Decided to try out the site after seeing the ad on Facebook one too many times. Their page offered lots of coupons for free coins as well as contests for more coins and gift cards. Also every Friday you can get more coins by sending a text. IMPORTANT: You cannot apply a coupon through the app. The only way to currently use the coupons found is by going through their website. Click the “three line” icon, My Account, Apply Coupon at the bottom.

This app & website is a scam!!! They are only taking your info to use elsewhere. I had never signed up or downloaded it before & I tried to sign up on the website. After I created a Login, gave my email address, telephone # and a password. I was told I couldn’t register because of “account abuse”! I found that odd & thought surely it was a mistake! I screen shot it & emailed the support team! I received an email back from someone named “Jane” who basically said there’s nothing that they can do. Someone else must’ve registered with my information and that I had to find a new internet source to be able to register! If you’re the support team for an app who claims to deal with money, shouldn’t you be able to check who registered my phone number? & simply close the account if they can’t prove it’s their phone #? & Jane you are terrible customer support!!

So yeah after finally getting enough points to redeem for anything which already seemed impossible to me and a few of my friends we never thought it could happen until I finally got enough and then I cashed out for a twenty dollar card and they never sent it to me, so after a few days I emailed support and of course they never responded. I don’t know how they have such a good rating on here and apple needs to remove them from the App Store because this is messed up and it’s kinda scary because whoever these people are have access to anyone’s info/card and bank info when and if anyone makes a purchase and these people are frauds so yeah I would definitely be changing cards and all that if I made a purchase on here thankfully I didn’t but to anyone who has you should change all your stuff to ensure the safety of your accounts and what not. And this company isn’t BBB accredited which I did not know this previously or I would not have even wasted my time.

For those that wanna call it a scam, you are completely wrong. I’ve been playing ZitoBox for about a year now. And in that time, I have won the Facebook giveaway three different times and received a gift card. I’ve also cashed out my loyalty points that I’ve earned from playing multiple times for different gift cards that they offer on their site. Anytime I’ve had a problem, I’ve been able to contact support and they have been very helpful and have been very prompt in getting back with me. I’m not sure what these other people have experienced but I’m here to tell you that Zitobox has earned a loyal player in me.

I can say that it is definitely a legit game, I have won their Facebook thing for gift cards multiple times and have redeemed a gift card via game play on two occasions. No you’re not going to always win. No you’re not going to find a secondary income here. But if you’re here to have fun and maybe get a gift card here and there then yea you can do that. I’ve even needed to contact customer service once and they cleared up the issue I had promptly and courteously. Give them a try, you’re gonna waste your time playing something might as well do it where you might get a bonus.

I absolutely LOVE ZitoBox!! Not only do they give you free coins every Friday, every time they come out with a free new game they do as well!! I've won their Facebook trivia contest 4 times now !! Yay!! 💸 a $10 gift card just for entering their giveaway on Facebook!! Awesome!! They have a HUGE selection of slots & plenty of other entertaining games as well!! It's a little different than the rest of these "sweeps coins” slot games..on Zito box, you actually play for "loyalty points" .. and that's where you are able to "cash out" for gift cards of your choice. Just try it if you haven't yet!! Defiantly worth it!

These slots are so boring. There is barely any selection to choose from and the ones they do have are not very good at all. Almost each slot is just about the same as the last, same layout just different theme which are so basic and beyond boring . Also, in this app there are no explanations on what Zito points are, how you earn them or how much you earn for playing. When I peeped out the rewards it doesn’t even say how much the gift cards are worth. Say you trade in 1000 points for an e-card, is it loaded with 5 buck, 20 bucks, one dollar? Shouldn’t we know the value of the e-card we are saving up points for or using points to get? I am still giving this app a try but so far I am disappointed and bored.

