Trash app and CS
After being forced to move to Broker Bay because of politics and such… We are a year into it and the app in the program aren’t improving. In fact they’re getting worse. The customer service is terrible. It has been outsourced not only that but the app times out… It won’t load in a timely manner. I have deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. My clients aren’t getting feedback or notifications that they request to be in on… I’ve had listings on auto confirm that aren’t getting confirmed automatically. I’ve had listings beyond auto confirm for a while and then suddenly change and it’s embarrassing when another agent or appraiser or inspector has to call you and ask if they can go in the property because it’s not on auto confirm and we aren’t getting notifications. This app makes us look super unprofessional, and the fact that we are paying for it and our dues makes me even more angry. I am OK with paying for the things that are included in our dues but not for something that doesn’t. Broker Bay is certainly a great name for something that’s never broker lol.

The worst
I never write reviews- I was taught “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all”. Well, I have had it with this poor excuse of a scheduling program - I’m about ready to scream. We have had this new program for about a year now and it is the most cumbersome, poorly designed app I have ever used. My sellers don’t receive showing notifications, it constantly times out, sometimes doesn’t even load and I can’t see my appts- which it always fun when you have buyers standing next to you wondering where we are going next, the scheduling tour is a joke, I could go on and on… plus they don’t have a number to call (and if they do they make it very hard to find it) which says volumes about customer support. I miss showing time soooo much. Unfortunately, my MLS system has decided that we agents have to use this horrible excuse of a program which makes our jobs 10 D’s harder. Just absolutely the worst.

Worst experience with an app
I never ever write reviews, but I will on this one so other mls systems do not pick this system up. We have had months of terrible experiences with the app. It times out, never loads, screens are off, etc. Not only that, but did a busy broker, this app does not give the experience we need. I can not go between properties I have under contract to schedule appointments. I can not maneuver well within the app at all honestly. Then don’t even get me started on the inability to navigate through listing details. If I have a scheduled appointment, I can’t easily change it or contact the broker from the text received. The liar goes on of things I can’t do that our prior one allowed. The biggest mistake put MLS made was picking up this program. PLEASE if you are considering…do NOT do it!

Nice Improvements
Does the job and not owned by Zillow, which is good enough for me. Also works well. Easy to add showings to calendar - this was always buggy for me with google calendar and ShowingTime, and being automatic made it annoyingly difficult to customize. Just having the standard “add to calendar” button when you book makes things much easier. Release was delayed in my region so that they could have time to add more features and iron out more bugs. For a new system, it’s quite comprehensive. I expect they will continue to improve it and add even more features with time. I’ll be using this over ShowingTime whenever possible moving forward.

Worst Showing App to Date
App is so glitchy. Settings do not remain as you saved them. I’m perfectly tech savvy, but Broker Bay is one of the worst showing platforms I’ve come across. If you choose to receive emails or receive texts, instead it does neither. A major setback when it comes to scheduling real estate showings. There is nothing advanced or unique about it. Although the app itself is extremely simplistic, it is far from user friendly. Would never recommend this app. Hopefully they will advance and become more modernized in the future..hopefully sooner than later.

That might be the best way to describe the current state of this app…been using this service for almost two years and it’s still pretty terrible. I only gave it two stars because every now and then it works but the consistent timing out, crashing of the app and not receiving push notifications when agents schedule Showings is beyond annoying. I’m in the camp with a lot of other agents who were willing to jump on to something new because our broker and area association were excited for it. But something has to change. It’s frustrating to tell sellers we have an issue with the showing service and I cannot personally do anything to Fix it except get yelled at.

Guys we need some help with the bugs..
I am reluctant to write reviews especially before I have time to see if bugs are worked out. We are over 6 months in with Broker Bay and there has still been consistent issues with the app timing out. Scaling is off so you can’t go back after scheduling a showing, and agents are consistently saying they aren’t seeing the showing requests. This is bad for business and we need your help so we aren’t looking unprofessional to our clients. I am happy to speak with someone about the bugs if you guys would like to reach out but we really need these issues fixed..

Started great, slowly dropping
Out of the gate, my association loved this app. The past 3 months, the problems have gotten progressively worse. What began as slowed notifications for appointment requests is now the entire app not loading to schedule anything at all or even view the dashboard. Just a blank white screen upon login with a spinning toggle that “loads” forever with no change. Please fix these issues….. as an agent in this day and age, we NEED a solid, quick way to schedule on the go.

