Hey Autobell, I love your car wash and the app works great but one thing I think could help improve both customer satisfaction and profit stream for your company is exploring doing an interior only service. I have a sports car that I am not willing to bring through the wash because I only hand wash it so I don’t risk any paint scratches. That said, I’d love to bring it by Autobell just to get an interior job done once a week or every other week. I’m sure many of your customers can relate to this! Other than that though love the job y’all do. Looking forward to hopefully seeing this updated one day!
You have a great car wash but your phone app has been a disaster for years so I canceled a couple of years ago. Now I saw ads for your new app that touts “sharing “. What a misnomer that is. All you can do is put more than one car on the app but only one customer with the app on their phone can bring the vehicles to the car wash. So if I add my wife’s car on the unlimited plan, I am the only one that can bring it to the car wash unless she has my phone with her. Who can do that when today most of us depend on our phone numerous times a day to survive. Your development team must all be bachelors and just don’t get how the world works today. You just lost hundreds of dollars a month recurring revenue. “Sharing” is really false advertising and many of the other reviews I have read illustrate that people signed up not knowing that term was meaningless.
The best ever car wash, they really clean up your car. I have been satisfied every since I went there and now I glad I went. The guys are very friendly, I am so happy for this car wash, they great with senior citizens. This is A1 car wash. Thank you guys for all you do and you do a amazing job and that why I have a membership the day y’all open, Thank you again, I appreciate each in every one you♥️♥️♥️😊🎉
Your app has come a long way. It is real easy to use and I’m loving the pollen pass. I’ll keep this when the three months are up. If you’re interested, I think the app could be even better by adding more upgrades. When I purchased the pass, I was told if I wanted to upgrade to any of your services, already having the pass would save $10 on (for instance) a super poly process. One day I came and wanted a pass wash and add on a scent. Another I wanted to add a tire shine. You have the opportunity to add a bunch of add ons that make you money and make it easy for me by using the app. Thank you
I have been a loyal customer of this Autobell location since it opened, and both my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars here. However, we have noticed a significant decline in service quality since Jerome, the previous manager, left. Recently, I have been going to the Autobell at Concord Mills instead, but today I was unable to do so. Unfortunately, my wife shares my dissatisfaction with this location and dislikes going there now. During my visit today, I had to vacuum my truck myself after going through the car wash and I had already begun drying it before an employee came out to assist me. There were 3 employees standing at the car wash entrance as I went through. There were NO others cars there. Ridiculous!
Pretentious, ostentatious, and generally worthless
This app not only doesn’t work, it’s now demanding I “sign” a use agreement. The app will not allow me to schedule a wash before I leave my house, I doesn’t recognize our local AutoBell when I’m within 200 feet of the place. AutoBell has been trying for months to get people download their app, while not paying attention to the fact that people don’t use apps that are more trouble than using more primitive means of paying for services. Now, with due to AutoBell’s crazed signature requirements for their worthless app, I am finally compelled to give up on the idea that their app will ever be worth using, and join the growing throng of iPhone users deleting the AutoBell app.
App’s functionality is Confusing even to your own employees. Members should be able to select a standard service, Not have “multiple additional services” offered at the time of wash. This only complicates what was already purchased. If you want confusion and uncertainty, do nothing. If wish to ensure customers are fully satisfied with not only the Great services they purchase, improve your app so your very own employees have the ability to easily share and discuss the value of your Great services as well as the App itself. I purchased the unlimited plan to try out for a month. My husband and I share a car and found that this app is so unfriendly to car sharing. The app only allows one phone to be registered. Even though we can only bring the car with the one license plate through the wash with the unlimited plan. This makes absolutely no sense. I have to take his phone to the Autobell to run the car through. Very inconvenient for him and for me. Or he has to always be the one to take the car through even if he doesn’t have time. Someone dropped the ball on this weird app requirement.
