I’ve been using this app for a few months now. We use it at our monthly club meetings. I have signed up new members, updated member contact details, searched the member list to confirm membership status and processed renewal credit card payments. All right on my phone. No laptop, no web browser. It’s fast and easy which is exactly what we needed. For onsite club member management, this app works great. I haven’t experienced any crashes or timeouts on my iPhone 7.

A must for member based organizations

Full Admin Access

I am the originator of our club going to WA with great enthusiasm. Setting up the site for the club has been a real struggle for us not IT experienced administrators. Once we get it, the results are great. It is frustrating to hit a brick wall and have to wait 2-4 days for a reply, but such is life. Dennis Hunt

Great app

WA is a strong product, and having the app is super convenient for checking people in to events. I appreciate the expansions being made and agree with an earlier review regarding emailing from the app, which would be a very useful improvement.

Nice app

Thanks for putting this app together. It's nice to be able to access Contacts and event information on the fly. I would love to be able to draft emails from the app. I hope that's on the table for an upcoming version. Thanks again for putting together this app. UPDATE---- As I've worked more with this app, I find more and more that I would really appreciate being able to create, edit and send emails from the app. That would be my number one request.

Limited

There are several functions missing from the app. Sometimes I have to go The the website to do admin activities on my phone but I can’t log in from the website so I just go to our website and log in.

Nice app for a first version

I've had no issues with the WA app on my iPhone 4s with IOS 8. The functionality is limited to contacts/member management and event management, but does those well. It's quite useful for event onsite checkin. I'm sure they'll be adding more features. So far it's very stable, which is nice for a first app release. Kudos to the dev team. I gave it 5 stars because it does just what they said it does, even though the functionality is still limited. Features I'd like to see are online payments, group management, view invoices and payments, and multiple account support.

Disappointment

I am disappointed with the lethargy and the limitations of this app. WA is a very good program for my organization when used on a PC, however this app doesn't make the cut. The process to modify a Contact or Member is painfully tedious because response to input is worse than watching paint dry. I'll not be using it on my iPad Mini unless there is significant improvement of response. My predefined Searches are useless because the 'results' show ONLY the Contact/Member that qualify for the Search; no other information displays. Very Disappointed!

Needs payment feature.

Good for checking in contacts at an event. Needs the the ability to take payments at events as well. The system is very very "laggy". When I click the button to check somebody in it sits for several seconds before registering my click.

Works Great & Keeps Getting Better!

This app works great for us when checking in or registering members during our events. Wish it included the ability to charge credit cards natively.

Not usable

Just about every function gives an unexpected error. You have to wonder why they put something out that doesn't work at all. When I contacted them, they gave a response that had nothing to do with iOS.

Not bad.

The app is good for adding members and viewing event details (including revenue). I can't seem to add an event, which is a bummer.

Great App

Thus far I am really satisfied with Wild Apricot and all of its features. The events section is really awesome in regards to keeping track of everything. I haven’t tried the QR code to check in guests but I will try it this week. The one thing extra I wish this app did do was allow me to send emails to members. That would make it perfect.

Constantly crashing

We had 4 admins on android and iOS trying to check in guests to our event. The app would constantly give errors and/or crash.
