App uses Okra as a third party authentication for login to certain features. The two apps don’t integrate at all and the authentication fails every time. Near impossible to clear notifications from inbox.
While Zenith has many features, the most important one is collaboration. Have a question? Ask the channel and someone will reply very quickly. Previously, you had to figure out who to ask or get the run around while someone else figured out who to ask. Extremely helpful as a communication tool. We are still in the early stages of seeing how useful Zenith can be. Nice work!
This app works great! Previous problems mentioned on other reviews don’t seem to be happening anymore. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this app and it keeps getting better as new features are added on a regular basis!
TH does a fantastic job ensuring all clinicians and non-clinical associates have ample access to all necessary data. Now, merging it’s to a centralized platform makes it much more simplistic.
Constant login problems. After I get logged out by the app I try to login again (remember function and saving my password to iPad doesn’t always work) I can’t get the password reset to work so I have to call IT. Of course I can get into my email and messaging board but not the other apps like scheduling.
There is not a single part of this app user experience that isn’t infuriatingly difficult. Quite possibly the single worst app in the App Store Update. Been using this for years out of necessity. Somehow started out terrible and only gets worse. Whatever company Teamhealth hired to make this app should be fired
When app was first downloaded, worked fine, able to access in program apps and they all worked. Now the "apps" tab is disabled and they've left it with basically a social network within the company. Not at all what we thought it would be.
The latest “update” broke this app again. No problems until last update. Now app hangs when selecting days in Tangier. Have to close app and reopen to use calendar.
Do not waste your time trying to complete modules and complete surveys for your compliance with this app. Sit down at a computer as the app is not user friendly and only causes frustration!!!!!!!