Poor app, full of glitches
I really don’t like to write negative reviews because I just keep it moving but this app is really awful! I can never log in the first go, it times out, or tells me there’s a problem. If I do end up getting logged in, it takes forever to try to load anything. I have deleted it and reinstalled it several times. It’s terrible. I don’t complain about much but my goodness, something has to be done! We’re forced to use this through our MLS. I would definitely not be using this by choice if I had one!

Just not good enough
This app hardly works. Spins and nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app 3 times in the last 3 months and it fixes the issues temporarily. It’s frustrating when I’m out in the roads hours a day showing and can’t schedule a showing on a whim. And it’s not the internet service. It’s the app. Can’t get feedback to load. I leave feedback and have agents calling asking for it. It shows I left it on my end but not theirs. I would rather pay more for a service that works. Sorry to be so negative.

Garbage
Our MLS switched us over to BrokerBay without so much as a discussion with us about it and it’s horrendous. You can’t send clients itineraries, you can’t text message another agent from the app (you’re only presented the option to chat within the app which is ridiculous) and the scaling on the app is off so sometimes you get stuck in screens and you just have to restart the app. 6 months later and it’s still trash. They spend more money on the marketing than the backend coding on the app.

This app is the worse
If I could rate a 0 I would. I’ve had to delete and redownload mutiple times. I accidentally typed one letter incorrect in my password and app holds the incorrect info in the cache I guess. Even after I delete the incorrect password and type the correct password it tells me incorrect and when I go back to the Home Screen to look it has the incorrect info I typed the first time. It’s still showing my old association which is also causing a problem. App is just a mess.

What a mess of an app
App on my phone rarely seems to work properly… another time I cannot make my own showings online, so I had to call BrokerBay, and today the app is completely worthless. Unable to schedule a showing after entering the address. App seems to randomly freeze. All of my other applications are working just fine and my Internet is blazing fast. I have gone back to using the showing software I was using before, for all of my showings and listings.

Not ready for prime time
The website and app are just not where they should be for professionals to depend on every day. Nothing is intuitive and features I think most agents want aren’t there. Here’s a tip for them - just copy ShowingTime. The entire thing is painful. Show the complete address. Show the MLS ID. There is so much wrong I can’t even describe it all. Usability. Studies. Invest in some. Watch real agents try to use your “tools.” Read the books “Don’t Make Me Think” and “Rocket Surgery Made Easy.”

Worst scheduling app
I have Broker Bay the college try. I used it as a listing agent even when it was buggy, I wanted to stay with the current technology and not be stuck in the past. I am not one to complain, but there seems to be NO IMPROVEMENT. I hate that we are forced to use this app. Things don’t work, we have huge delays in getting scheduled, the app crashes .. and it makes me look unprofessional. It’s truly unacceptable how crappy it is.

Second Review
This app is so garbage, as a realtor I cannot even tell you the number of times this app would constantly not work when I needed to. Additionally, when support is needed for troubleshooting purposes, all you get is an email response. This is tragic. if I had a way to not be a part of BrokerBay, I would absolutely never be a part of this. Your app is garbage, your company is garbage, your company collects a large fee for a lackluster service.

Useless and makes your life harder
Terrible bug-ridden money grab of a product. Why does this exist? The entire intention of this product is to try and take over more market from other products that do this same exact function already, 100% better. Your product has quite literally only made life more difficult for agents and inspectors alike. Hope this product ceases to exist sooner than later.

If it would just load faster…
I have the latest iPhone, latest app version, on my home network with 1Gig of speed and the app takes close to 10 seconds to get to where you can click on anything while it opens and even then its super slow to respond. Other than I genuinely like the platform and UI…just make it faster pleaseeee

I wish I could give BrokerBay and its app zero stars
Our MLS board forced us to use BrokerBay and it’s been a downhill ride every since. They said give it time to work the bugs out but here we are 2 years later, and I still dislike it. What a bad decision. I’m writing this review because I’m trying to get the app to open and last resort is delete and re download. Everyone in my MLS district I have spoken to feels the same as well. So frustrated!!

