Over half the time When theres a call out I get a notification from the app but my phone doesn’t ring and when I ask the person who initiated the call about this issue they say either it went straight to voicemail or it says user unavailable and there’s other people at my work who have the same issue . This version is just as much junk as the one before
Once again it logs you off automatically and doesn’t tell you it’s doing it. Why not send the user a message by text that they need to re-logon? We use this thing because we want to work. This app does not perform the function it’s meant to. I have lost two trips with scheduling saying I didn’t respond. I had responded on ARCOS just like always. This app is totally unreliable.
They made this new app even worse! The old one was way better. You could see who’s working, on normal shift, on rest. Now you can’t see anything. This new one always says biometric login or some thing you have to do in settings, I have no idea what that is and can’t figure it out. If I could give this app zero stars I would ! Bring back the old one !
This app is worse than the old one … it keeps kicking me off.. and I have to constantly sign in .. sometimes I have to delete app and reinstall to sign in .. now it won’t even let me sign in .. I am not authorized!!! This app needs to go into the garbage and bring back the old one … at least I was able to use that one..
Every person on call lists look available on (green) even if they are listed as not. Much easier on the old app where they were color coded yellow when person was called in/on vacation. UI is clunkier than old app too. Very disappointing.
Terrible app, constant problems logging in. Cannot use previously used email, supposed to create a new outlook email??? Constant logging out even though I want to stay logged in. Unfortunate the company uses this app. Do us all a favor and incorporate biometrics.
Have to update the app pretty much every time you use it. What you able to do on the app is also very limited. Might as well save a ton of money and have your management team call people out instead.
Don’t see any improvement from the older regular version of arcos. Now with this version can not scroll down the call list to see where you are on the list.
Regularly logs me off, have to continually re log in to view call outs. Also half the time I acknowledge a callout I get an error about a call tree or something along those lines. Terrible app.
Doesn’t load, forces log out every week. Won’t load back in and have to install and un-install the app to have any shot. Single sign on doesn’t work. Password expires daily. Such a worthless app
Worse than the first version. Terrible design. Need a magnifying glass to read the fonts and no color contrast. Logs you off constantly like old version. I’ve lost lots of money due to the inability to answer call out.
So sick of these apps constantly crashing. Its nonstop logs you out, stops working, get it finally working and then it stops again. So frustrating. Wish company would use someone else
Please update rosters to show who’s been called/working a call out. The old app will show everyone’s status but the plus app does not do the same. Please fix!!
New arcos is horrible. Very poor design and very unstable. Almost lost big$ because of this. Use the original version if at all possible. They made a poor app even worse
Probably could be a good app if they spent some time addressing the 130 complaints on here. Constantly logged off. Can’t log in with a pin. UI is horrible. You made the app, why give up on it?
It’s not looking good. App keeps crashing as I am trying to log in. It randomly crashes at various stages of login process on iPhone 11Pro with latest IOS.
I thought the first ARCOS app wasn’t great. This one is way worse doesn’t accept callouts when I hit respond, harder to navigate and not as user friendly
It’s not easy to make an updated app worst then the original but they did it. It would be nice if the makers of this app put just a little effort into it 👎
Update - 8/20/23: The app’s login process is leaps and bounds better than where it started. Staying logged in and utilizing the facial recognition when I need to login is great. I would like to see a feature where I can click the callouts worked and callouts not worked to see the details of them and id also like to see an option to follow the system for dark mode. ———————————————————————— Update - 12/15/22: It seems that the latest update has addressed the logging out issue. In the future I would like to see a feature where I can click the callouts worked and callouts not worked to see what the callouts were. ———————————————————————— The new app has a much better user interface than the old one. That being said, you need to address logging me out every time I leave the app. I need to be able to stay logged in so that I can actually respond to callouts in a timely fashion. What is so hard to understand about that? Also, utilize facial recognition for log in so I don’t have to type this password every time that I have to log in, which is every time that I open the app. STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
