The new upgraded version is so bad it’s sad I used to be able to load up 20-30 pictures at one time and hit save and it was instantaneous I used to use my Google voice on the descriptions and it would take it now the Google voice has stopped working the new app is just so sad I don’t know how a company can screw up a good app so badly. Please let me use the old app. Sent me a response that they are working to make it better when tech support already told me that the reason the upgrade was worse was to make it usable for People with older phones. You can not make it better by going backwards....
I’m only writing this review because the bugs on this app brought me here to delete and reinstall it. The uploading process is terrible on this app. I have been using CFS for more than 2.5 years now and the app used to be extremely instant in uploading pictures, adding details or sharing the listings on social media. It’s terrible now, I can barely upload 5 pictures sometimes, I would have to close the app and open it again to continue upload, sequence is all wrong and funny part is when I rearrange and save it; it still doesn’t get rearranged. The only reason this app is getting 3 stars is because it’s the only website managing app that’s close to worth it. That being said the developers needs to fix the uploading issues on this app. I have a good network connection and whenever I add a listing, this is the only app open and running on my phone and yet I can’t upload more than 5 pictures somehow. It will get stuck and upload would be stopped, there was a time I’d upload 40 pictures and never needed to arrange them because whichever I order I chose it on, app would follow.
Great website Definitely recommended may not sell off the site but youll be getting a great service plus to talk with a representative everyday for help if needed and thyll guide you through the website and Along and see other prices to compare to on the site. And has access to vehicle record history
The app worked perfectly a few months ago, and I have a phone that’s about 4 years old. It uploaded all photos without a wait time, ran smooth, and let me do what I needed quickly. With this update, however, I end up waiting for pictures to upload and can only do 10 at a time so I end up with 3 rounds of uploads to get all the pictures on. It has also been glitching up, losing forms I spent time filling out due to an error, and now it is not pulling up my inventory. I’m actually leaving this review right now because I came to delete and re-download the app to hopefully fix a new problem I’m having. Please, please, please fix this app. The new update has made uploading new inventory about 3 times longer than it took before the update, and that is extremely frustrating. I can’t even find anything I like about the new app. It’s nice you can respond to leads on the app, but I don’t ever need to do that, so this update just slows me down and doesn’t help me in any way.
Literally wasted my investment and did not care enough to ever reach out to get your customers feedback until 2/3 of the service has been WASTED. COMPLETELY AND FULL HEARTEDLY RATING THIS AS A 1 star since i cant go lower everywhere i can rate. Hoping the many others you con into trying your site out read this review to save others from having the same experiences happen to them. Its a shame because nikki has been great in the short time of working with her. AGAIN VERY UPSET FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A NEW DEALER AND NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH PROMISES. Never even uploaded my logos or my photos i asked to have added to my page.. literally did nothing after the initial start up.
If I had a choice then I would choose not to use this app to upload my cars. It’s buggy, glitchy, and the user interface is abysmal. Its often slow and crashes at the worst times. It uploads pictures backwards and out of order. The developers seem to have no intention of fixing it either. After having to use this app for so long I’m just tired of spending ten minutes rearranging pictures every time I want to upload a vehicle.
The app is Overall good but uploading & organizing pics is a nightmare
Why is something so simple so hard to do on this app. Uploading barely works. I always get duplicate pictures…. Organizing pictures is even worse. Every time I hit save the pics are somewhere else. Fix this issue as it’s very annoying and time consuming. I had to hit save at least 10 times to get the pics in the right spot.
This is a great app. But a couple issues. I cannot upload photos through the app. The button is there but upon pressing it nothing happens. Same thing with taking pictures. Lastly it would be nice if you could share listings from the app and lastly be able to review photos in a larger format. Otherwise I love it.
Its all great but I wish I was able to upload videos right from my saved videos instead of making a url. DealerCenter allows you to do so and its so much easier. Something you guys might want to upgrade soon

I have an Apple iPhone 11 and this app is essentially useless. The screens are offset where you cannot touch certain features/buttons. I tried, without success, deleting the app and reinstalling it. I looked on the App Store for a newer version or possible update, but none are available. Lastly, I called and talked with customer service and they had no available solution. This is been going on for several months now and needs to be resolved.
Ongoing bug that is not fixed for a while now, super annoying!! When listing a vehicle and entering vin or stock # the whole screen start shaking. Also same happens when in emails/messages/text clicking on reply. Please fix, it’s been going on for over a year now.
There are a few kinks that need to be worked out.... certain options only available on desktop… but for the most part this is a great app for dealers who need to post on the go or add inventory. Love all the capabilities!
Am I really the only person that is disappointed in the simple fact that before we’d be able to go in and copy a vin number so we can paste it elsewhere but now the app will never let you even copy the vin number? It used to save me so much time rather than texting out the vin. Hopefully we can have that feature back?

Overall I think this platform is a good value for a smaller dealer like us. I wish they could get the shaky screen problem fixed when you are trying to write a description or reply to a lead. If they will take care of that I will come back and add 2 stars!

Since the App updated several months ago it has been very difficult to use. The text on the screen overlaps itself to the point where it is difficult to read. The page layout is also very poor. I wish I could revert to the old app which worked much better. I keep hoping that the is an update that remedies some of these issues. Maybe the app doesn’t like iPhones?

Can’t log in because I don’t have an account which it requests that you have, but doesn’t give you an option to create it... I tried to create an account on my PC and there is some glitch too, can’t create account.... because it won’t let you use app without an account, therefore this app is useless!!!

As a user I find the inability to click he email address and it automatically compose an email very annoying. I wish there was even the ability to copy but here isn’t. Same goes for the phone number. Very cumbersome app and not user friendly

I upgraded couple days ago and its awesome. Being able to copying the vin from the app was a wonderful idea guys. The new design is beautiful. I love it !
I downloaded the app and there is no way to sign up. So I went to the website and signed up and then went back to the app to sign in. Got a message that my email wasn’t linked to any account. Yet I was able to log on with my computer. Somethings not right!
This is one of the worst apps out there. You can’t get past the first screen of logging in because it just tells you your information is wrong, when it isn’t. I can log into the desktop site just fine but the app is a no go.
