The recent update for yelp Rez, has disabled my ability to toggle between my restaurants on my personal iPad. This is causing our business a great inconvenience. This has been done byYelp Rez just before the busiest time of the year. When taking reservations and selling gift card are of the utmost importance for our business to survive. I sent a message 3 days ago to customer support, and I’ve not received any reply. This not why I signed up with Yelp Rez. Yelp Rez offers no customer support, no consideration. This is irresponsible and it doesn’t work for a small business Suggest you chose another platform, many more fish in the sea!!
The most recent update on the yelp reservation has severely changed the way our host uses the application. It is super unresponsive and it keeps changing the sections for servers. The older version update from last year was sadly better optimized. This might be because of my older generation iPad from 2015 but I wouldn’t expect this much of a change for a simple application