I can’t be the only person who has a multi-car account with multiple drivers. It escapes me, then, why this new app doesn’t accommodate that set of circumstances. So as it STILL stands, only one phone in the family can be enabled for car washes. That’s short-sighted planning, at best. Otherwise, the new app seems to perform OK. And, of course, the car wash itself is top notch. I would have given it five stars if I could access my account from multiple phones.
I am registered for the exterior unlimited plan. I have not been successful in upgrading to other options when I get to the car wash for example I want to get the Manager Special and I can’t do it from this application. Nobody in the car wash has been able to do it.
The app is difficult to use… You have to verify yourself every single time you use it… You can’t have multiple people iand multiple cars on one account. If you want to take your wife’s car to get washed for example, you have to bring her phone because you cannot have her car on your app. I dare anybody to try and send feedback straight to auto bell through the app, they make you jump through mini hoops and pages of check boxes and verifications before you’re even allowed to do that. I’m guessing all the positive reviews on this app were left by employees
I unknowingly had an unlimited account instead of a pay as you go account. There was no confirmation email, no monthly check-in, no information at all. I’m sure they are preying on people like me who don’t use the car wash very much. I used the car wash 6 times in 8 months. When I called to let them know what happened, they basically said “too bad.” They did not even offer a single wash coupon even though I spent almost $400 with them and received about $110 in washes. (Not to mention the $5 I tip each time I go. Buyer beware!! There’s no communication whatsoever!
It’s a very convenient and easy to use app. However I wish there were more features such as adding the various cleaning and add-ons that they have at each location. Also it would be nice if we could somehow include a tip generator on the app. There are many times where I don’t carry cash. I have used my card to print out a tip ticket for the crew. But today the card machine was not working so I unfortunately could not tip them. I felt horrible.
I just got the app and cannot remove or edit a vehicle. I made a mistake entering in the vehicle information and am unable to edit it. This is probably a simple problem with an easy bug fix but it’s keeping me from making an actual purchase. If I’m the only one with this problem it’s only losing them a few hundred bucks. If I’m not then they could be losing a ton of business unknowingly. I will gladly change this review when they get it fixed. Until then come on Autobell y’all have a great thing going don’t screw it up with an app glitch.
Be aware that you can load an account only on a single phone, so if you share a car, only one of you will be able to get carwashes with your account. I reached out to Autobell multiple times about this and never even received a response. I tried it for two months, but since my wife couldn’t go through the carwash, too, using her phone, we couldn’t make good use of the wash plans through the app.
At times after purchasing the $7 exterior add-on I don’t get the service. I typically go through wash 3-4 times per week and at least once the add-on doesn’t work (it’s noted as purchased on the receipt). Also, nobody ever cleans truck/SUV roofs so soon as you drive off all the water pours over the vehicle just hand dried. Would like to see an option to add tip in the app versus getting my card out and having to make an additional purchase.
I’ve been to multiple locations and every one does an extremely poor job. The kids they have drying and cleaning the inside only care about their tip. They all have poor work ethic and they can’t even dry a vehicle correctly. It’s not hard but for whatever reason they cannot do it properly. Every time I have to do it right in front of them or when I get home. I seen a couple kids counting their tip money at least 4-5 times while I was waiting for my truck to get finished.
I have an exterior only monthly plan and on a number of occasions, I’ve wanted to add interior cleaning. However, the app won’t give me an option to do that, and today the staff was unable to add this service as well. This is not only costing to company revenue, but frustrating this customer to the point he’s considering canceling his service with Auto Bell.
Both young boys were rude. 7 minutes exactly they were done, when it's suppose to have been a full detailed job ! Dirt and hair was everywhere, they never wiped nothing done when I said something the one youngan snatch the card to charge me again for another 15 dollars and walked away talking under his breath being smart, VERY RUDE. One of them kept slamming my seat back. As I'm waiting on my car another gentle pulled back up complaining about his truck being the same way! Do not come here a waste of money!
