All good. A little slow on updates, but it has everything I’m looking for.

I like to build decks frequently just for the hell of it. I’ve tried other apps, but this one always felt the best to me. It especially is good because it uses the pictures for each card when going down a list, making it easier and faster to identify the cards. It’s always up to date in everything that comes out in America. Though one big problem is that there are cards coming out in Japan that are in other apps but not this one. Eventually it comes out, but it takes months to come out in comparison to other deck building apps. The formatting for this app though is fabulous. It keeps up on errattas, banlists, and if there’s an error, it fixes it almost immediately. The app is great, I can see the photos of cards. The only down side is certain cards don’t have an aligned photo, for example “The Legendary Exodia Incarnate” but I can still see the card, so it’s not a problem. Besides that this is the best deck building app I’ve had.

Amazing companion app

The app is amazing been using it for years, constantly updated with new cards including new ocg releases and ocg cards that aren't in the tcg. It's definitely better than the Neuron app, the only thing it's lacking from that app is a duel calculator (which there are plenty of options for already) and Rush Duel/ocg translations (so not to relevant for most tcg players). One of the only issues I've noticed is very very minor in that sometimes some ocg cards that have been brought to the tcg are a bit slow to update in app and remove the ocg only symbol, this is very minor and not too common tho. For Devs : if you see this, I think it would be a great feature if you could add a speed duel database (rush duel database would be cool too but that would probably just be a wasye of resources currently) I've noticed that it's not super accessible or easy to find a database containing all cards released in speed duels and think this would be the perfect place for it.

Great App

Fantastic app with almost every card to my knowledge (I believe there've been two cards I searched and couldn't find. Could be contributed to the fact that some cards have been renamed.), great user friendly interface with simple drag and drop/click controls. I am a strategist and am always looking for outside the box tactics or interesting deck combinations. This app is almost the perfect tool for that and it's by far the best that I've found on iOS thus far. I highly recommend it for intermediate to serious tournament competitors. The only reason I'd hesitate when suggesting this app to a beginner is because you need to, for the most part, know what you're looking for. The only thing I could see to make this better is maybe have more popular preloaded decks for people to first hand play with or even set up the app to where it could be a two player experience in order to get accurate tests for experimental builds. Other than that A+ to the designers! Keep up the good work!

Old layout.

This app had some changes to it. Allot good and some annoying. I like the addition of tokens, counters, as well as draw spell effects. What I find annoying is that you can no longer switch card positions by tapping them, instead you have to press a button that allows you to switch card positions and then press the card to change positions. Overall it’s a nice deck building app but the deck testing is a bit annoying at times just because I’m so used to the older version of this app.

Works great but has a glaring issue

This app is what I’ve been using for about 1 and a half years. It has a perfect search function that can easily narrow down any card you’re looking for, multiple banlists in case you want to make a deck for goat or ocg, a fast updating cardpool with new cards as soon as they’re announced, and a test duel function with almost all you could ask for. All of this would have me leave a 5 star review, but my app keeps freezing over and over. When using this app my phone starts overheating and freezes in functionality from a minor 1 second to 15 at a time, sometimes ending in a crash. This app is awesome and I really don’t want to have to move to an alternative because of this!

Truly the Best

Not only is this app perfect for keeping your deck build organised, it updates frequently to keep up with new cards being added quickly after their release, and is also able to keep up with the constantly shifting banlist. Lets you search cards, keep track of multiple decks, has an up to date banlist, and even has a function that allows you to generate random hands to test the decks consistency, what more could you ask for?

The best YuGiOh TCG Database App

This is the best app out there. The database is kept locally(low data in actuality) AS FAR AS I KNOW, so don’t quote me. So as long as your database is up to date, you don’t even need an internet connection to pull up certain cards which is CRUCIAL if you’re in an area with no connection. This also helps with load times compared to other apps that use cloud based data like the official app. My ONLY complaint is the app doesn’t support iPad horizontal orientation. Would love to see what the developer could come up with in that regard. Maybe keep card images to the left, and filter/search options on the right to utilize screen space. Other than that it works perfectly fine in vertical on my iPad and iPhone. 10/10 app.

An amazing app

I really love this app. It really can do it all. Is it possible to add a second search bar? I was looking for certain key words and thought it would be amazing if I could narrow down my search even further to find very specific cards. If this can be implemented, it would be phenomenal. Other than that, still a very useful app that I use every day. Thanks for the awesome app! Keep it up!

