The app works well for reviewing invoices and assigning appropriate workflows. Unfortunately, custom Control Center Views do not carry over from the desktop version. Also, although you can view the invoices that you are approving, you cannot view attachments, which our company often uses. Please make these updates.
If I could code the invoices that would be super, or be able to choose a completed allocation that would be nice. I don't think that what was in mind when creating this app. If I was an approver this would be very handy.
The Yardi PAYplus app enables you to quickly approve invoices. You can also view/email/air print invoice images and view invoice fields from the app. PAYplus is a web-based invoice coding and approval system specifically designed for the property management industry.
