This would have been great but I have uncovered three issues with the mobile app while testing for use at an event this weekend. 1. Donation acknowledgements do not auto send like they do for donations made on the website. This means more work to send these after the event. 2. Issue entering a new credit card manually. The card is stored as I see it via desktop version but cannot process a donation using the card I entered manually into the app via the app or desktop site. Database linking issue I think. 3. We have multiple Stripe processors with Bloomerang to support each our Funds. I made two test donations to a particular Fund and the donation went to the other Funds Stripe account. These are fundamental things the App should get right. Makes me wonder if they even tested it. Disappointing.
Push notifications are no longer coming through on iPhone. I assigned a task to a coworker this morning. It shows up in his task list, but he did not receive a notification. I then assigned a task to myself as a test and I did not receive a notification either. This is a critical feature for us that we hope to see resolved soon.
I downloaded the app, yet when I open it I can’t even type in my log in. Nothing I touch works at all. Not even the “Forgot Password” link. It’s as if I’m just opening up an image or screenshot of the log in page. Did iOS 15 break it? I have the latest iPhone so I know it’s not my phone being outdated.
I love your crm! Love that you have an iOS app. But it’s buggy when I go to constituents and click on a donation it crashes and when trying to do other things. Pls update and fix, this app is a lifesaver for Bloomerang users on the iPhone thanks
I was in the app, logout and now can’t login, I keep getting a message about not recognizing username/password combination. Who can I talk to about resetting my info
I don’t understand with technology today why an app remains only vertical and cell phone size on the iPad??? I’ve only just started using this and Still trying other features. But so far, disappointed.
How does this happen? I have read other reviews with the same problem. How does this not get fixed? It’s a great software program - would love to access from a device.
It’s been seven months, and still not able to log in with 0.97.8. Getting error “Renamed property UserModel._permissionLevel does not exist” We’ll be migrating to another CRM that works.
