Makes it nice to be able to match your part up and not have to deal with someone that when u ask for a price on a transfer case asking you if it’s 2wd or 4wd
When Looking up parts and getting a quote it’s very misleading. Commercial price compared to list price looks great and seem like there is room to profit or just give customers a good deal. But the list price seems to be off. I’ve had a few customers call and be quoted a much lower price then what I give them . I base my price and deals off of list price and. Commercial price but it’s made me not look so honest bc a customer can sometimes get the parts for almost same price I am given. Can the list price and my price be explained so that I have a better understanding of pricing
Unless it has functionality beyond VIN lookup, this doesn’t change anything, especially since the license plate look-up on the desktop version is just as accurate given Autozone’s info (they can only look up YMME; they can’t identify differences between HD and standard chassis, which alternator amperage a vehicle has, what diameter rotor, etc.). If there were a way to submit an order via this app there would be a value component, this just feels like they’re playing catch-up with WorldPAC and NAPA and others who have had this functionality and more for many years. The AZPro site is great, just use that and save phone space.
I manage a quick lube right next to an AutoZone. Tried to use this app to order parts for my customers every day for 6 days in a row, but it never opens. Just shows me a white screen. Worked the first and second day I got it, but not since then. I still have to call the commercial manager to order parts and then it takes them 30 minutes to get me the part....I’m only a quarter mile away! The O’Reillys 3 miles away is much faster.
Helps identify the vehicle fast, I don’t have to rely on the tech to put down correct vin But would give it better rate if I could order parts, even common parts like air filter and cabin filter, brake packages, this app helps move the pro site faster but the app could do more
I have no vehicles under manage vehicles what’s the point of this application thenI can’t see my customers there’s so many things I can’t do any information I can is a jumbled mess I’ve already left my Feedback they have so much work to do it’s not even funnyI have many years in the information technology sector and other industries so I’m just not realistically an end-user over here I do more than justVehicle servicing
This apps as big of joke as there parts !😂 Autozone has went down hill fast! Not only does their parts blow and I have to call 4 to 6 stores before I find someone that knows how to make a payment over the phone !! They hire some winners . Think it’s time to find a news store for sure . The app is useless can’t even search part ?? Why make a app?
Crashes constantly then I have to call the store or I order something and then the store says it didn’t come through even though on my end it says it did
Installed the app and can’t even sign in. Called the web support to have them go over it and all they say is “yeah. There’s a known issue. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it” Did that twice. Then they say “yeah. It’s not working for you” Pretty pointless waste of space at this juncture.
Why can you make it to where we can access our account and order from same app. That would make it more efficient in a shop. We can decode Vin numbers already. This app is useless.
So it just saves my cars on here? Is that really all it does? Just identify cars? That is completely useless. If I’m able to put in part order on here then it’s worth it. Otherwise is just a waste of space in my phone.
Like why does this app exist. Pretty much a waste of space as autozone doesnt seem to make good apps that actually Help you. The regular autozone app doesnt even work. Half a star
