The Best Portfolio Tracker Conceivable!

Clearly these folks at Zerion, are traders, investors, and otherwise as infatuated with blockchain and crypto, as anyone imaginable, because it is only with a passion bordering obsession, that any group of people could envision, and create, a tool that offers anything an investor, or within reason a trader, could potentially need to successfully, and with great ease, maintain the optimal health of their investments and portfolio, while staying abreast of future opportunity. And all that within a user friendly interface, that is uncluttered, and that seemingly guides you along naturally towards whatever it is your seeking, without you having to even begin looking. I am having great difficulty keeping this review brief because of what an amazing, free resource they have so created and provided for us. I hope this team goes on to fully realize their potential and eventually develops a blockchain, and projects of their own, because their talent would be unrealized otherwise. I am so picky, and your design and execution causes me great joy every time I open your app. If there is any way to invest, or offer time, towards being a part of what you all do I would love to hear from y’all.

The best DeFi iOS app on the planet!

Seriously, the headline of my review should tell you all you need to know. If you know DeFi then you know that this app is a genuine game-changer. Been using it since it was under its old name, and with the most recent few releases I have felt comfortable enough to make it my full time app responsible for handling most of my trading needs (even when I am not necessarily restricted to an iOS device...which is just an indication of how fantastic this app is). Great choice for newbies and seasoned vets like myself alike. Much love to the developers for the fantastic job and dedication!

Zerion review, details within app

Overall I’d say the app is decent. But….. it would be very useful to be able to see up to date, current status of my balance with gains and loses. Most importantly though, after I’ve bought or traded or swapped or otherwise acquired a new asset, I very much would like to see the price off the asset when it was purchased and what my new purchase total value was. So I can compare to current balance. And…. I wish it was easier to navigate through the app to find the components, .., as I’m busy going back and forth with this app and other apps, I have trouble finding where I was when I left the app. Can’t easily find the different links. I’m getting used to it though. And, on-ramps, Need to add PayPal, for purchases and cash out. If I need to sell in a hurry, I can withdraw quickly to my PayPal. But I like the app. Basically Thanks.

Great Defi Wallet but Needs Better Network Switching

Been using this wallet for a few months now and I have mostly enjoyed using it. The layout provides a lot of useful information across networks, assets, history, and collectibles. It takes a little getting used to confirming transactions on desktop from a mobile device. I think the network-switching UX needs improvement or should be rethought all together. Switching between networks on a dapp requires a lot of focus. Sometimes you accidentally disconnect from a dapp and other times you accidentally connect to the wrong network or L2. It can be frustrating. Overall, I plan to continue to use this wallet, but also using more alternatives.

Not a fan of new UI/UX

Been using Zerion for over 2yrs now but the latest app update with new UI I’m not a fan of.. I much prefer the previous layout where you could easily see all your wallets and also how you could view with browser favs etc.. the web browser seems clunky now and does not work most of time. My biggest issue with Zerion has always been reliability issues with connection to dApps/sites and even thou it has nice wallet/portfolio and NFT features the constant battle to connect to dApps is a huge letdown.. don’t have this issues with other wallets like MM, Rabby or Rainbow wallets.. not being able to connect to sites is NOT a problem a wallet provider should have so frequently.

Beta: Version 3.0.0

Wow, you need to release this new version on the App Store! This beta (released through TestFlight) is amazing! Most comprehensive ETH wallet available, with the simplest UI too! Checked MANY wallets and it supports the most chains, most nft’s, and even tracks any obscure tokens you may be playing with. Also recognizes official dapps so you don’t have to worry about fraudulent URLs. Navigation is a breeze and you get to keep your keys!

If I can give zero star I will

1. You do not allow users to copy their seed phrase and private key on your app, each time I try to copy my seed or key it will not copy to my clipboard and the barcode will not show even after I sign Face ID 2. Each time I try to make transaction on your app , it will say “ transaction failed , kindly remove the wallet and import again” . We can’t copy our seed phrase nor our private key also if we try to move our funds out of your wallet to the one we can copy the seed and keys it will not allow us . So tell us how this is not a scam 3. You need help on our app as this is wack and out of all the wallet I have been using your wallet app is the only one with such issue

Very Good, maybe best currently out there, but still needs more

Ok, this is a very good wallet! It connects to my ledger and I can transact with it if I need to. A few things I’d like to see that would make this hands down the best: in app browser support to connect to Dapps directly, BTC wallet support, more token support (SHIB, CATGIRL for ex) more block chains support (Avalanche for example) or at the least the ability to add an RPC manually. I have stuff staked all over and it doesn’t seem to pull everything. If it could pull everything and lay it out like Zapper, that’d be awesome!

