Especially for fans of Alex Myers, this game is great. It has all his little guys and it’s hilarious to see them dancing around in the corner. In terms of the gameplay itself, it’s a nice little match 3 game, I haven’t found any errors or glitches. The only thing I noticed was a slight pixelation of the character sometimes, but that might be a problem with my device. 10/10 definitely would recommend.
It’s really broken. Like really broken. Like I’ve never played a game on the iPhone this broken before and surprised they pushed this out so quickly. It looks, sounds and feels like someone just made this over the weekend. Like they forgot they were supposed to do there homework and threw something together right before class. Broken issues include: I slide one of the gems or whatever you want to call them and the game constantly slides a random one instead. Or I’ll beat the level, have plenty more moves and the game doesn’t end. So I play till the moves run out and says you lose. It’s very glitchy, not really well designed, and just not as fun. I know it’s a knock off of another game, and many games have this similar idea, but they all do it so much better and this one is just done so poorly. MAYBE has some potential, if fixed and edited, but for now it’s really frustrating and not fun.
I really love the game, and I think the difficulty of the levels as well as the variety makes it interesting and fun to play. But in terms of issues with the game itself, I’ve noticed that a lot of the time I’ll complete all that the level requires of me but the game won’t acknowledge it and will have me continue until my moves run out, then tell me I lost. It can be frustrating, especially in later levels that have taken me like an hour to complete. Other than that I haven’t experienced too many glitches or inconsistencies other than the annoying star system that seems insistent on not letting me get 3 stars on any level. Overall, great game and I’m addicted, I just wanted to point out the issues I’ve experienced.
It’s basically just candy crush yeah but don’t blame Alex, I’m not saying all of you were but some where at least. The creators are different people trying to get money off of other people’s fame. The game could have been much better but I think it’s not bad either. And btw, if you seem to have don’t the task, still have moves left but not have level end, try again but look at the tasks at the beginning of the level, they disappear after a little. I would recommend getting it cause it’s free but if you can only download one app for some reason maybe don’t make it this one.
I like matching games and often play them to calm my anxiety or give my brain something to focus on while watching TV. Unfortunately this game has glitches that negate the calming aspect I use match games for. On a lot of levels the objective at the top changes mid-move and instead of being close to winning suddenly there are new pieces I was supposed to match/number of matches needed that weren’t shown at the start making it impossible to win. Other times I’ve had the objectives tasks disappear entirely so then even on the occasion I know I made the objectives it tells me I didn’t.
This is a fun little matching game that starts out simply and gradually gets more difficult. Kind of reminds me a bit of the Futurama and Simon’s Cat matching game. It’s free to play—there used to be a screen that popped up after downloading it asking you to pay a weekly fee or something but that’s gone. There are in-game purchases of course but it’s free otherwise.
I am a fan of Alex, but needless to say I don’t appreciate having to pay for a game that is similar to candy crush. It’s free on the App Store but on the opening screen after downloading it, it says you have to pay and you can skip, but I’m sure later on down the line it plays into effect. I feel it can overall be improved and be it’s own unique came by adding movie trivia questions for fans and unlocking items with how much points you get. Just things to make it personalized and more enjoyable and more in tune with Alex’s channel.
So the issue is that your turn finishes too early. Like it doesn’t wait until the pieces drop before it reshuffles when you have no moves left. I also won a level on my last turn, using falling pieces, but because I already did my move and could do no more moves myself I lost and it wouldn’t count the win despite the winning clapboard popping up! It is actually challenging though and love that there’s no lives system.
Loved the idea of the game and always willing to support a smaller creator in the app space. However, having to repeat certain levels because the game doesn’t recognize that I’ve finished finding all the gems I need is quite annoying. It happened on level 2 when I didn’t even really understand the game so I was even more confused because I had no idea what I was supposed to do to begin with. I can see this being really frustrating on harder levels.
I love this game, it’s so addicting. I downloaded it telling myself I would only play 5 levels and I ended up finishing 25! The levels are great and I absolutely love the graphics and sound effects. Highly recommend as a game to just pass time.
I’m a fan of Alex, and I want to like this game but can’t. The star system makes no sense, as I can complete a level without using most of my moves and get 2 stars. Furthermore, there is not enough variety in the backgrounds for the levels. I do like the different elements in the gameplay, so that is a redeeming quality. I hope to see update in the near future that up the quality of this game.
I love Alex and his videos, but this game is so buggy! Three times I have tried to beat different levels and they won’t recognize that I have won. Also, there are some levels that are so hard it seems those levels are meant to be pay to win. Please Alex, I really want to like your game, but it’s so glitchy I can give it anything higher than a three star rating.
It’s a simple candy crush like game. Though there are a few downsides: sometimes the objective isn’t shown, sometimes I’ll complete the objective but the level won’t be completed so I’ll have to restart it, the background pic is an unrelated pic to the story. The easy part is that there’s no lives, so if you fail, you can continue to retry until you get it.
It is probably the best game I have ever played! It is really strategic, fun and challenging. What I don’t really like about this game is the directions are kind of hard but you’ll get the hang of it. So I encourage you to get this game and I forgot to tell you the best part there’s no monthly fees!
I signed in with Google so that I could save my progress, but that made it so I couldn’t access the levels I had already completed and I had to start over from the beginning. The game is okay, but it’s sort of pay to play as levels are extremely difficult without power ups. Would not recommend. I’m really disappointed by all the bugs in this game and how much of a candy crush clone it is. Bruh now I’m getting a subscription pushed in my face.
I’m a huge fan of Alex and his content but this app was very disappointing. He had so much potential to make a creative fun witty game but instead made just another candy crush. It feels like an easy cash grab. These games get boring after like an hour and I think he could have done so much more with the opportunity to make a game. This game also just seems like it was very rushed in production and just honestly I’m disappointed.
Great game overall, but I would like to say that there are a few bugs that needs fixing and that level 157 needs to be fixed. Because there isn’t enough popcorn to beat the level
It’s a nice paced game, maybe a little boring but it’s definitely not bad at all. Far from it, it’s fun but it’s like a relaxing game since it’s pretty easy. I love Alex and his channel and his new podcast seems really good and promising (I’ve only heard one so far) but I got the app to support Alex.

