I have used this app for a long time and haven’t had any trouble until now! Every time I go to look at something or for instance I’m trying to add an account number I get the same thing over and over and it says “OOPS! Something went wrong on our end, try again!” I can’t even login now!!! Very frustrating!!!
This app doesn’t work - neither does the website. It seems others have been having the same issue for awhile ever since updating a website. You’d think with the amount of electric bills plus a recent upcoming rate increase they could improve customer service. This past bill after waiting an entire month thinking surely things would be fixed to pay my bill - didn’t happen. This results in having to write a check and mail or call which is all automated and takes FOREVER on top of an additional charge. Get it together for your customers. Every other utility company I deal with around my area has a functioning website for customers at the least.
I got this app after I signed up for paperless billing because the post office wasn’t mailing my bills consistently. I can not make a payment on the app. Never have been able to. It always says: “sorry something happened on our end. Please try again later.” I wait a couple of hours and the same thing happens. I have to end up calling and making a payment that way. The only thing is app is good for is checking to find out what my monthly balance is. Period. If your app does not do what it is suppose to then why have it?
I used to love this app. So easy to pay my AEP bill but recently, it’s down more than up. It erroneously rejected a payment I made saying there was no account found even though I had been using this app and same account for months and the account number was clearly on record. I deleted app and reinstalled and it took payment but it caused AEP to charge me a fee for returned payment. I’ll be deleting this app permanently and use auto pay.
I’ve seen several reviews talking about not being able to get past the login screen. The app worked perfectly fine until the most recent update they did. So now it just says oops try again later and it won’t let me past the login screen so like please AEP fix this issue. There is a lot of people including myself who pays their bills on this app now.
Horrible app and horrible company. They think they can just jack your bill up and say you have unusual activity but you can’t talk to nobody on the chat, can’t look up usage, nothing. I’ll be contacting Attorney General’s office come Monday. So sick of these companies wanting every dime you got but give crap customer service.
This app is useless it does not have credit card support it just redirects you to the same site you would use on the web. There needs to be a card pay option in the app that remembers my information.
I’ve been using the app for quite some time now and never had issues with it until the recent update. I reset my password and yet I still can’t get on the app. Please fix
I’ve used this app since I discovered it a couple years ago. It’s really great until recently. Something is wrong and it will no longer let me login. Please someone fix this issue.
Everytime I login, I get “Opps! Something went wrong on our end.l, please try again.” I log right into the website self-service area just fine. This app worked up until two months ago.
Loved this app until the last update. Very disappointed I’m not able to quickly and easily make payments b/c I’m unable to get any further than the log in screen!
This app never works. Always says “OOPS, there’s a problem on our end.” No joke, the problem is your app is terrible and 99.9% of the time completely USELESS. It’s just aggravating.
Gonna charge $2.95 to pay bill through this app. Have to have the paperless billing option to pay for free.. My other utilities and bills I can pay for free with their apps.

This company is a horrible company that takes full advantage of customers they have the highest prices and have the most unreliable service in our area if you can stay away from this company I would strongly suggest that!! Your bill will average 150-170 dollars more than other companies in the region but they have a monopoly and we need to stop them call your state representatives and let’s make this company pay for its greed and unwillingness to help its own customers!!
You would think they could design an app that works.Can’t see usage or other items but it sure will let you make a payment.I will be going back to paper.