Dear Kazuki Takahashi, I am a huge fan of your work, and I would like to give you some ideas on future cards, if you don’t mind? For example, there is this one card I thought you might like to make. One of a kind, but one complaint

So I love this app, I use it very often, and I love the single player mode, it is SO useful for testing decks without buying them. The one thing I would ask to be improved upon is to find a way to allow you to download all the full cards for decks, to allow it to be used offline. The reason why it would be useful is it makes it simpler to download a deck to use on single player, while offline. Other than that, great app, and thank you ^-^

Getting kicked off the board

Whenever I click away from the dueling board for a couple of seconds it restarts the whole board and I have to place all the cards back on the field, it’s extremely annoying so could you maybe fix it to were the card stay on the board even if you click off the app for only a second.

Is the best Yu-Gi-Oh app I have ever tried, but there’s a small problem with the way the Decks(both main and extra) response to when I tap on them. Whenever I tap on them, they sometimes appear face down on the screen so I had to fix it by dragging the card back into the deck(s) but it kept on giving me the same face down card on the screen, but aside from that it’s fine.

Amazing Deckbuilding App

I LOVE Yugioh, and this is my go to app when I want to look at Yugioh cards. There is this Ygolite app for the iOS, but it doesn't provide pictures or easy Deckbuilding. The only problem with this I would say is the Duel function, which is really annoying for me to keep drawing cards and putting them back so that I could a card out. Either way, I still love this app.

Best of the best

Worth every penny. If you like Yu-Gi-Oh at any level this app is amazing. 100% recommend supporting this one time purchase for none stop updates and continued card database upkeep. The practice application is also so good. I’ve often just dueled friends using that rather than using the actual cards. 10/5 can’t praise this App enough.

Okay, so: •My friends and I have been using this to play test and duel on the go. It’s awesome and highly appreciated. •I can make a deck that I’m thinking of or look up a card’s exact text (settling an argument or inquisition) on the fly. •It’s free, and the ads aren’t invasive! Thank you oh so much! •Uhm, I know I’m asking for a lot, but if you could have duel rush cards that’d be awesome! Don’t even have to like, make special field or anything for it. Your app has brought my friends and I a lot of joy and convenience. I even used it to beta test a card game I was making (obviously proxying my cards in via Yugioh card database.) Your hard work has brought about many fruitful moments.

Amazing XD

This app is amazing, it helped me make lots of decks. I am also grateful that u can duel other people on it, but you have to meet in person to do it. Yugioh is my life and I'm very great full that this app exists. The only problem that I have is that it takes a while for the database to be fully up to date, also there are little glitches. Otherwise this app is flippen fabulasly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Yugioh App

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt as if this really deserved it. I use it all the time in order to look up information on cards, and this sometimes has information on new cards faster than most of the websites. If you want a fast and constantly updated way to search cards, this is the app you want.

Really well done!

I love this app and have used it for years. I am really loving the new update through the beta but I still see a lack of a full Deck viewer. I would love to see the entire deck at once and not have to scroll. Other apps have this feature and I think if Yugipedia had it as well, it would be the best hands down. Please consider it. Thank you!

Ads became infuriating, but a paid version is available in settings

Ads became full screen and difficult to close which made for an awful experience. However, a paid version is available, albeit a little hidden in the settings menu. I gladly opted to pay as the app is otherwise fantastic and I use it daily.

Life saver

This was exactly what I was looking for I was having difficulty finding a duck builder for my smart phone that when you type in A Name or phrase you get not only the title of the card but also the phrase in the description of the card this function I have found is very hard to come by in a deck builder so this app was a lifesaver

Love this app.

I use this app all the time for years and I love it. My only complaint is that the ads are getting a little tedious lately. Feels like every time I hit the back button, my deck building rhythm is interrupted by an ad. I do know that there’s an ad free version but tbh I just don’t want to pay extra to not be interrupted. That’s a me problem though. I do love the app.

Search categories

So far the app is truly great and helpful but what you seriously need is a search categories for cards effects like: can’t be destroyed, cards from hand or deck to gy, monster type support (ritual, fusion, synchro, Xyz.....), deck search and so on, this will extreme helping to build decks and get familiar with archetypes themes, please please consider this advice seriously.

Superb!

Yugipedia is very well made and infinitely useful. We have access to every card and the list is updated regularly. We can create and test decks with ease. This app is a great piece of software. This app needs very little improvement, all it needs is a button for tokens. I highly recommend this app ti everyone.

