Firstly, the app is really refreshing! Easy to use, filter what you’re looking for in multiple ways. It also adds in the shipping costs when you click on a pallet so you can easily see your unit cost per item prior to purchase. If you source multiple pallets from the same warehouse, you’ll save even more on shipping. Very clear on pricing - no hidden fees hitting you later. I also like that you can straight buy and not have to do bid on auctions, etc. I starting using them in early Nov 2021 and have so far purchased around 20 pallets (from clothes to electronics, new and uninspected returns). Manifests are very accurate. I’ve only had one item missing so far in all that I’ve ordered (I order huge pallets). But, that can be the liquidation game sometimes. Make sure you go in with the right expectations and you won’t be disappointed! I’m sure if I had contacted them on the one missing item, they would have done whatever to make it right. I didn’t because, again, that’s liquidation sometimes and other companies don’t even compare to Bulq (with the exception of Market Street). I really hope they keep the company policies and app up as I’ll be a customer for life. If you do use the app and agree about the ease of it, be sure to send them an App Feedback through the app and let them know! These guys probably only hear negative nellies all day and rarely get an ‘attaboy’.
I buy from BULQ all the time anytime I have a problem with my items they send me a partial refund .. I definitely recommend .. I’m not going to say there perfect many times I’ve had to toss things That have had spills on them or broken items .. Dirty items in a box that looks sealed black long hairs on items . But this is usually with the uninspected returns cases once in a while it happens with brand new items .. But most of the time I’m satisfied with my purchase ..
Everything I bought was in worst condition then it said and they like I bought a group of appliances they said just a small dent and scratch I was ok ya ok ya it might be slightly scratched and dented but the mf doesn’t work and a lot of the stuff is cheap china garbage or low quality American stuff you never get a value for your money because it’s worst then it says it is don’t waste your money and they will say retail value way way way higher then anything close to what you got if you want to buy something from here just really read what your getting and try to be prepared for not getting what it said you were because you won’t get it only spend what you are prepared to throw out the window this is basically a scam oh and just like ever other app they delete bad reviews to make their app look better you ever notice you rarely see an app under 4.5 stars don’t let ratings deceive you because they don’t mean much
Please do not buy from this website!!!!! I didn’t listen to the bad reviews and I got scammed hard!!!! Do not be stupid like me. I order two boxes from this website. I looked over the manifest to see what was in them since they only have one picture showing the top of a box. Only had a few of the items listed on the manifest. And everything else was st Patrick’s day buttons. The retail estimate for both my boxes $1600 I paid $350. I got less than $50 worth of items. They falsely listed the buttons as another product and estimated them to be worth $10 each. I wanted to return my purchase but they said they don’t except returns or refunds. They said they have a guarantee 90% accurate manifest. They then had me go back and forth emailing every single sku number. Then saying that they won’t refund me. I lost all that money and have a billion buttons. So if you know anyone that wants a crappy button send them my way.
The merchandise offered by bulq is perfect for myresell needs. I love that I can see every item that I will be receiving with the manifest. The site is very easy to navigate and there is a nice variety of price points and categories. Once ordered, the shipments come quite rapidly, within a few days. I’m on my 6th shipment in less than 2 weeks. I’m hooked!!
I’ve purchased both cases and pallets from BULQ. The customer service has really gone downhill with this company. I had a similar issue to a previous review where 90% of my box was declared a $10 value. When it arrived they were $1 bubble wands. I asked for a refund and they refused. It’s very disappointing. The manifests are misleading and BULQ doesn’t take any responsibility when I contacted customer service. It’s even more disappointing to learn they hand pick the better merch to sell themselves on BLINQ and end up being an online competitor for whatever you are able to buy. Overall buyer be VERY ware.
I haven’t bought anything from bulq, but after looking through some of the manifests for clothing I found random no name China brand socks that supposedly are worth $600 and everything else in the manifest were Target brands worth <$10 so the socks bumped the “value” of the crate up way higher than it actually is. Plus various other crates have no manifest, or their manifest just wouldn’t load. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but I find it hard to believe that any other clothing merchant would make any money through bulq. Also I have doubts that a company that would try to pass off a single pair of ankle socks as $600 would properly execute my order anyways.