Great App

I like that I can see my crypto portfolio spread over a few wallets in one place. I was hesitant to allow access to the “read only” wallet addresses, but there hasn’t been any problem nor issues. What I really like is I’ll send a coin/ token from from one wallet to another or swap a token for another, the app will keep a history of the transaction and actually notify me that I received the token before the actual wallet reflects the token in the portfolio. Def happy with this app!

Spent hours looking for EVERYTHING - found it

100% - this is the one your looking for. It can keep track of pretty much everything you might want to be vested in, wallets, has a lot of utilities built in like several exchange services and automatic lowest price selector for them - honestly a masterpiece. It’s helper app Mydefi is really useful too if you’re interested in defi lending

promising but lacking

zerion has done alot of work in making their app ux easy to use and visually appealing. however, the app lacks basic data aggregation visuals/charts/breakdowns. syncing account balances is often slow and inaccurate. really just disappointed in how little you can actually do besides wait for the wallet balance to load. swaps and investments are undoubtedly going to happen directly on other protocols for various reasons eg token incentives, airdrops, etc. but what brings users to zerion? wallet management! the need to have birds eye view of all my walllets and the ability to slice and dice and visualize all of that information. if you could offer that you would have users spend way more time on your website/app. i really recommend focusing on offering strong wallet management and analytics. its so hard to find a nice ux on ios and mac like zerion but please improve what we can do and how we can analyze our wallets. happy to chat further if u like.

Worst app ever

Everything about this app is absolutely horrible. Insanely high transaction rates and exchanging coins is ridiculous. It kept erroring out on me and when i tried to try again it reset my transfer coin to USD and charged me 99$ to exchange 370$ of ETH. Now you can’t buy any other coins with USD so it’s worthless and must be converted back to ETH, and wouldn’t you guess it another $105 charge. Then when i finally get to exchanging the coin I wanted it’ll be another $100+ fee. Atomic wallet blows this out of the water *Update* stuck with $370 of USD and the transaction fails every single time i try to convert it to ETH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP IT LOOKS LIKE IM OUT CLOSE TO $600

Been glitching recently

I’ve been using zerion to track different assets that’s in my hot wallet but up until recently there’s certain coins that stop showing price and they appear later then disappear again and it’s getting a little annoying because before the app worked perfectly now it glitches and says that zerion doesn’t track the price of the asset then it shows up with no price , Can Devs fix this ?

Great app for tracking defi transactions…with a caveot

I love the app and it’s a great way to track defi transactions. That said, ever since the new version of iOS came out I’ve been unable to get push notifications working. I’ve tried reinstalling and still no luck - devs definitely need to give it a little attention.

Best Crypto App

In love with this app. It’s super intuitive, and shows you portfolio specifics and even found balances on chains and staked in protocols that I had forgotten about. It also shows the floor price for your NFT collection individual and en masse and that’s super cool as well. I have a wanted exactly this app for so long but just didn’t know it already existed.

Hello, I've been using your app for about a month and i've been having no problems swapping my ETH or ERC20 token, but the past few days i've been having trouble of it getting accepted, it has been saying "pending" and it usually stays like that for hours until it says "failed" not sure why this problem happened and been getting annoyed by this

Great app...One suggestion

Love the app. One thing I would like to see added. Anyway you can add market price to your portfolio screen. Ex. When I look at portfolio and it shows my holdings can you add current coin price there. Be nice to not have to click on the coin to see current price and could see all coin prices in my portfolio at a glance.

Zerion Deleted All Wallets!

I've been using Zerion for over 3 years now and after Zerion published version 2.0 it delted and removed all 100 wallets I was watching! It even delted them from the icloud sync. The only way I was able to recover them was to use an old account with the wifi turned off, as not to enable the sync, and copy and paste all 100 wallets to a clipboard and then paste them to a note. This is simply unacceptable. There should be a way to export all wallets and save them incase an update like this causes an issue!

Garbage

Two days later and one less than convincing asymmetric chat support conversation (which took hours), I still haven’t seen a funds posted transferred directly from an exchange that were confirmed within five minutes. Sent nearly a whole Ether and this is the experience? Caused me to miss out on the purchase of a NFT art piece. Told it’s a ‘somewhat rare’ circumstance where the wallet isn’t syncing and reflecting on-chain. Still waiting. My customer loyalty will entirely rare. Done with this—not trusting money to a junior league wallet/dapp. Not even an Ethereum fan but will use MetaMask where necessary.

Game-changer

This app is great for getting the prices of LP tokens, and it’s the only app I know of that has this feature. 10/10 app and it makes my life so much easier, I wish I would have found this app months ago it would have saved me a lot of time lol

Wow!

Honestly after playing around with many crypto wallets, I can say without a doubt that this design has probably gave me the most WOW reaction. Absolutely amazing synchronization with all your other crypto wallets and integration of the Aurora platform (a big plus). What a great app Zerion is, keep it up folks.