Does not disappoint

Easy to make decks and several decks at that, easy to name and sort them, adding monsters and magics can be made simple from title/content searches as well as filters. Updated ban list and limited lists. Allows for you to simulate hands and draws. Can be better if the app loses all the ads.

Fun, but some bugs

I really like creating decks with this app, but there are a few bugs that are really annoying. If I use it for a long time it will start to lag. Sometimes it will also crash ( where you are in the app one minute and then it kicks you out the next).

Forgot one BIG thing

This app is great, but there’s one major flaw: you can’t remove a card from a deck. I discovered this when I was almost done making a trap monster deck, but I added too many “Fiendish Chain” cards by mistake and it wouldn’t let me take them out. I had to delete the whole deck and start over. This app will only work if they add that feature of correcting mistakes in deck making. Please fix this.

Phenomenal App!!

Yugipedia is an incredible tool that any duelist should use. From watching the anime and curiously researching cards shown to deck building, this app has never failed. Great detail for cards! Perhaps the biggest perk is the ability to save cards into decks and play test the deck to make sure you've assembled a deck with solid ratios!

The previously #1 deck building app

This used to be fantastic for test hands and looking up card information, but Konami came out with a better app (Neuron) that has more functions and is less intrusive on your user experience. The ads on this app are also absurdly annoying, with that alone causing me to delete this app. Banner ads were fine, but full screen ads? Not a chance.

Great app

This is a great app that allows you to play test any deck and cards. Good to help you practice combos or to see if a card is worth buying. The only negative thing I have to say is that they do not include a dice or coin simulator as many cards include effects that make you roll a die or flip a coin. (Danger! monsters mainly)

Amazing

Fantastic app! Frequently updated card list, easy to build decks and great functionality. Some cards say they are only in ocg even though they're now in tcg and some card images should be updated but with 8,000+ cards it's understandable to miss a few.

I love this so much

I love this app so much however it think having custom cards tester would be really fun and very great or maybe even a self 2 player duel? Jus to test other decks at once:D i love this app very much please update it again!

Freezing up

Lately the app has been freezing up while I’m doing stuff, it still works but it’s hard to do them and to tell when the freezing will stop

Awesome Yugioh deck-building app

This deck-building app is the best free DB I’ve seen and it is also free and you get every card under the sun so you can get really creative decks and there is barely any ads to worry about. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5! It’s rare for me to give an app 5 out of 5 so well done!

So useful!

I keep a list of all my decks with this app and it has made keeping track of my deck lists really convenient and easy. The testing feature is also extremely useful. Although, this app is slow to update its banlists.

Crashing

Love it. A must

I love this app. It’s updated so fast now with new cards and the testing feature is so smooth so I can test hands quickly. Also a nice way to look up a nuance in card text .A must for any player looking to deckbuild.

Love it

I do love this app and I know that there is no dueling but that would be a nice feature. Also I would like it if you could duel against one of your other decks so you can get a feel for which ones better. But other than that, I have every yugioh card at my finger tips

Great Dueling go-to app

If you need a card description on the fly or you want to build a deck, or just check the banlist, you need this app. Been always great, updates are slow, but this still is top quality

Function VS Display

It works and does its job wonderfully... i just wish it had a higher quality display/setup. The way things are sorted makes the overall look quite jarring. Nonetheless, once again i will confirm that this app does its job quite well.

Very Good, Very Helpful

I find this app to be one of the best out there. I don't have any lag, it stays constantly updated, and the deck builder is great. I find almost no problems whatsoever and highly recommend getting this app.

Everything you need

The card database is thorough and constantly updating. The deck builder and it’s sharing feature are very convenient. The only thing that would make it better is maybe listed card prices (and in a perfect world; a little AI to test decks against)

Good app but missing a function

Would like for there to be a function to add a card back to the deck. This is necessary when you misclick or have RNG card effects that mill or excavate if you need to return cards back to the deck.

Versatile and compact

Great app

This is simply a great app it is a really good app and it was well developed. I really appreciate that someone put this much work into an app like this especially as a person that plays YuGiOh IRL definitely download this app if you are planning on starting to play YuGiOh or have been playing YuGiOh.

Great app!

I love being able to do test hands, but I would also like to be able to view the deck entirely instead of scrolling to see the deck. Something where I can see every card on the screen at once.
