Good customer service

I have been hearing a lot about Cardtonic so yesterday I decided to give them a try with my 50$ Walmart gift card cause I don’t really trust using all this app to trade my card so it took them like 3rd before the transaction completed I was even scared I thought they are a scam like the other so I decided to message their live chat and the try to explain that they needed to take it to the physical store in USA to redeem because it’s a Walmart gift card so it took them 3hrs before crediting me I was happy when I received my money so I said starting from today I will only be using Cardtonic cause this transaction shows I could trust them I will be happy to make a lot of transactions with them because of seyi 🥹

Scam alert

I’ve been using cardtonic since July and i was enjoying it, I’ve transacted over 1.5 million naira since then, but recently they started stealing from me, 2 nd of October 2023 I uploaded a $400 apple card and they told me it has already been used by someone, meanwhile the card was just purchased few minutes ago, I reported the matter and they did nothing about it, so i lost $400 to them, I decided to keep using the app, recently on the 2nd of November I uploaded $300 apple card X2 which is $600 and the same thing happened, it is either the company has decided to start stealing from customers or they have workers who are doing this evil thing, i have decided to stop using Cardtonic and I also let my friends who I introduced to the app, i told them what happened and advised them not to use the app again for now, i would advise everyone using this app to he very carefully now or you can trade with alternative platforms till they come up with a solution to this problem. I am also thinking of taking up the matter legally, I cannot loose $1000 in space of 30 days and keep shut, everyone should please be careful with their transactions with this company and the company should look for a way to resolve this issue if not they might loose their reputation.

Never had any issues with Cartonic the customer service is top notch fr fr. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years now even if sometimes the rates are not the best but trust me selling your cards to cardtonic is peace of mind 😂😂 like bro, I can sell $2k card on cardtonic and go to sleep I’m not worried about scams or anything like I’m dead serious, I just hope they keep it up that way cuz na only cardtonic I get oo, no other vendors 😅😅 I had to take my time to write this review cuz it’s give me joy thanks 😊 . So I got a Response from cartonic I just thought wow they saw this so I wanted to add this because it has always been on my mind, Can you please add a Giftcard to crypto options it would be really nice, some people don’t want to withdraw their naira and just want to invest with crypto so just buying crypto incurred fees and stuffs like that so please look into this thanks .

Cardtonic are rippers..

I have been using cardtonic not quite long but on the 8th of may I opened a trade of $250 value of Nike which took hours and they later told me there is an error which I decided to wait till the following morning to my greatest surprise I decided to check the balance, which I was so surprised I saw $50 in a $250 Nike card I just bought in a Dollar store. So I decided to open a trade again and guess what cardtonic rejected the card again saying I open a trade of $250 value and the balance is $50 I tried explaining to the Live chat customer care that it was a previous trade they denied not knowing anything about the card and asked me to go to the store back for rectification, which I did and the store manager told me cardtonic order with the card.. I was angry and decided to check the balance again.. which I found $0 there.. cardtonic are rippers please don’t deal with them any further.. they are scammers

I recommend cardtonic to anyone who is in search for the best Gift card trading services

I got introduced to cardtonic by my elder brother and ever since then I’ve been trading consistently with Cardtonic. I have one suggestion and it would be nice if it’s looked into; there have been a couple of times where I traded giftcards and I had to wait about an hour to get approved. If it were in an emergency or urgent situation I would have been left hanging so please this should be worked on. If this is fixed I’ll come back and give a 5 star rating.

Don’t use Cardtonic again it compromise

I have been Using this app for long recently about few days ago I uploaded a card which is 300 I was told it was used whereas the card had just been recently purchased even the person that bought had not reached home so I thought it was one of those days things. Something happened again today making it 2 times in a week or upload a card again they told me it was used which the person has not left the store.I am not gonna trade with Cardtonic again they are compromise and they steal from people. Literally the best out here

I’ve been trading with Cardtonic since 2019. Having traded with them that long, I’ve had just two issues and on both occasions the customer service was great. It was fast, precise and the issues were resolved under 30 minutes. The pay out is swift and just when you think the app can’t be improved upon, they wow you with an update. I’m surprised a Nigerian company can be run with this level of quality and as a Nigerian myself, you can understand how proud they make me. Cardtonic feels like family to me.

Cardtonic is a big scam, this is the second time my steam gift card has been stolen by them and they say rejected exposed assets. They can’t give a solid proof showing that they never redeemed your card and when you ask of their card transaction history showing your card was not redeemed they will never give it. Please never trade with them you may be successful each time you trade there and one day and that will be the day you need your money for something important they will take your money and give you useless reply. They are never safe to trade. Understand it now and beware. If you have legit sites to trade with or you have been trading leave Cardtonic. I wish I can upload proofs here for you to see. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, I just got ripped again.

Cardtonic is a scam I’ve been using Cardtonic for many years now not until today I got scammed by them after gaining their trust. I uploaded 400 euros I got emailed that 2 of my card was completed then later got a email that my other 2 card was rejected. Very funny but normally they’ll should have sent 4 emails at least to show that 2 was completed while 2 was rejected which they did not. I called the customer service chatted yet they never asked me to provide the receipt not until I asked them why they haven’t asked for the receipt. Lol!!! Funny how these guys rips people silently. I am letting all my referrals know that they are scam and most be reported and deleted.

Scammers Alert

I advise the general public not to fall victim to this scamming app. I was reaped of $100 gift card. The so called support team rejected my card claiming they don’t redeem live subscription card and immediately I tried using other platforms the card was said to be used. I waited for days texting the support team but I never got a good response from them. I’m going to tag all their social media platforms with proves of all the conversations and the responses from these group of scammers. Please don’t fall for it. Don’t be a victim. Cardtonic is a scam , never trust this online platform because their only aim is to gain your trust once you started trading with them until you decided to trade a huge amount ,that’s when the scam issue took place. I usually trade small amount like $200 to $500 with them but when I started trading huge amount of a thousand dollar that’s when the scamming take place ..(1 ): your Card alphabet is incorrect (2): your card as be redeemed already .so trust them at your own risk...because CARDTONIC IS A SCAM ‼️them will also delete every negative comment so people won’t know .

I didn’t have to even think twice before making my first trade with them. The app ui/ux insanely clean, i traded my first ever gift card and it worked like magic. My only feature request is automating the withdrawal process so that we don’t have to wait but should instantly withdraw. Btw you guys are the best!

2yrs and more of trading and very little issues face

I use only two trading apps to trade my cards and cardtonic is one of them. No issues whatsoever since I started using it 2yrs ago so yeah. I gave for out 5 cause some of the times my withdrawal takes an hour or moreover before getting to my account but at the end of the day it all gets settled.
