I'm giving one star because, while the idea of the app is great, there is a significant issue with customer service availability. Customer support needs to be open 24/7 and efficient, not just during limited office hours. When problems arise, timely assistance is crucial. Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience because your customer service was closed when my issue could have still been resolved, and by the time I could reach someone, it was too late. This caused a lot of unnecessary trouble. I strongly recommend reviewing your policies to improve efficiency. I hope I don't have to use this app again.
I’ll just keep using the desktop version on mobile because I can actually add time to my projects which I am unable to do in this app. Calendar is grayed out and only shows me the dates that I’ve previously billed time to. I’m inside the project. I go to the time and then try to add and it won’t let me. if I go to the expenses within the same project and let’s meet at expenses so I know the project to set up. I can go to the project on desktop and add time and submit time there so something is buggy on here
I’ve lost so much unpaid time dealing with Wrapbook and it’s not-ready-for-prime-time-app. I understand productions trying to off board actually submitting hard copy timecards and paying employees to correctly do so, but this app is garbage and any attempt to actually speak to someone or even get your email inquiry answered, are met with silence. Hope you’re not in a hurry to get paid, because Wrapbook certainly isn’t in any hurry to pay you.

I literally get so mad when a client uses this garbage software. Nothing about the app works. Garbage 2 months ago, same garbage today. Cannot imagine why on earth it makes any sense for me to fill out every piece of paperwork every time I log on. Cannot fathom an app that simply does not open if I don’t use biometrics. Complete and utter garbage 100% of the time I’ve used it
One of the buggiest apps I’ve ever had to use. I haven’t been able to log in for weeks. The app takes me to a browser window to log in and then errors out. When it does work though it’s a really convenient app.
Horrible interface, always have issues with it not recording the tc when filling it out and or it saying something is missing when it’s not. And the website version is even worse.
Can’t login to the app but can through a browser. Absolute garbage app. If my client didn’t use it, I’d delete my account and never look back. Horrible. Do some testing before releasing apps. iPhone 15pro. I’ve deleted the app several times. Just does not work.
Your app is awful. I got caught in numerous loops trying to change settings or doing the most basic tasks. It constantly locked up, kicked me out, and generally did not work. Was this designed by a 5-year-old?
When signing in with google it asks me 3 times for Face ID. Then fails to login, saying there are errors. Then when logged in it doesn’t operate properly, submitting time is always a problem.
Entering morning call time at 10:30AM and Wrap at 9:30PM with a lunch from 2:30PM to 3:30PM is stopping my entry stating ‘wrap time can not be longer than 24 hours.’ Makes no sense and I can’t complete entry. It is also forcing me to choose a second meal time when there is no need.
Two factor authentication didn’t work properly, couldn’t decline the offer because production didn’t have the correct rate. Can’t fill out your timecard before your start work is approved. Miserable. Would rather do paper time cards to be honest. Nobody answers the phone when you call the line. Goes to voicemail.
I open, app, click login, browser opens, After entering in my username and password , I’m given a message “ your current session is expired please login. This loops endlessly.