Love this App! Using it for Bloc (Dap)! 🔥

This app is really on point, from watching the top tokens to being able to track my favorite and most efficient token, Dap, very good app. Very good team over there as well it seems like. Keep up the good work! Everyone I get involved in blockchain projects, I always point them to Zerion. Best out there !

Very nice app!

Thank you for making this nice app. It works every nicely and accurate. I hope it could display all all zeros and whole price of all the Meme coins. Maybe moving the percentage (%) down or up one roll and it will have enough room to display the all digits. Please try it to see if it works ! Thank again!

Downloaded as it was suggested to see a coin I wasn’t seeing on my metamask . That was pretty cool but i can’t do anything with it besides look at my total, everything is frozen on a loading loop no matter how long i leave it opened for. Yesterday I kept closing out, opening shutting my phone off and restarting it . Left it opened for 30min and nothing.

Great app experience for ERC-20 (no BEP-20)

This is a great DeFi management app for Ethereum (ERC-20) tokens. I think it requires you to have at least a basic understanding of DeFi, so I would not consider this to be an entry-level experience. iPhone home screen widget works really well, though one of the daily return calcs appears to be off. Wishes: 1) I really would love to see Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) support, for options like PancakeSwap and Bifi Finance, in order to have a more comprehensive multi-chain view of my portfolio. This would give a fifth star in my rating, for sure. 2) There is an area for Watchlist in the summary screen that doesn't appear to work, that might be nice.

One Wallet to Rule Them All!!

With this wallet I don’t have to go through the process of checking 2/3 wallets daily. It’s easy. And it also keeps track of trades which the other wallets don’t necessarily do. GREAT App overall!

Broken

Zerion has never been able to show an accurate count of coins in a Coinbase Wallet for coins that have a redistribution mechanism. It’s useless for those. Zerion has never handled the tokens present in a Coinbase Wallet properly. To this day it still shows tokens that I either sold or transfer out over the last year. For the past several weeks the current price of several non-exchange coins has been wildly incorrect. It’s useless for those.

This App shouldn't be public yet.

First tokens transferred to Zerion are stuck there and I can't move them out to another wallet. Second (and last) purchase of Crypto was sent to my Zerion wallet and got stuck at BSC...never making it into my wallet. Worst part is nobody can help solve the problem. Zerion said when they have a "new version" it 'should' allow my tokens to show up in the wallet. Right now it's a significant financial loss... Stay away.

Customer Support

There is little to no customer support. In the crypto world, money is time, and when you cannot execute a transaction due to some failure on the App, that is unacceptable. BUT, the issue was an user issue. So, it’s all on me. Still could use a faster response time.

The single best DeFi app

I love Zerion so much. So many apps, including desktop, only capture part of the picture for managing defi investments but Zerion totally nails it. I can see all of my positions - staked or not. Saves me so much time switching between apps to see my whole portfolio.

Doesn’t work at all

My account information never loads. I just see a message “please hold on, we are gathering your portfolio” and it’s apparently failing to do so and nothing happens.

Almost perfect !! Rlly the only thing missing is having a clearer distinction which wallets have ur seed in it vs just the ones u watch Cuz it might confuse ppl idk maybe it’s just me Either way great job

Worst app!

This app is a scam! When you put your money onto it you can’t buy sell or transfer any of the tokens. It has continuously held my tokens and refuses to let me manage them! The reviews were less than spectacular when I first downloaded it and the longer I keep it the more I’m seeing that I’m not the only person that this crap app has taken advantage of! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE!!!!

I love this app!

It gives me up to date prices and it shows you how much your wallet is worth. It’s also Ledger compatible. If you have a Ledger wallet, this app is good for you!

Lost my wallet.

This app is extremely confusing, and makes trading / investing hard to sell out. Needs to be simplified. Lost about $200 USD that is now worth a lot more due to the axie infinity crypto I once had. Trying to get the last 10-15 dollars I have left out but the fees are so high that it’s useless. If you’re new to crypto I would highly recommend other platforms.

Very good until..

I was loving this app for awhile but now every time I try to open the app it closes and I have to reinstall just to see my wallets. Disappointed but I know it must be a bug or something. Hopefully this is fixed soon

Took my money

I was doing a trade from gala to shiba.. There was a fee of $7.50 in ethereum. they took the fee but never did the trade.. the transaction indicated “approval”, but i still have the same amount of Gala, I didnt receive any shiba and they took a fee of $7.50 ( in ethereum).. and of course there is no customer service to complain to , so im writing this review

Solid app however

Good solid app however there are times a glitch will happen and your financial numbers are massively wrong showing trillions of dollars but then the glitch fixes itself and your percentage profit is off

Total Brick of an App

I deposited funds but I cannot buy, sell, or trade on the app. The worst part is that in no way is the app willing to let me transfer my funds out. Customer support is non-existent and will not answer any inquiries. I just want to pull my funds out because I have been trying for weeks in all sorts of ways to pull them out.

Glitches