One star is too much for them to receive. ZitoBox is an app from Jester Wins & Cleo’s Vip room . They are crooks! The app is faulty which is purposely from them. They have no loyalty to players. Google them I assure you, you will see the same negative reviews everywhere. They’re scammers and only want your money. The 250 coins daily is a joke. If you purchase coins watch how many times you spin without winning. I have videos of spinning over 30x’s without winning one time! Do NOT PLAY HERE OR AT ANY OF THEIR OTHER SITES. Please I beg you to research this company. You will be happy you did before wasting your money. I’m actually going to contact Apple and supply them with videos and supporting evidence how they’re cheating and how connection error is lost if you’re winning and show them videos of constantly spinning only losing.

I am very impressed with the Zito online slots app...I am 54 years old and finally went to Vegas for the first time in my life. It was everything and more. I missed the pandemic by 2 months,Thank the Lord!!! As far as playing slots online this is the closest I came to finding an app that is like the machines in Vegas. I hit in Vegas on the buffalo game and the one on here is exactly like that one (except I haven’t hit,lol). My only complaint is the price of chips is a little pricey and when the deals come through it’s always the pricier ones. Other than that it is my favorite!!!

Ive never done this before but feel a real need to. I’ve been playing ZITO for a long time now. I have hit jackpot after jackpot. I play their weekly contest and have won there too. They give you like 3000 to play on every week and 250 daily. I’ve played a lot of other places but this one is my favorite by far. I Love this app! If you follow their Facebook page, you can find awesome promo codes and opportunities to win gift cards aside from the ones you can earn by playing on the app. I’ve noticed when someone reaches out and has a question, Zitobox is right there to answer. This app isn’t like the fake apps that tell you can win if you just watch their ads and then they never pay. Zitobox sends your rewards. Definitely recommend.

At first I was kinda doubtful about this app because to be honest as soon as you download an app they always mislead you about it’s free no need of information acquiring... But as soon as I started playing I got free points .. rewards and all pretty much straightforward at the end I liked the app I rate it a 4 stars I mean I could of said 5 stars but come on to be honest there’s always need for improvements ...

Yes the games are great but if you have any problems like I have already 5 times with deposits they take there time like they don’t care about it. Been charged double I cases and can’t get a response over that. Literally just tried to buy coins and it took my money. Again this literally happened 6 times. There answers and customer loyalty is bogus. But yes the games are fun just don’t try to contact them or you will be at it for weeks. Just about to report then for again taken my money. And watch out for the payouts there not what they say. But again they will give you an excuse. Please don’t waste your money on this scam game.

I played this game for 3 months and was saving up on my zito points til I got to $50 gift card so I cashed out the next day I tryed to play the game and I was banned claiming I had someone else in my household playing the game. No one other then me in my household had a account so I sent my id like they asked and got my account reactivated but they took all my coins and points and my $50 giftcard never came thank god I didn’t spend money on this. It was a mistake on zitobox end that cost me. I had no one again in my household or a other account playing this game expect me

Opened my account and played with my free ten dollars. Games were decent and won a good amount of so called coins. Accumulated enough to buy two 25 dollars gift cards. Ordered them and checked on it later and it said error. So I tried again and still said error. Contacted customer service and was told my account has been suspended because there were multiple accounts made under my name and all my points are surrendered as well. I only made one account and the live chat agent was super rude and not helpful at all! Do not waste your time or money here it is all a bogus scam to get your information and sell it to third party companies!!!

I’ve been playing on Zitobox for many years , There are so many ways to get coins ! Free coin giveaways , trivia give aways , new promo codes and discount codes all the time on Facebook alone ! It’s an excellent way to play and not get carried away ! The prices are fantastic the site is one of the longest and reliable a lot these apps rip people ! I have never known or even heard any bad things about ZITOBOX! And all I wanna say is ZITOBOX ROCKZ!!!!!

Zitobox is the best game app to play where you can win and cash out for real gift cards. I enjoy playing lots of fun games here. Best part is I’m winning for gift cards at the same time. I don’t really write reviews but I will say I love these games and that you get bonus credits all the time!! It is definitely legit and they actually pay you…I got my gift card today!!! Once in June if 2022 and again in October 2022 and was paid with a digital American Express gift card sent to my email. It DID work because I used it. And not on their app only. I was able to add it to my Apple wallet and use it for whatever I wanted! THANKS again ZitoBox! I was starting to wonder if there REALLY was any LEGITIMATE Apps out there!