First I want to say that I have actually bought from them before and for the most part it has been profitable. But since they have jacked up the shipping for pallets to like $1000 plus for value of way less for the products this company I just do not know if anyone could afford to continue buying from them. Even worse is the cases, they used to packe then full and now just a few items in them. I am going to have to source from other companies to make a profit. Sadly I will be deleting the app.
I’ve been ordering from bulq for about a year and a half. Everything I have sourced has been well worth it. The manifest is accurate and helps in my decision making. I have been able to expand my reselling business thanks to bulq. They also reply promptly when you contact them.
Great App it has literally changed the way I source the merchandise for my start up. It’s got you from everything from baby stuff to designer clothes. The only thing is on pallets the shipping can double the price but some of the pallets are hundreds of pounds of quality items.
Started using this company to source products this year. Have noticed some lots to not UPC codes which makes listing products more time consuming. Over all still a better option for sourcing open boxed returns and shelve pulls.
First I’d like to say has anyone noticed that for every negative review it’s followed by an outstanding review??? Odd!! My review is the app is nicely designed and has the options I’d need to make a purchase. The downside is it sometimes takes a full minute to load after I select an item to view from the main page. My iPhone IOS is up to date and I have less than 20 apps and nothing running in the background so I sure hope they figure it out soon.
Excellent place to buy liquidation items. Love every box. I am unable to see my watch list. Restarted phone & reinstalled the app. Still having the same issue. Please fix it. I need to buy another box.
I am in Love with BULQ ❤️ I have bought things for my new home for the school across the street the YMCA and the homeless shelter. I have gotten Christmas taken care of and my friends. Obviously I am not a reseller but I am in Love with it as my husband and I have a Charity that we donate to places in constant need. ❤️❤️
My issue with the mobile site was not being able to view the manifest, problem solved with the app. Not every pallet is a steal of a deal some are plain highway robbery (pallet of 31 pixel XL’s selling for 12k resale value $8kish) but there are also good pallets that you can make decent money on.
First time I buy from bulq. out of 4 boxes suppose to be new cases. We will have to file a claim on all of them. theres alot of damage item, dirty, stinky, have pets hair.. clearly return thats suppose to be on unexpected return case not on New. the most frustrating is.. its gonna be the one on the manifest that drawn u to buy that case. its just frustrating.. so I guess 4 boxes is all its gonna be..
I’ve sourced over 10 pallets and have had great experiences with BULQ. Customer service is amazing. Manifests are very accurate and they ship neater and cleaner than other liquidation companies. Definitely my #1 go to for sourcing.
A bunch of returned items that you may break even with if lucky! The larger electronic pallets are full of dented defected laptops , iPads and other products missing chargers , manuals boxes and other key items you would need to recoup your money from. The smaller pallets have a couple good items the rest is random junk no one else could sell ! I’m sure half of their reviews were probably made by employees and their family .
If you’re missing items they’ll only refund you the amount you paid per item in your order. Regardless of how much the missing item is worth. It’s a joke. Bulq If this is how you want to do business then fine, but make sure that you include ALL of the customers items in there order. I don’t care about you being 98% accurate on manifests..make it 100%...
BULQ has made it easy for me to go shopping. If your looking for something that you need. Look on bulq first. And you will get some extra things as well!
I am brand new at reselling and have done tons of research. Of all of the liquidation sites, BULQ is by far the best. The APP is so easy to use. Orders ship out extremely fast. Assuming they don’t come in damaged... everything so far is an A++
So far I have bought 8 boxes and I have no complain about it all shoes came as the manifest said so I’m really happy and looking forward to get more boxes
Used BULQ for quite some time and for some reason their shipping costs almost doubled while inventory stayed the same or decreased on the pallets. Definitely recommend getting your reseller certificate and buying from a site opposed to using BULQ anymore. If your going to raise shipping prices, at least compensate with more items per pallet or something.
The app is okay considering other websites that sell liquidated items and don’t have an app. The boxes however are completely overpriced with very little variety of items!! If you really look, you can find these items on clearance or even on eBay for a lesser price. I’ll stick to liquidation dot com where u can bid on fair starting prices!
The app is giving me trouble logging in; it repeatedly shows an error, insisting on a valid password. Strangely, the same login credentials work fine on my laptop or phone browser.
