I never get a job notification any more. I would love to work that’s what I signed up for, but this new set up we are using now is just not working for me. I have called but didn’t get a solution. Help please. The last two I got was in the middle of the night I didn’t have my glasses on so by the time I could read them they were gone.
I hate that my district uses this. First off it never keeps me logged in. Maybe two, three times in a town and then I have to log in again, and no matter what I do it won't save my info on the screen. Whatever "bug" they just fixed made it worse because now it freezes on that login screen. When the good jobs go fast, and you're spending time messing around just to log in? Infuriating. I also cannot access the app through my district's Wi-Fi. Maybe make sure all districts have the app accessible through their content filters? I can only use the website which is really hard to read on a phone because the mobile site just says to download the app. K. Also...this is a scheduling app but there's no option to integrate into my own Apple or Google calendar? Even my local yoga studio manages that. How useless.
The messages about closing the app are annoying, especially since I am not force closing the app. Otherwise the app is ok, it does occasionally log you out. Calendar integration would be a nice feature to have.
Just became a sub and an opportunity for a job first one slipped through my fingers because the app is stuck on the screen of willsub and won’t load in and even if it does load in ones you get off of it it won’t load for you again! Whatever update just happened to it messed it up because it was working till I updated it now it is stuck on the start screen it don’t make is to the login in screen
The new update just messed up the app big time. I lost all my information and jobs I had. the tech team had me back up and running in less than an hour though. It wasn’t an app issue but another issue.
With this newest update, now every time I open the app I’m not logged in, which means that I am not getting notifications for jobs, which means that I’m always missing out on job opportunities. It seems like with this app we take one step forward and ten steps back. I feel like the only way for me to not miss out on a job is to have the app open 24/7 and that’s not possible or practical.
I’ve called several times about not getting job requests. I am a preferred sub at a few schools. It’s never anything on their end. Yet after I’ve called I start getting some requests for at least few days then back to nothing. I wish they would get the kinks worked out of their app/system. Not happy!!!
I’ve done everything and I’m still not getting job notifications. I also miss the text messages bc they came through on my watch and I could see jobs when I was away from my phone. I’ve missed every job that’s been available since this update.
This app has become frustrating. I get logged out daily and once I put in my information I can’t press the login button. I am then forced to force close the app and try again.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The new “update” has caused my app to not load at all, just sit there at the loading screen showing the willSub logo and then I have to swipe it and reopen it, sometimes more than once. Please fix this!!!
This app is absolutely worthless. The only way I can sign is, is to delete the app and reinstall it EVERY TIME!!!! I am forced use the website app which is slow. This results in me loosing possible sub positions to others. This app needs to scraped. Oh, I am forced to give it one UNDERSERVED star. Force quitting does nothing.
Jobs that I already have but show as available, dates that I block out but jobs come up on them, jobs that I've declined but reappear multiple times, cancelled jobs that show up as available, what's not to love?
This app is frustrating. I miss jobs because I’m not getting push notifications often and when I do get one my app goes back to main screen and I have to log in every single time. Even with face Id on.
Auto login no longer works after the latest update…meaning I have to scramble to find my info each time I get a job. Jobs are usually gone by the time I do get it in. Would give zero stars if I could.
This app will send alerts for sub postings but then when I try to open the actual app to accept the job the app sometimes doesn’t open. There for I’ve missed opportunities for accepting sub postings that work for my schedule…
Substitute teachers receive alerts at 430AM!!!!! How can you not have dark mode?! There’s no calendar view? There is no way the app was set up by anyone with knowledge about the functionality requirements for something so simple.
Will not allow me 2 sign on. It did initially but since the update nothing happens when I attempt to log in. It auto fills my info or I have my device set up for it 2 auto fill my ID & Passcode. Tap login & nothing happens.
I am substituting at two different school districts that both use the WillSub app. When logged into WillSub I can’t switch to the other school district unless I log out and log back in on the other district. That takes time to do and I usually don’t get to take the job. There needs to be a drop down or some quick way to switch districts using the app when they send a notification text on iPhone or android.
I frequently have problems logging in; the login button is greyed out, even after entering my username and password. I keep having to delete and reinstall the app, just to get it to let me log in.
