Hide Apps is truly an app that I have not found that can do this well. The ability to cọmpletely hide apps from the App Library and home screen without leaving any trace is a very impressive symbol. Apps that I don't want others to see are now cọmpletely gone but still easily accessible when needed. The most special thing is that this app does not share Apple's security system but can set a separate password, making me feel extremely safe and secure. An app that deserves 5 stars!
So far I like this app. App Lock seems to do everything as advertised. Setup is easy and intuitive. I am going for the yearly membership but may switch to lifetime later. My suggestions to make this app a five star app. First, a trial period would be nice, maybe two weeks. Second, change the icon. Make it something that doesn't look like what it is. Maybe a calculator or metric conversion app. And third, DO NOT ask for a password when opening the app. This is a dead giveaway something valuable is inside. Rather ask for something like "Ounces to grams?" or, "What would you like to convert?" This would prompt the user to enter the password. No giveaways to anyone that this is app has valuable information inside. Thank you!
I've tried a lot of hidden apps but this App is truly the best I've ever used! It's easy to use and does exactly what it advertises - hides the apps I want hidden without affecting the user experience. I looked for it in the App Library and couldn't find the app I needed to hide anymore thanks to the tutorial. Thanks to App lock Hide Apps, I no longer have to worry about others seeing my personal apps.
I pay for the premium but there is no option to hide pictures. If there is, I can’t even get help because my safari browser says the site can’t be trusted and won’t let me continue (even though it’s the address given in the App Store). There is also no help option in the app itself. -update- I got the same generic response as everyone else. The “contact the developer” link still won’t let me access the site same as before. Very disappointed. It would be nice if the developer actually reads what I have to say and sent me an email address or something.
It puts apps in a locked folder inside the app, but when I go back to my Home Screen and App Library it is still there. That is what I was trying to avoid.
I been searching Apple Store for an app that will hide certain apps that I wouldn’t want anyone to have access to. I download and purchase few app that would’ve even work properly to store apps which there specification is say . Finally I found your apps thank for your wonderful intelligence in creating apps such as this. Hope to see more
I found it helped me with a few things I needed, I had problems with pictures and the app needed to be stored privately so my kids and other people who borrowed my phone couldn't see it. I downloaded this application and found it worked quite effectively, hiding photos and storing passwords, in addition to locking messaging applications. Great!
The app doesn’t actually have the ability to hide or lock apps. All they do is provide you with instructions to do it yourself in a way that doesn’t work. I want a separate custom password that isn’t tied to the standard password on my phone…but this app doesn’t allow it and the process they provide doesn’t do anything that apples own Hidden folder does. This is a scam app, and it’s pretty clear they don’t give a free trial because they know that no one would pay for it if they realized what they are actually purchasing. Do not recommend
I reset my phone and it’s trying to tell me to buy my subscription again??
What can I do in my subscription I paid for a year days I am good until October 2023 but when I go to in my phone now after I reset it it trying to tell me I have to pay for my subscription again. I thought all I info would of been saved????

I have quite a lot of photos and apps that need privacy, to avoid my wife and kids being able to see it, and this app helps me solve that problem quite effectively. I like it even though the price of the app is a bit high but the effectiveness makes me satisfied. 🤑🥰
If you're looking for an app to simply add some security to apps on your phone this COULD be it but it's not really complete and there is a sub. What could you possibly need a recurring subscription for? I would consider just buying it but to pay for it in perpetuity is absurd. Also, read some of the other reviews of people's issues and pay attention to the response. It's clear they are using an auto responder. Is that the kind of customer service YOU want to spend your money for? Not me...

