I was so happy to see that Woori app added an option to quick pay via Zelle to use across other bank accounts but it does not work on the app. Once I click on Send Money with Zelle, I just get a blank page with no indicator for loading or error. Please fix this to make the user experience better!
User experience and account info is different on desktop and mobile app. Local branch advised me not to use app because it’s not up-to-date. App shows transactions about half the time. Gives options to add an external account, which is verified, but when attempting to move funds, it fails and says to call main customer service line. Nobody picks up the call and it never goes to auto-attendant. Local branch seems to be aware of this.
Doesn’t appear to have any new features since the update. Face ID worked before, now it doesn’t. Transactions show up half the time. Who approved this update? Typical half baked Korean programmers.
It won’t even log me in now. Since I’ve had this app for over 3 years now it constantly won’t show all my accounts and I’m not happy with the checking as they force me to have an account but I don’t even have checks or a debit card because they claim I can’t spend money outside of California. I’ll probably look for another bank now
This is literally dumbest app I've ever used. They need to invest money to improve user experience. This app looks like it's made in 1990. Oh don't even expect that they can support face ID.