I am absolutely amazed with this app!!! I also follow them on Facebook. I was checking emails one day and saw that I had won a prize (American Express gift card). Tbh, I had completely forgot that I entered the contest. Yes the gift card was legit! I even used it to get my kids some school items! Single mom of 6 kids every little bit helps! It’s just like playing at the casino. You don’t win every time you go. You can’t go expecting to win for sure. ZitoBox is not like those apps you get and let you win an ungodly amount of coins, it’s to easy and not challenging at all so I get bored with them. I have cash in my points for gift cards several times already and never had a problem. I have won gift cards from the trivia games 3 times already and was awarded $10 American Express gift card each time. Whenever I have any technical issues with the game I would go through Messenger and they always respond.

The site is fun and is really legit! Scammers don’t give away money..they take your money and info! ZitoBox has paid me when I win.. and I’ve never put money in to play -only because it won’t accept my card payments for some reason. But I did actually win and receive a visa gift card by playing a trivia on their Facebook page.

I have been playing this game for several years now and am still making money on it. This is completely an honest and legitimate game but just like all games you win some and you lose some. Loyalty to the game is everything, so visit the Facebook page and interact for loyalty points as that is how you get winnings. Love this game!!

I’m ha ha because I won after the grisly long time it takes to get ZITO points/ which is different from your playing coins I cashed out at five did all the verification hoops only to receive an ERROR MESSAGE and an email from support that it’s up to their DISCRETION AFTER A REVIEW IF THEY WANT TO PAY…. I have played Hot Frozen Fruits all day today and have watched the random jackpots paid out. The whole list had one persons name on it over and over again. On the other hand I received not one of the random jackpots after 8 hours of playing so I raised my bet hoping to qualify for one of the threes jackpots but never received one. And I am still watching them being one over and over again . I’d like to know the trick to winning the jackpot at any level 8 times in a row. Could someone help me with that. This is one of the WORST apps ever. It’s prone to make you loose and then do what?? Spend money. No way?? You’ll have fun, no you won’t but you can get big wins, no you won’t do that either. The games aren’t that bad it’s the fact that with the tiny daily coins you’ll get about a whole 3 spins then you must make purchases to unlock new slots. Trust when I tell you don’t waste your time or money and if you do well you are a jackass and if you enjoy throwing money away I’ll give you my cashapp feel free to send right over.

As an avid online Gamer, I saw this app and was intrigued with the rewards offered for points accumulated... awkward very exciting slot games and table games… I have even made several purchases for additional coins for gameplay! I wish I could pick the number of lines when betting. Also it would be nice to have a way to tell what the minimum bet is on any certain slot before i load it all up and realize the min. I absolutely love zitobox! The games are great and you really do win gift cards! I have one issue. They claim that on fridays usa players get bonus coins. They used to just give them out but now theyre given to so many random customers. You get 250 coins a day bit most games cost 100 a spin….not happy with this! Otherwise great app!!

I just bought 15,000 coins and haven’t received anything. The money came out of my account and everything but never received the coins on the game. Something seems fishy about this game. I would like my coins I paid for or either a refund. Well it’s been 3 days and still waiting on my 15,000 credits I bought and still haven’t seen them.

-10 star rating. I had been playing for several months. I decided to cash out a measly $5 Walmart card. All of a sudden, I couldn't log in. Kept getting errors. I email them. The next day I get a response saying I'm banned for having multiple accounts. I only have ONE!. It's rather convenient they ban me a day after my gc request. They said if I send them a scanned copy of my identification, they will investigate reopening my account. What would my identification do to prove or dispel this?! I pray they're not identity thieves!

You start off with some coins to begin playing BUT if you lose those coins (which eventually everyone does) there is NO way to get free coins to play to be able to actually get a gift card instead coins have to be purchased and it’s $4.99 for 5,000 coins yet it’s 500 points to get a $5 gift card not worth it if when you gotta pay to play they should at least give some daily coins to players otherwise this app will go downhill REAL fast.
