The app needs a lot of work. The speed settings are very confusing. It says it can go up to 30 but my speed can only be adjusted to 25? The self Checking info is inaccurate as my bike said everything is 100% but the break line needed to be fixed and the bike was sent with the horn NOT working. How can the app still say the bike is 100% ok? Battery also said 100% but the bike would not keep the charge despite switching out cords The password settings are in Chinese so if you accidentally press the wrong button & save, you’re stuck. No way to reset password without old one. Lastly, this app almost never updates. I’ve had this app for almost 6 months and nothing. Hoping the app gets better

I ordered two electric bikes from this company. Gave them the exact name and description of the bike that was built from their company and tried to order parts from them. The answer me back with nice, but stupid, replies bypassing The request for parts that I described with pictures. I truly don’t believe they understand the English language. I have sent many requests even attaching links to their own website! To no avail! They asked me to put the parts in the shopping cart, yet they sell very few generic parts that don’t even go to the bike I have nor does it describe specifically which bike it goes to. They massively put their name on a bike that I’m not even sure they build. Stay away from ANCHEER! Very reasonably priced bikes… But not worth it since you can’t order parts from them and no owners or service manual comes with the Ebikes! Bad business!

This app gives a lot of useful information but is lacking 3 critical things. 1) the ability to set a passcode. 2) the ability to lock and unlock through the app so no one can take it and ride it without owners consent. 3) The option to switch to MPH. this is important here in the USA. After all it is how we judges our speed. Please fix these things and it will be an amazing product.

I don’t know what’s wrong I don’t if it’s me or the bike or just something else lot if I can get it to connect I would be happy I don’t know if you can comment but please do tell me how to connect it

You can not adjust speed to 30 KM/H after 10 miles of riding like stated. Also if you go into the GPS function of the app it kicks you completely out of the app. This can be a great app if the bugs are fixed. Thank you

Downloaded this solely for the password functionality but the button to submit the new password doesn’t work. I was however pleasantly surprised by the amount of info it provides so points for that.

This app is good but the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the fact that you can’t change the speedometer to mph 😤

This app is fine but it doesn't give you any way to recover your password if you've forgotten it.

Can’t connect app through bluetooth to bike. no signal detected from the bike. Very disappointed and frustrated. Tried contacting customer service and got nowhere. Poor customer service. Despite the lousy app I do love the bike.

I’m unsure on how to connect the bike’s Bluetooth if anyone can let me know I would be very grateful

I have downloaded the DYU app hoping it’s just the app. Here it allows you to change ur speed setting only once you surpass the 10 mile range. If you turn the bike off have fun riding back up to 10 miles. PLEASE FIX THE SPEED TO BE FULLY ADJUSTABLE WITH NO LIMITATIONS

I love my ANCHEER bike. I’ve been using it daily for an 8 mile ride to work for a few weeks now. The bike itself is great but the app needs a lot of work. - I have 10.9km on my bike and still cannot adjust the speed to 30km/h - the text at the top of the screen to show speed/ distance is white with a white background - I bought my bike used and cannot change the password - the startup options are blank but do function. One is for assisted start and one you have to push off to start.

The scooter is cool. But it seems they have up on the app. Capitalists will dispose of your utilities when the utilities do not provide the largest profit margins. Train for a future without capitalists.