App database for does not contain a very common truck in the US
Autobell database does not contain the Dodge Ram 1500 Truck…I would very much like to see a picture of my truck instead of looking at generic cars on my app when I pay so much money to have the car washed. I don’t think this is a hard fix.
I’m a new user to the app and my first experience was horrible. I tried signing up for one of the unlimited plans and the app would not accept my card information. I called customer service for help and was told tech support would need to research and follow up with me… no eta on when that should occur. The online site does not give me the option to add a method of payment. What’s the point of signing online to your profile if it doesn’t have the same functions as the app?
Actually did not expect the app to be so easy and glitch free. Well done !! After using for a couple of weeks, I will echo other feedback. Hard to understand why only 1 phone can access the app. Awfully cumbersome if you have a multi vehicle plan.
We have one car and two of us drive it. Since the ap can only work with one phone it’s difficult when the one who put it on their phone isn’t the one going by Autobell. The tag number should work in your system! I bought the service for the CAR not the driver of the car! Your employees can’t seem to give us an answer as to how a different driver can take the car through the line! HELP PLEASE!
I really like the app aesthetically and the ease of using it. The only problem I came across was trying to select “Start a wash” when I was at one of the locations and it said I was not close enough to a location. An employee also tried helping me but he couldn’t get it to work either.

If you don’t have this unlimited car washes you need to go to your local Auto Bell and purchase this unlimited washes, you will not regret this unlimited gift you got yourself or someone you love and care about
Wish i could leave a tip somehow. Auto bell should at least have the option to leave a few extra bucks for great service. Kids are out here working in direct sunlight. Auto-bell should put up shades and fans. NOT COOL!
Have a different login for each vehicle so our daughter can get our cars washed WITHOUT having to take our business phones. I am sure people try to use different cars on same unlimited washes, but a separate login for each vehicle would solve this problem. Please consider changes this is very inconvenient. Unfortunately the app is garbage because if you have more than one vehicle you can’t both login to the app on two devices. So only one person can bring the vehicle to get it washed. It doesn’t make any sense, who’s going to borrow somebody’s phone to go get the car washed. They need to have a family application that will allow each member to access their vehicles plan. Whoever came up with this application was obviously not switched on.
Just took my car in for a full wash with a five dollar tip. The young man drying my car didn’t clean the steering wheel or the leather panel under the drivers side window. When I remarked to him that I for these prices the leather steering wheel should be cleaned. He sneered at me and said I am only required to dust the steering wheel not clean it. I have been going to this Autobell for over 15 years. Since when do teenagers talk back to a long time customer like this? Shame on Autobell!
I have been a monthly client for 10 years with you Autobell. About a month ago you asked us all to sign up for this app. I am all in favor of things working easier. This app is the worst. I have been on it just over a month and i have only been able to get two car washes for two cars. The app freezes, does not want to work when you show up. There are several other issues but i think this is enough. I will be dropping you and going down the street.
Just signed up for the membership. Nowhere on this app am I able to see when my next payment will be deducted or what card is being used. I’m assuming it’s the same day of the month I signed up but that’s just guess. What if I wanted to change the card/bank on file? Do you bill on a different date than I signed up. So many questions….
I got the superior wash package. If I go only twice it saves me money. I end up going 4-5 times a month. Great for a quick wash - can use it for either exterior or full interior/exterior wash. They work hard and do a great job!
Your location "search feature" list is terrible on this app!! ie. You show only company locations, not franchise which is "controlling" the location of customer choice location to company only OR your app list is not updated!! The location I have used when I lived in Snellville, Ga. was the one you closed on Hwy. 78 Main Street in Snellville,Ga., then closed and located the one on 4175 Stone Mtn. Hwy. Lilburn, Ga (not listed) The only time I can use Autobell Car Wash is when visiting my daughter in Bethlehem Ga. I'm 50 miles soth from Nasville, Tn. (One of the most "difficult" metro areas to find full service Carwash locations!) What Does this mean to you??? Stan Watson Jr.
