Advantage app easy

The app is quick and easy to use .. especially with face recognition on phone

Better than the old one but still has large flaws

This version is better than the old one as far as interface, but I am still disappointed because bill pay will not submit my requests to pay bills. I still have to either log in on a computer or the bill website to pay which is time consuming and frustrating for me.

Having problems...

Just in the past 2 or 3 days, this app isn’t working like it usually does. I get error messages of app not available or services unavailable!! What’s going on?! When will this be fixed?! I’m getting app error unable to display your information! Again, what’s going on?? This has been happening over the past 2 days!

PLEASE CREATE A WAY TO MAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS VIA THE APP!

It’s 2021, the fact that there isn’t an easier way for customers to PAY YOU and their bills online or through the app is such a headache. Paying online with a credit/debit card requires a $10 convenience fee and sending checks is just snail mail which takes almost 2 weeks. Please create a way to pay car loans via the app or online easier!!!

Decent

The app has always worked fine. But now that I have an iPhone 14 I can’t do the check deposit because it keeps saying the phone isn’t rotated.

Something went wrong

Since the update the app won’t launch. I get an error message “something went wrong, application error”. Please help. Other than this new update I love the app!

Why do you charge $36 for over draft fees

I’m sick of this bank with the overdraft fees every time you look I’m a penny short overdraft. Thinking of leaving and moving my family to ESL with no overdraft fees

Not a good

Account doesn’t tell you that you’re negative. Still says money in the account but its really not. Please fix. This is a great bank but left another bank fee to the same situation

Hitting the Bill Pay app makes my iPhone shut the app off
