do not download. I highly recommend that you don’t because I just wanted to have one of those nice and fancy looking wallpapers. But you had to pay for them. Why are they expensive too??!! I recommend, if you have an iPhone, just to use the original Widgetsmith and customize your own home screens. Other phones can use different apps for wallpaper customization as well. But DO NOT use this one please. Hope this was helpful.
They have so much beautiful wallpapers and you could literally decorate and when you come when your friends come over and see it, they’ll be so impressed

So I just think they should not charge for the wallpapers I think they should get them for free and the other thing that change the apps without the wallpaper they should give those for free Bc I don’t want to pay them 30$ for just some wallpapers and app changes so that’s why I give this a one bc I feels as if u should put your age in so they will give you most of the free stuff and not just make u pay for the wallpapers you want
My gosh. Ok so I was really excited to download this and decorate my phone for the new year. So I downloaded this and I immediately started to look and I found my favorite one. Again I was sooo excited to install the widgets and wallpaper. I was so close to installing the widgets and it asked for premium or something. And I clicked close and (tried) to download the widgets and again it asked me for premium. That happened at least five other times. I don’t know what to do now. 😢😢😢
I’ve always wanted to do one of these but I couldn’t because they require you to download. apps Almost all of the apps I can’t get because they are mostly used by adults. And you might be thinking why would a kid download this? Because it says 4+ but has 16+ apps you must download to get the theme. Although the themes look great but I can’t get them because as a child there are thing you can do and can’t. Have a great day
When I went in I was so excited but when I got in I did not even have a chance to try it you have to pay right then and there to be able to start and you have to ether pay a weekly fee or a monthly fee so just don’t try it is not worth the hassle.
I’ve been looking for a free app like this, yes it’s free to download but once you download and find the theme you like of course your gonna have to pay for it. Don’t get me wrong they have some nice themes but I’m not willing to pay. Thanks but no thanks. Hope this review helps. I’m uninstalling it now.

I saw a ad for this app on Pinterest and thought it would be a really cool app to make my phone unique and different, however as soon I downloaded it and chose which theme I liked it instantly directed me to asking for payment.. literally anything you click on you have to pay for. Nothing on this app is FREE! I refuse to pay anything before I even try out the app! Waste of my time . I’m deleting

I like this app bc it works more then others without having to pay and the only reason I use it is for widgets, but when adding the widgets they don’t even show up on your screen it just shows up as a blank square no matter what you do. So annoying!!
I’m honestly so disappointed. I thought that I would have a normal experience where I clicked download and confirmed a few things, but I guess not. I tried to download the app icons, that costed money. I tried to download the widgets, that costed money. I tried to download a background, that also costed money. To the owner(s) of this app: stop making people give you money that you don’t need.
I love this app you should definitely try it out! I have never had a good experience like this one I recommend this app if your looking for a cool and nice wallpaper!
The reason I rated this a 4 is because I do not know how to do it and every time I want to get a widget it always says I have to pay and when I say I don’t want to pay it doesn’t work.

It’s literally just an app for cute widgets and cute themes to put on your phone. Honestly it should be free. I mean c’mon, $5.00 for an app that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but give you cute widgets and themes that you can LITERALLY GET ANYWHERE ELSE! I can just take a screenshot of a google image and crop it. And the widgets? I can get it from any other app that has better and free widgets. It’s RIDICULOUS, don’t buy this, it’s a waste of money.
It makes you pay for everything!! Though I finally found a cute app until everything I clicked on made a payment screen pop up. Literally so annoying!! It’s cute to look at but you have to pay for everything. Id recommend you to not buy this app and waste your time.

The only complaint I have with Widgets Kit is that you have to pay to set up the app I can’t pay $.48 a day or a month just to get app so that is my only complaint
They just try to take your money. You can only setup the wallpaper and widgets with the icons if you pay. There is no point in this app unless you like to get scammed. I deleted this app instantly after I saw the monthly payment. The fact they give more then one options of payment makes me understand it’s a scam.
It seems that to actually use this app it requires a subscription which is not disclosed. I had to try and try again in order to come to this realization. Not worth the time unless you want to pay for it. Thought it was cool… but there aren’t even any free options. Deleted.

In an ad it said it was free and when I went to get it an setup a theme, I kept asking me to pay money! I also tried the apps, money. Widgets, money Wallpaper, no money but I don't need a wallpaper. I think it's good if you buy it, but I personally don’t like it.