I got to the page where it says “start your wash” to sign up for the unlimited free month. The screen that shows the car with water raining down on it has been stuck there for the last five minutes. I have tried to exit out of the app completely and every time I go back in to that screen that car shows up.
The guys & one gal, always clean, vacuum, and wipe down my GMC pickup truck. They never complain, they always do a “five-star” job. This car wash is also efficient, they have a system and it WORKS!! Happy Customer
The app works pretty good. The only issue that pops out is that when you try pull down the tool bar to adjust the screen brightness as you were at the scanning screen, it takes you back to the home page and tells you that you’ve used the voucher.
For some strange reason they seem to never dry the top of my car, and as soon as I drive all the water comes down the front so everything that was dry is no longer dry. I have a brand new truck & there’s always dust on the dash center console etc… very frustrating!! Might look into going somewhere else
The Autobell app is easy to navigate and use, very user-friendly. As for service prices are reasonable at the Autobell I go to and the employees are polite, and very conscious of the work they do. I’ve never had a bad experience at Autobell.
I wanted unlimited wash plan to gift to my wife, but the app won't open. The red circle spins around to 100%, and then freezes. Oh well, maybe they'll get their app working again soon.
Tried to sign up for a plan numerous times, kept erroring even when starting from scratch. Finally figured out you have to allow app to use location to even sign up for a plan. This really needs to be stated clearly, I almost gave up entirely on Autobell.
They always do an amazing job!! If you notice something you need them to fix they DON’T give you that look like “What it’s not good enough?” They are great! The other Autobell are ok, but this one is the BEST!!
it is a joke and a nuisance especially when you can’t have it on two phones. It has the information what vehicles are active. this apps deficiencies defeat the purpose of unlimited washing monthly purchases for two vehicles but only one phone can use it. I almost want to make fun of this app to my wife’s 25,000 instagram followers but that seems cruel. you need to figure a way out to have it multiple devices.
I had been using the app for months. They decided to update their app. The app wouldn’t update when I tried to get a wash. After 20 minutes of trying I decided to cancel my paid up membership. They canceled my membership and kept the money for rest of the month. I’m paid through the 31 yet I can’t get a wash on the 23rd. I had to pay for a wash since I couldn’t back out. These people are thieves.
I’m happy with Autobell. But lately people that work there not washing cars are they should. I have full service. But my car always left half dirty, dusty, not wiped properly inside/outside. Been telling this to people to finish properly but it’s always extra waste of time sitting there
Your app is very difficult to to upgrade for a full service wash when you have the unlimited drive thru program. I would upgrade more if I didn’t have to get assistance from your service people. Thanks
The app update was a dismal failure. The ability to use the app on one device is a very poor design and will make me delete my unlimited plans today. I have used Autobell for many years and have passed other car washes closer to my home to use Autobell but now I will stop and give them a try. It appears customer commends really don’t matter because I see no change in the app so I will take my business elsewhere.
Why can’t multiple devices be associated/connected to the same account? We have one (1) person paying the monthly bill for two (2) different vehicles and the “new” app only works one one device. So if I want to go to Autobell then I have to wait for my wife to get home before I can leave so that I can use her phone b/c the app only is functional on her phone…
I love this App! However, your people need to be trained to guide cars correctly so they don’t damage their car. The person who guided me up today was busy talking to his co workers causing me damage
I bought a wash and when I went back to the app a couple of days later, the app crashed while I was looking at my account. I reopened the app and the wash package I paid for was no longer available. I sent a message through the app and an email asking for a credit and never received a response. I will probably not use this merchant ever again.
Can’t add multiple cars to the same account between two devices
Won’t let you have two cars on two different devices. In other words if you pay for your spouses vehicle plan, they have to set up an account. And vice versa. I own both vehicles, why can’t I put both of them on two separate devices?? What if I drive her car? I have to log into two separate accounts?
