This app is so easy to use! Everything is available right on your phone, so there is no paper bills to deal with. You can view your bills on this app, pay your bill and view your billing and payment history so it’s super convenient!
App is ok to review your bill but, if you’re looking for a way to pay your bill on a mobile device forget it. Consistently gives an error message. You get the same error message when you choose to go to the actual website on your mobile device to make a payment. Very frustrating when it’s an option and doesn’t work. Actually in the years that I’ve tried to pay from my mobile it has NEVER worked. I always have to wait to go to work and pay from the computer there. Developers really need to fix this now. If they don’t fix it soon, when I retire I will have to go back to getting a paper bill and pay by check. UHG
The app never worked for me. I followed and filled up all questions to sign up/in, but it always takes me to page one and asking me to start again. It is frustrating that i have to do the same thing over and over again and never accepted my information. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now and still “the app” never met my needs and expectations. I pay my bills the old fashioned way “to call” the customer service and use the robot to do the job for me. I hope this never happens to anyone else who has already a lot of things in their hands.
This app is the bomb. It works far, far better than the website. Payments are a breeze with this app, something that can NOT be said about the website.
This app purports to do two things; view your bill and pay your bill. You can view your bill, and the layout makes it easy to do so. The problems exist when you try to make a payment. Trying to do so on the app just leads you to an error message and when it redirects you to the website you meet another error message. The app is just as accessible as a bookmark on your browser and neither app nor webpage are very helpful.
The app is virtually useless because updates on your account are not visible. My app says the last time I made a payment on my bill was in June. It it now October and I have made payments up through now, but this is not documented in the app. The app also doesn’t reflect the current balance for those on a payment plan. What’s the point of having an app if the visible information is never correct or updated?
I can’t complain about this App at all. It’s functional and gets the job done. I make payments, review my bill and can compare past billing statements. Very useful!
The service would be of greater value if I could schedule multiple payments at one time for automatic withdrawal. Being able to break up a monthly invoice through out the month before the due date would be so much better for those of us that need to budget and don’t have the time to try remembering to log in every week.
Tried to pay the bill using the app. But if you want to use a card you are directed to the website to pay and then back to the app to try again and around and around u go. What is the point of the app if you cannot make a payment using it? Deleting. There is no point to it.
I have not noticed CNG now has an app. I went paperless and I never liked calling because it always hung up on me in mid payment and I always have a problem on the website. Love this
Overall this is A convenient way to pay my bill, however it makes you add your bank account each time. I know it should be easy to remember but there should be an option to just save it.
Once again this app fails at the basic task of saving my bank info. Every month I need to enter my account info to pay my bill. Pay your developer to fix the app plz.
This app is so useless. I used to have the option to pay through the app but the for the past few months all is says is “sorry something went wrong”. It’s annoying and the website does the same thing when using a computer. What’s the point of updating the app if it’s the same none sense??????
Easy to navigate. Difficult to get started. Need to strictly follow the recommendations for passwords. Cannot use a credit card to pay on the app! Only Bank account information. But the app itself, is easy to use.
At this point I’m not even sure how to pay my bill. The website doesn’t work, the phone number automatically hangs up, and I downloaded the app hoping that I’ve found the solution to my problem, yet it directs you back to the website that doesn’t work. I’ve never had so many issues trying to pay a bill in my life.
App is terrible says I have no balance when I do you try to pay and it says session timed out you try to get someone on the phone and there’s always some long wait due to high call volume it’s a joke if I could choose any other company I would