The app is great and easy to use , most of the merchandise is low quality and overpriced. You can get these prices somewhere else without buying in large quantities
Can’t see the manifest on the Mobil site I contacted BULQ they said they don’t know where is the issue and no body complained about the manifest on the Mobil site
If you about the buy from them, please don't. All the good review are fake. You will loss money, can't even break even on their pallet. Save yourself time and money.

Make sure you pay attention to what condition the pallet or case is listed under when going through the listings. When I was a noob I purchased a pallet of clothing and other items thinking they were uninspected returns. Turned out I wasn’t paying attention and ended up being a salvage pallet! Even then I ended up tripling my money! 👍🏻🤟🏻💪🏻❤️ Listen, mistakes are inevitable. So, yes there’s can be an error in the manifest like the wrong price or whatever. But for the most part everything is on point! 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I resell for a living and finding BULQ has been a game changer! Not only did it help my business! Whenever I’m in the market for something I check bulq first! I purchased my brand new amazing $2000 sectional for $400. Please help! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Also, some suggestions/request! 1.) A more accurate search engine would be awesome! I’ll search for sectionals or down comforters and only some of the listings show up. It’s frustrating sometimes. I end up spending HOURS going through every single listing trying to find certain items. Literally an entire day if there’s a lot of lots to go though. Subcategories and brand name filter options would be really helpful, as well! 2.) I know this is never going to happen but I’d love it if I could save certain searches(stuff I’m in the market for) and then get a notification if that item ends up being listed! (Similar to mercari) I’m still going to give 5 stars(even with the recent bugs)!

Rest is trash. They need to separate listings the right way, electronics should be ONLY electronics.

**PREFACE** This is a long review, but if you're considering ordering from bulq it would be worth your time. For what it's worth, i do think there is money to be made, but you will have to learn some things the hard (and costly) way. Reading this review may help you dodge some of the pitfalls that i fell into. I used to recommend bulq to everyone. Now not so much. Over the past year shipping prices on pallets have almost doubled. Used to be flat rate of 150... Then they raise it to 200. Now they're toting their "new calculated shipping" as a money saver but most of the pallets are closer to 300 for shipping. I'm in Utah... They ship from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Utah and those locations are both relatively in the mid section of the country... I can't imagine what they're charging for people in California. **EDIT** I misunderstood the full effects of the new shipping policy. They do offer discounts for buying multiple pallets from the same location. The thing is, when you're racing to get the newest and best pallets, you're forced to choose taking a risk and delaying your purchase of a good pallet to continue browsing and saving on multiples. This begs the question "maybe if you order them separately you can contact bulq to ask for a discount?" Maybe... BUT the one and only time i have made a similar request it was denied. (They had a promo where if you bought two cases, they'd give you free shipping on a third case. I had ordered 3 cases, on 2 orders within a couple of minutes of each other. I figured it would be common sense that they would honor their promo, but when I emailed them about it, they told me that "their system doesn't allow them to do this"... You can't tell me that they couldn't find a way to refund 30 bucks. I understand that the ordering system cannot detect such subtleties, but this left a bad taste.) Moving on.. The 98% guarantee is a joke. For example i bought a case that had listed in it a bunch of copies of Microsoft office. I get the case and its just a bunch of cardboard sleeves that are supposed to have activation codes. There were no codes. Just empty sleeves. I message bulq... They say "uninspected returns are not guaranteed to have complete items." The item listed was not "microsoft office cardboard sleeves" i could see if i got it and they codes were used, but literally nothing was done. It's been like that with so many things ive given up even contacting them because the replies drive me nuts. Other little things like if you mistakenly order a wrong lot (which is easy to do because you're in a hurry to buy the good ones before they're taken) they say "we could've canceled the order if it wasn't in the 'preparing shipment' phase but we can't now" .... The second you place an order it is in the preparing shipment phase. Why not just say that you won't cancel orders? You message them about a wrong item received with all the information that you know they're going to ask for... There's always an auto reply that says we will be contacting you shortly... Ok great. Then a real person messages you back and say "please provide us with the following information" ... The exact information that you sent them. They don't even read the message. I used to live bulq when they were new and they actually cared but they're getting to the point where the frustration and the odds of making money or even breaking even get lower and lower I'm probably going to start looking at some alternatives.