If I could give less than one star I would.
I used to the ink the Showingtime app was hot garbage. How I wish I could even log on. I’ve updated the app, rebooted phone, trying to schedule a showing for tomorrow morning as my clients just sent me the listing. The phone number is closed and I’m not going to call the list agent this late at night. Haven’t been able to get in the app for a week now. Get this fixed!!

Absolute Worst App I’ve ever been forced to use!!
Worst real estate all I’ve ever been forced to use! Never works, consistently glitching, and there is no on demand representation to call when I can not schedule something. Completely unpractical for a real estate professional! False advertisement for agents beware
We are not registered with broker bay for showings. They are telling all agents on our listings we are “not allowing anymore showings.” Which is NOT true. We are using a different platform for registering showings. After calling customer service and complaining, we were basically just ignored and told sorry. We will continue talking to corporate to get the false advertisement on our listings corrected.

Broker Bay
Have only used it a few times but works decently enough just seems less personal when setting up showings with my sellers, I’m sure it’s a great time saver though when things are super busy just don’t love the concept. I prefer a more personal touch over technology.

Not a fan
I have tried to embrace Broken Bay with an open mind as I know change is hard. The fact is it is just not reliable or intuitive. I am very tech savvy so please don’t say that I just need to learn the program. We pay a lot for dues and ALL of us should reduce what we pay next time for the lousy service. SO disappointed that our board will not listen to the masses.

Decent, but bugged.
I’ve been using this app for 8-12 months now. Recently after this new update, the app has completely stopped working. It constantly loads the spinning circle but never loads the dashboard. I’ve been resorting to using the website instead of the app, which is highly inconvenient. Please fix this.

Our team is just disappointed with the app in general. Scheduling appts on the fly is extremely important and a lot of times it can’t be done in the moment. Or, logout, log back in…or uninstall, reinstall. Meanwhile the customer is standing there wondering why you are glued to your phone instead of paying attention to houses.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This app is terrible—it's way too slow, especially when we're out in the field trying to schedule a showing on the spot and it just won’t work. I’m honestly surprised we're still being required to use this app despite all the complaints.

Not loading
I see countless reviews indicating the same issue of the “endless load spin” on the Home Screen (Dashboard). This has been a problem for weeks now. Why is this not being addressed/fixed immediately? Your app is our main resource to open lockboxes via Bluetooth. In addition to managing listings, showings & feedback.

Gets worse every single day.
Doesn’t even load half of the time. When it does work, it asks me to update showing configurations for TENANT OCCUPIED PROPERTIES. There is no option for No Showings. Obvious money grab that our local mls of course pushed through because I’m sure it was beneficial to them on a personal level. Oh well thanks for nothing

Pathetic
App doesn’t do ANYTHING that it’s supposed to do. How local realtor associations have opted to use this program is an absolute blunder. Unreliable is an understatement. Wont load 90% of time. No notifications (even with options for notifications on) Nothing is intuitive or easy to use or figure out. The website is just as bad.

I wish the developers would put themselves in the position of a Realtor or chat with current agents. This app is difficult, not on the go friendly, and takes so much time. It took 20 minutes to schedule 10 houses because this app is so weird.

Inconsistent
The app crashes frequently, says there a dozens of unread notifications when there are none, and is not the most user friendly. I wish listings that are not active would not display, by default.

App almost never works - when it does it’s still a mess. The website is no better. I hate Zillow having access to our data as much as the next person - but I’m about to start paying for Showing Time out of my own pocket.

Needs a Serious Overhaul
This is actually the worst app that I’ve ever come across. It is SO SLOW. My association switched to Broker Bay after Zillow bought Showing Time, so I have no choice but to use it, but it needs a serious overhaul to make it more efficient and user friendly.

Horrible Service app won’t work
Someone took the hammer out of my toolbox and replaced it with a stick. The app just goes to a white screen. There’s not customer support number so I have to wait for an email from their “support team”. Absolutely horrible!!!

Please fix the bugs
Broker Bays stays broken… needs improvement for better efficiency. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall to operate and load the features properly slows productivity. It makes us look unprofessional.

Horrible app service
We have been using broker bay for some time. Over the past two months the app only sits and spins. It will not notify or allow you to approve showings. Horrible software. You must login from a browser.