I had very high expectations for this game and I wasn’t disappointed, I’m very addicted and play it when I’m suppose to do school work, it’s a better game than candy crush! 100 Percent recommend to play it!
You hit level 24. I have been on level 24 forever. I play, then it shows me no more faces or movie reels needed, yet I have many moves available. So, I play them, not seeing what I need to aim, because there is nothing there. I run out of moves, it says “You lose.” It is a fun game. And the art work is fun. But, please update the glitch.
I love this game because it has my favorite you tuber and all of the movies and shows that he’s reviewed and that it’s my favorite type of game with the thing where you put the boxes in and then you win
This game is just like candy crush but a bit worse just because the graphics are just not there, but a good thing about the game is there isn’t any pop up adds.
I really love this game, it’s super fun. I wish that there was some different music because the one in the app is kind of basic. But other than that, the game is so great and I would recommend it.

This game is super fun. Although it does give me major candy crush vibes. I love all the characters expressions. I wish that there were more areas/zones for example I got the area Riverdale twice. Awesome game though can’t wait to play it next time I’m bored.
The game is fun, I happen to like match three games. It could use some background music, and maybe allow you to unlock the characters from each show/movie. I think it’s great for your first app.

It's pretty good! Seeing from Alex's video and playing it for myself. Like Alex said, it's like a candy crush sort of game! And those are some of my favorite games!
So I downloaded the app to support Alex since I love his channel but there are SO MANY GLITCHES. You can’t even get past level 157 but if you want something to during covid it’s not bad.
If I want to get coins after the videos, I have to close out and reopen and then sometimes it works fine. It’s up to date on all the bug-fixes too. Guess they missed one. I’m close to uninstalling the app.
I absolutely LOVE Alex Meyers! But I downloaded the game on my iPad, and I can’t get in. Its like when I open it, it crashes. Anyways it looks really good so I give it 5 stars 😂

I LOVE this game. This is a great game for Alex Meyer fans.I was seriously addicted to it. I got all the way to level 108...... and then it glitched or something happened to it and it sent me all the way back to level 1.
Just like any other candy crush game it’s the same. I’m not sure why there is a subscription to the game, but other than that it’s fine. I love the YouTuber and hope he’ll create a better game in the future
