Great overall

Hello to biubiu team. I have been using your application for two years. It gave me a great and smooth connection, even while considering Irans internet speed. But ever since your last update, the app doesn’t open fully and is stuck in the ((loading)) page. Fixing this bug would be great^_^

Crash System!

Ever since I installed it, it crashes when I connect the program and after a while it connects again. Generally, if you click on the options at the top of the program, this is a problem and it is because of the advertising window. Every time the window does not move, it lasts for 1 second. The program does not lag. It works, but when it moves, the program locks. Recently, the software does not work at all because the Mac operating system crashed twice because of the program. I remember that the program used 4 GB of RAM due to the program crashing. Please give an update to remove the advertisement window inside the program so that we can use the software.

Premium but not premium

I paid for the premium version, but every-time i want to connect it shows me ads!! Also some times it show me the page to subscribe! I already paid, why should i see the subscribe window it see ads?! Some times it connects but nothing loads. I have to disconnect and connect again! Updated on 21th March The ads problem solved. Thanks for the app support. Another disturbing issues. When you open the app, its opens the purchase page “upgrade to premium”and this is while i already have the subscription! And more disturbing is that by touching “ restore purchase “ nothing happens! I have to turn on another VPn and again touch the “restore purchase” or even go to account page and enter the token! Imagine I don’t have the second Vpn, how can i use this one?

Premium Failure

I bought 1 year subscribtion. But due to some problems of connection I forced to remove and install the application 4 or 5 times . Unfortunately restore purchase doe not work although see the congratulations message that you are premium user now !! . In device management I can’t see any registered device that enable you to remove any device. Now I have paid annually for premium subscription, and because of several times uninstall and install the app my premium access is gone and all happened on only one phone ( my iphone). I asked support by ticketing but there is no any answer till yet . Biubiu needs improvement and enhancement in purchase process , therefore I strongly do not recommend in-app purchase .

Trouble with connecting

I have been using the app for more than 1 year in Iran , premium account, it was ok during this period but unfortunately recently I have problems getting connected to any servers ,I don’t is it related to censorship or the app itself?!

Too many Ads

The app used to be very helpful and efficient but after the update there are way too many advertisements and it is kinda annoying i can't even connect to a sever because of the advertisements i know the ads help the developer to keep the good work up but too many ads are really annoying.

This app is helpful especially in Iran . But dude what are these ads? I know u need to do some advertisements but can you please be more careful about their content? Most of them have sexual content which is weird.

Its not openning

Well hello , thabks for you awsome program . I loved it alot and almost used it every day . But there is a problem , after the last update my app is still on the upgrade notification and it wouldnt let me to connect to the servers . I would be really happy if you solve my problem . Not conect tomorrow in iran

In iran bc of some problems everything is filtered and non of the vpns worked out i can say that i tried every single vpn in the app store but non of them worked but this vpn worked sooooooo good and nice thanks for making this vpn

App doesn’t work properly on iphone se2

It doesn’t show the bottoms and menu completely and I can’t even log out of my account to enter another premium token! It seems that the screen size is not compatible with iphone se2 . Neither I can see the screen completely nor I can scroll down! I’m totally disappointed!

Unable to connect

I'm sure Bio Bio doesn't try to solve the problems of its users. I have a one-year Biu Biu account, but after two months it was terminated and now Biu Biu has not done anything after several weeks. And I am unable to connect to its servers. بیو بیو تلاشی برای مشکلات کاربران خودش ندارد، من اکانت یکساله بیو بیو را دارم، ولی بعد از گذشت دو ماه قطع شد و الان هم بیو بیو بعد از چندین هفته، کاری انجام نداده. و من دراتصال با سرور های آن ناتوان هستم.

Why my premium account not work?