I bought a trial Premium monthly package and found that the app effectively helps me lock apps, and it also helps me hide sensitive images and videos. I will cancel the monthly package and buy a lifetime package to save money. I wonder if I will get a discount? 💕💕
Has a secure password login and does allow you to put apps in the application so they are not visible on your desktop, but you can just search for the app in the app store and the app will come up with “open” and you just click that to open it, bypassing the password needed to open from within “app lock”.
You are able to store apps within this app, but it does NOT remove app from App Library, which is what I wanted. Thank God I only did a month subscription. Canceled immediately after finding it still shows app in library. Also, pretty obvious that you are hiding apps if THIS app cannot be relabeled or is even camouflaged as a “dummy” app for instance, “Calculator”. Yes you can remove it from your HOME SCREEN but it goes directly into the App library and clearly states -HIDE, LOCK APPS. So pretty obvious.
I wanted for the photo app and settings app to be hidden so my son doesn’t keep deleting my photos when using my phone. It won’t hide either of them. It’ll show up on the library of hidden apps, however it also still pops up via search and stays on App Library. What a waste. When I went to contact support about this issue the support button isn’t even attached to anything. I want my 7$ back 😅
I bought the lifetime plan and used the in-app features in a very useful way. I can hide apps that I don't want my wife to see. Thank you ✌️ I give this review to support the developer with the hope that they will have more good apps

Certainly did not lock apps I put the app in the app locker went back over to the home screen and couldn’t open the app right up. I wanted an app that will lock the app so when I let somebody use my phone they can’t just hit on my Gmail and see what’s going on in my Gmail. I can safely let them use my phone with my apps locked. Is that so hard to ask for I swear to God I hate iPhone.
I tried buying the lifetime subscription and struggled. Luckily, after following the instructions, I finally successfully hide the application from App Library. Thank you for your enthusiastic support.

I was trying to test this app out to see if it’s good enough to hide my apps, but I didn’t really like it that much so I tried to delete it and search for something else, but it doesn’t show up on my homepage or in my settings so I can’t delete it.
When I hide apps, I can still see the app in the App Library and the app can be accessed . What is the purpose of hiding apps if it can be accessed through App Library.

I think it’s a good app nil but the name and icon kinda give it away and why should I have to pay to store or hide things from people who might have access to my phone. You shouldn’t have to pay for it. 🫤😕🙁☹️

This is app is totally a waste of money. I purchased the premium membership and does not work at all. I followed the tutorial but completely did do what the tutorial was showing. To make things worst, it completely messed up all apps. It did not hide my apps, it disorganized my apps! I WANT A REFUND!!!!

Useless without purchasing an expensive subscription
Please be aware that this app does not even allow you to do anything except a “tutorial” which does not even allow a real app to be protected, only a fake tutorial app, without the purchase of an expensive subscription. $16 per month.
I just bought this app and I was hopping using to use to for my child’s iPad. But it keep crashing and it won’t open. Not sure if it’s the app or because the iPad is older, ether way, it’s should not be on the App Store if it won’t work or every iPad that it show up on. I want my money back.
It absolutely does not hide any app not even one star is worthy. It appears that you have a hidden app after you delete it but it’s not within the safe and you have to re-download the app and it appears on your home screen, so what’s the point???
They make you purchase before you can actually try the app. Once you purchase they then show you screen shots on how to lock your apps for FREE through the limit timer on your iPhone. I got scammed.
It will ask for ether a subscription or for $30 for the app to actually work. But it literally just tells you how to use your app restrictions on your phone. If you want to block apps, look it up on the internet and save yourself the scam.
I bought the lifetime membership but can’t get out of tutorial mode. I added apps but only in tutorial mode so the apps to want to hide are not actually hidden. Please help.
It can’t hide anything, can’t passcode anything. All the tutorial is just to make you think you can do it. Look at all the reply by the admin/mod to the negative review, they are pretty much just a copy with just a different name posted. Why doesn’t Apple remove this scam app?
Completely use less app. You pay for the subscription and all it does is show you how to lock using screen time limits. Doesn’t actually lock any screens or hide any either. Complete scam do not give them your money.
Hi I don’t mean to be rude but uh i just have a big problem. The app doesn’t even work! I don’t really know what I was expecting but it only works in the app. It doesn’t protect my apps at all. Even if you tried, the app opens before it brings up the “enter your password” so…
I’m writing this review as I’m using this app, and it does not work like they say it does. I tried to hide a couple apps & they are still accessible from my mobile desktop. I give this app two thumbs down.
This app does NONE of the tasks it advertises! It lures you to buy the subscription because the free trial has nothing of value to offer, then when you buy it, the features it seemed to offer aren’t really there. I feel like an idiot, falling for this big scam. I was miserably robbed.

False. I’d give this app 1 star. The developers did not implement a feature to simply “lock apps”. Waste of money. I wish there was only a refund period within the first 12hrs of purchasing something like this.
