We have been working with Zeffy for the past few months and they are awesome! No transaction fees is a wonderful way for our nonprofit to grow even faster. We are looking forward to using this tap to pay app for all our future events, and… did I mention there’s no transaction fees? Thanks, Zeffy!
This app isn’t recommended. I wish it was good because the concept is awesome. I have used this twice now and it hasn’t worked as supposed to. It doesn’t ask all the questions that we have set up in the zeffy site. It doesn’t ask to put in your name, address, or phone number as supposed to. The worst part is then when someone bought a 5 ticket bundle, it sent them 25 tickets instead of 5. At least it only charged the person for the 5 tickets. If it hadn’t been caught though we would have had multiple ticket sales this way. Not a good app at all
We used this app last weekend and besides never keeping its connection to the internal card reader and asking each customer for their personal email and donations without an option to decline. It only showed 11 transactions on the dashboard after 2 days of use. We promptly switched to square upon discovering that potentially thousands of dollars had been lost. We contacted support and they proceeded to process what they had on record. We can with fairly high confidence with wrist band counts and cash collected that approximately $4000 is missing. This product is not recommended
As a group I love zeffy. I have coordinated multiple projects though/with this site. The tap to pay has my form to show the various ticket option. Great idea for a non profit with extremely ease in creating to follow through of a project or event.
I think interface is not ready it does not work and gives no option where to receive payments. It keeps on disconnecting from the reader as well, this App not yet ready. I hope it will function as I opened an account expressly to receive donations in person by tapping or introducing card details
This app it doesn’t have no use for us cause it only takes ticketing forms and we don’t sell tickets we just receive donations only thru the embedded form in our website. Hope one day we can used to receive donations thru it 🤷🏽♂️.

Select your event form from your Zeffy account, select the ticket rate, even add a donation amount, and have your supporters tap their credit card.
